The dungeons, which are for Tier-A and Tier-B, are giving better rewards. But the danger in them is pretty enhanced, and for me? Even with this kind of party, I’ll die. On the other hand, the Dire Wolf Den might be the best option for now,’ Ethan said inwardly.

While he was lost in his thoughts, Sara snatched the poster, which was related to ’Dire Wolf Den.’ "We will be doing this. Let’s forget about the loot and focus on Ethan. We will be giving all the mana cores and other equipment to him because they’ll help him grow faster."

Max scoffed as he ruffled through his brown hair. "Sure, but don’t expect me to do this all over again next time."

Micah was still chanting the name of God, but he still stepped towards Ethan. He slowly directed his hand forward, touching the rosary on Ethan’s head. "May the glory of God be with you and protect you from major incidents."

’What? What’s he talking about?’ Ethan muttered to himself.

Right away, a golden light swallowed Ethan’s body completely, which dissolved inside of him. He could feel his mana core sharpen; the mana pumping inside his body began to heat up as if he were prepared to fight. His muscles felt more refreshed; the tiredness from the last two days of training was nowhere to be seen.

He took a look at his body; sheer confusion had fallen upon him, which made his mind fuzzy.

Sara looked at Ethan’s state; a smile appeared on her lips as she said it. "You got blessed with holy magic. It gives buffs, and that’s why healers who know holy magic are classified as one of the best assets to us adventurers."

"That explains it all," Ethan said before he gave a small, respectful nod to Micah. "Thank you for giving me blessings."

A bead appeared on Micah’s temple as he bowed nervously and said out loud. "No!! It’s my work; I’m just doing what I should."

Ethan got devoured by confusion once again because he didn’t expect Micah to act like this so suddenly. He glanced at the group; Sara was chuckling. Max had a huge grin on his face as he looked at this strange confrontation. On the other hand, Sylv had also let a short snort pass through her.

Soon, they all agreed on attempting this dungeon, but before they could continue with it, Ethan had to obtain a pass for attempting ’Dungeon Quests.’

The woman who sat at the table was also responsible for handing out the passes and upgrading them if someone matched the criteria.

Ethan and his party were standing in line to get him a pass, and finally they got their turn to do so.

When Ethan reached the table, he said. "I’m here to get an Adventurer’s Card."

The woman looked up from the documents once; she looked at his semi-trained body, loose clothes, and a sword, which didn’t look professional, resting around his waist.

"A beginner pass, right?" She asked before returning her gaze to the files.

"Yes, a beginner pass."

The woman instantly picked up an empty card covered in intricate engravings. They were arranged in a precise, systematic pattern, giving the card a professional yet stylish appearance. The material itself looked sturdy and well-crafted, clearly made to last. At the top of the card, bold lettering read [Adventurer’s Card].

Without glancing at Ethan, she asked. "What’s your name?"

"Ethan Pendragon," Ethan responded politely, but he didn’t know what he had just said.

Everyone present in the room froze the moment they heard that surname. Eerie silence fell over the chamber; even the members of his party stood there motionless.

He took a small glance across the room, scanning the expressions on people’s faces as he remembered what he had done. ’Fuck!! I’m a Pendragon... How can I forget that? I’m Ethan Pendragon, son of Duke Arthur Pendragon.’ He shouted inwardly.

"You’re a Pendragon?" Max, who was standing just behind Ethan, asked.

Even Sara, who had spent some time with Ethan, never knew that he was the son of a duke. She had considered him and his family as ’friendly’ neighbors. Although she knew that his wives were masters, it was nothing more than speculation.

Ethan scratched the back of his head as his face got drenched with sweat. "Yeah... I’m a Pendragon."

"But for now, can we focus on creating an adventurer pass? We can discuss it in private... There are a lot of eyes glancing towards us."

The whole group took a close look at their surroundings; everyone was gazing at them. Some were visibly scared, and some were having malicious thoughts: what if they get a hold of him and demand a hefty amount of money from the Duke?

But it didn’t matter enough to Sara and the others, because they were the only party that was professional, unlike the others.

"You’re right. Let’s not attract unnecessary troubles and get our work done for today." Sara said firmly.

The woman had already begun scribbling Ethan’s name on the card. Soon the card was prepared, and she slid it over to the opposite corner of the table where Ethan was standing.

Ethan took the card and scanned it properly.

A faint smirk crept onto Ethan’s face; enthusiasm was reflected through his eyes as a thought appeared in his mind. ’Finally I got access to the dungeons!!’ He muttered inwardly.

Before he could continue celebrating his newly acquired card, Sara’s voice echoed through his ears.

"Let’s not waste any more time. The dungeon is almost ten kilometers away from here. It’d be better if we reach there earlier because clearing it might take a while."

’Take a while? Why? I heard Sara saying that this party could take on A-Tier dungeons... So why will we take much time to clear a C-Tier?’
