Chapter 30: The Master Plan
Manager Tang was a giant figure in Silverspire City, he might be called Manager, but he’s actually the Vice CEO of Heaven Hotel, a very respectful and powerful man who could command entire corporate armies with a single word. Now... He was on his knees, begging a young man on the pavement like a subordinate seeking mercy.
"....?!"
Marianne gritted her teeth, remembering everything she just said about making Heaven Hotel submit, only to realize she was the ignorant one. This young man wasn’t the one in trouble, he is the Boss. The absolute controller of the entire commercial structure.
’Such a young boss? Who really is he?’ She thought, her mind spinning through every classified database she owned to find a match, her icy pride taking a sharp blow. She coughed slightly, smoothing over her previous condescension with practiced political grace:
"It seems I can’t invite you, but you are currently in no guild, what about temporarily joining us? You might need Dungeons." She suggested, trying to secure at least an alliance before another top guild realized who they were dealing with.
Asher narrowed his eyes at her, assessing her motives. He planned to reach SSS-RANK with all the evolution stones in his hand, joining a party won’t give him the space needed to absorb that much power without revealing his system secrets.
"Sorry, but I will think about your offer." He said, giving her a diplomatic refusal that left no room for immediate debate, and turned to Manager Tang, who was still kneeling on the ground:
"Get up, and follow me inside." He held the stunned Juliana, wrapping a protective hand around her waist, and walked inside the Hotel, then stopped, turning his head to Frederick, who quickly looked down, not daring to look up at him.
’Fuck!! He is the Boss?!! How’s that possible?!! Then why was he using such a cheap car??’ He thought, sweat rolling down his face, his heart pounding frantically against his ribs. If Asher wants to deal with him, even his family won’t be able to save him from the wrath of Heaven Hotel’s supreme owner.
Asher moved his gaze to Manager Tang, laying down his first executive order: "All the security guards, pay them this month salary, and send them off, I don’t want to see them in my hotel." He instructed, and continued walking, his steps echoing across the silent lobby.
"I obey, Boss!!" Tang yelled, rising swiftly, and turned to the security guards, his deferential tone vanishing into pure, unadulterated coldness:
"You bastards watching from the sides! Come here and deal with these guys!" He snapped.
From the Guests lines, and countless corners in the Hotel, Awakened bodyguards all walked out, each one of them dressed in black, emerging like shadows that had been waiting for the signal all along.
"Take them out of my sight!! Break each of their leg, and give them their salary!" He yelled, enforcing the new owner’s mercy with ruthless precision.
"Yes, Manager Tang!" The security nodded their heads, stepping forward with methodical discipline.
Marianne stared at Manager Tang, who ran towards Asher and the woman, following them to the elevator like a loyal house hound. She watched the heavy brass doors slide shut, sealing the mysterious new titan away from public view.
"I need his details in one hour." She said, her tone absolute and lacking any room for failure, and walked away, heading towards her car.
"Understood, Guild Leader." The two nodded, following behind her, their aura suppressing the hushed whispers of the surrounding crowd.
"PHEW."
Frederick sighed in relief, holding his chest, under Asher’s gaze, he was like a rabbit before a Beast. Any move would have gotten him chopped into pieces without a second thought.
’These new Security men, they’re the main Securities in Heaven Hotel, always hiding in the shadows... They never act unless the situation is too grave.’ He stared at the groaning Securities, watching the bone-shattering consequences of disrespecting the hidden master, and was stunned as the Ex-Head Guard turned towards him, crawling on hands and knees:
"Young Master--"
"Fuck off!!!"
Frederick kicked the man away, his C-Rank strength throwing the Security back to the ground with a dull thud:
"I don’t fucking know you!! Don’t fucking call my name again!!" He yelled, desperate to sever any connection that might tie him to the disgraced guards.
"What’s going on here?"
Frederick turned around, seeing the woman he brought with him, she was on her phone, not even looking up at him, entirely oblivious to how close they had just walked to complete annihilation.
"Are you always with your phone?!! Didn’t you notice what just happened?!!" He yelled at her, his tone catching her off-guard, raw fear cracking his usual smooth demeanor.
"Huh? I told you I wanted to use the bathroom, how would I know what happened? About the Boss of Heaven Hotel, when are we seeing him?" She asked, perfectly changing the subject, only to hit a hot button.
"Fuck off Bitch!!" Frederick snapped at her, walking towards his car, completely done with her superficial arrogance.
"Hey!! Are you taking me back?!"
"Take a fucking damn taxi!" He yelled, slamming the Bugatti’s door shut and tearing out of the driveway, abandoning her to the chaos.
"...?!"
The lady was dumbfounded, and instantly froze as the black clad Securities started breaking legs, the horrifying sounds of snapping bones and screaming men filling the air.
’What is happening here?!!’ She thought, backing away in utter terror as the reality of the scene finally crashed through her phone screen haze.

[CEO Office.]
Asher sat down on the head seat, leaning back against the high-end leather, staring at Tang who stood before him, waiting attentively for any directive. Juliana sat on the couch, still stunned by everything that just happened, her mind struggling to process the rapid shift in their reality.
All of a sudden, her broke husband got a Hotel, and the most luxurious one at that, who won’t be shocked?
"Boss, should I bring the documents of our--"
"--No need, I trust you, so continue what you’re doing. If any issues come up in the future, let me know." He tapped the table, getting straight to the core of his new assets:
"I just signed, and bought the Hotel. I don’t know one piece of information... How many branches do we have?" He asked.
"We have a Total of 100 Branches, exempting the Headquarters." Tang quickly answered, then checked the documents on the table, and brought one out:
"I noticed Boss is an Awakened. The Hotel actually bought a dungeon from the first Guild, an A-Rank Dungeon... Maybe the Boss will like to see and explore it. I can also arrange the team."
".....?!!"
Asher blinked, stunned. His main problem just solved itself!! And it’s an A-Rank Dungeon! The sheer concentration of high-tier monsters and evolution stones inside an A-Rank zone was exactly what he needed.
He quickly took the File, opening it, and reading the dungeon information, mostly monsters, and amount of stones, of course, the numbers were just rough guesses, no one can actually guess the amount of resources or monsters in any dungeon until it was completely cleared.
"Good! Very Good!" He said with a smile, genuine satisfaction warming his expression:
"You did a very good job, Tang!! I will increase your salary by 10%!"
"Really! Thank you Boss!! I am very happy to be of help to you!!" He quickly said, bowing deeply, delighted by the immediate recognition.
Asher nodded, placing the file on the table with a firm, decisive motion: "I will visit this dungeon a day after tomorrow! Take care of everything in the Hotel, and there is no need for any team, I will solo it."
"I understand, Boss." Tang said with a small bow, knowing better than to question the decisions of a man who commanded such silent, terrifying authority.
