It's all one flower.

0019. Dialogue Over the Wall

Me and my neighbors, we're all barack huts.

"Because the Nemoralis government didn't distribute all the bribes and budgets within the Autonomous Communities, we were left behind."

Captain Solgnac explains in a quiet voice the plight of the autonomous community of Listwar.

After the peaceful establishment of the Republic of Lacus Lacrimalis, the Nemoralis Republic, which was separated from the Republic of Lacus Lacrimalis, received emergency food support from the United Nations for several years, but was not distributed to the Autonomous Region of Listwar.

In the Autonomous Communities, many starved to death in the first year.

Few lands are arable due to salt damage, and food has to be relied upon outside the autonomous communities.

There is also little freshwater and many citizens have to buy it.

If you are a powerful people, magically drain the salt of the land, and also the salt of Salt Lake.

Farmland problems and water problems can be solved on their own without incurring costs.

Autonomous communities that do not possess magic, but therefore need more budget, did not have any reconstruction budget.

It took nearly twenty years to rebuild the factory at private expense, hire workers, earn foreign currency and make a living poor.

In the meantime, about a third of the Kirkrus of a powerless land people pushed into the Autonomous Community lost their lives.

Nemoralis had a republican system, but the voice of a minority was silenced by the majority, the people of the lake and the Fraxinus of the powerful land.

"I say democracy, but such is just a number of violence"

"Even without money, my ex can do anything with free magic"

"From us to the money."

"You're buying what we made out of sweat for free."

"Sell it to a foreign country and live a good life with the difference."

Adult crews are also dissatisfied with Captain Solniak's voice.

"We've been dumped! It's perfect to just be born into a wrist-vor and treated like garbage until you die!

Juvenile soldier Morph was hit by a water wall with a barrel.

I was approached by water and was about to take my gun away. Step on your feet, tighten your armpits, and cage your strength.

Medvege and a middle-aged soldier pull the boy soldier away from the water. It took three people to finally pull the gun out of the water.

The curse doctors of the people of the lake look at them like that.

"Even a powerless people can get out of such a life if they convert to Fraxinus. You chose the path of martyrdom even though there is a way of salvation."

The funeral parlor says in a cold voice.

If you don't want to be off the path of the holy stars in this new country, you have to live in an autonomous community.

"Freedom of faith is guaranteed by law. The present government, which imposes such repression on the grounds of faith, is no different from the royal family."

Captain Solniak replied with a calm voice.

Are you a priest or a knowledge class? Clearly not like the rest of the soldiers.

The Lacrimaris royal family is a lineage of powerful land people.

After half a century of civil unrest, the Lacrimalis kingdom dominates the southern half of the island of Nenia and the Funalis archipelago.

The Kingdom of Lacus Lacrimaris moved to a republican system by abolishing the royal system. Then, after half a century of civil unrest, the reign was restored and became the kingdom of Lacrimalis.

Even if the country's institutions and territories change, there is nothing different about the Fraxinus religion of the State religion and its policy of favouring wizards of all races.

On the occasion of half a century of civil strife, the Lacus Nenia family, the leader of the people of the lake, divided the royal family, who was co-ruler during the old kingdom, and gained the northern half of the island of Nenia and the island of Nemoralis to establish the Nemoralis Republic.

Even when the country was divided, the two countries continued policies that were very different from those of the period of joint governance.

No, both countries have stepped up their repression of minorities within their own countries.

The powerless people of the northern part of the island of Nenia...... Kirkurs in particular fought and survived half a century of civil unrest, believing that if the royal family were gone, they could live in the sun too.

The result was a policy of segregation that we called a semi-independence entitlement.

The Government of the Republic of Nemoralis openly practises religious repression in the name of national self-determination.

"Don't you think that's strange?

"Push us into that land, just you guys, take good land and live muddy."

"The people of the lake are with the royal family!

The crew, who heard Captain Solniak explain, bumps into anger. Without a magically built wall of water, I'd just as soon hit the rubble and punch you with a gun.

Boy soldier Morph gripped his fist.

Here again, the difference between a wizard and a powerless people is making me think seriously.

... doctors and funeral parlors can kill us all in one blow whenever they want to.

I guess I won't because I feel the same way cats get rats.

Boy soldier Morph stared at the wicked wizard.

I have heard that a wizard can take a man's life only with his hate-caged gaze.

... me, too, if I had that power...

A falling thought crosses the brain and shakes his neck to the side.

... No, you can't. I don't want to be such a monster.

I may have witnessed a wizard and been poisoned by overwhelming power.

Footsteps rushed over to the spelldoctor who hung his mouth open and a man's voice hung from the side.

"Doctor, that's enough there. I'll take your place, please get injured."

An elderly man jumped into the sight of a prostitute.

A green-haired curse doctor tries to give him the crystals left in his hand. The man shook his head to the side.

"I'm still fine. Use it on the injured."

That's what I say, I cast some kind of spell with powerful words, and I get my hands on the water wall.

"... ok"

"Doctor, this too..."

The funeral parlor takes off the skin bag on his hips and offers it. When the spelldoctor received it and interpreted it, he left early enough.

The footsteps are distant and you will not hear them any time soon.

The man who dropped off the spell doctor turned to the prostitute.

"The teacher seems to have been discussing this with you, but your response hasn't changed, has it?

"Is that what you're told and you can convert?

Captain Solniak inquires.

The older man had a lonely grin on his mouth.

"That's an impossible consultation. Neither do I have a wider heart than I can run my family into the water where you converted."

Silence descends between the two.

A middle-aged soldier slipped down on the floor and threw down a small gun.

"If you want to kill me, just do it."

"Back in the Autonomous Community, you're gonna die like garbage anyway."

The young man also threw out his gun and sat next to the middle-aged man.

Medvege, a former truck driver, throws down his gun and opens his mouth.

"I don't have anything left. My family, my job, my money... the only life I have is this one where the curse doctor (Seiko) helped me. Hey, funeral parlor."

"What?"

"Stick with the curse doctor. You helped me around the corner, but my life didn't work out."

"... ok"

The other soldiers also drew an ellipse of the path of the holy star in front of their breasts and threw down their guns one after the other.

The captain and the boy soldier Morph are the only ones holding guns.

"Are you guys here to die?

The funeral parlor is stunned.

"You're such a wacko!

A sharp eye of a boy soldier shoots through a funeral parlor.

If you can kill people with the power of hatred... but it's a hard eye to say.

The funeral parlor looked straight back at the rough eyes of the boy soldier. Ask the military clerk without looking away from the boy soldier.

"Mr. Secretary, what are you going to do?

"Nothing like this. I've decided to do it."

The elderly clerk ordered the collection of water extracted from the corpse, in powerful words.
