It's all one flower.
364. International Politics Talk
A militant guerrilla after dinner passes through the hallway of a treatment base. They were supposed to stay tonight, split up in the hospital room.
The room where Leno and the others are staying is probably not going to get on its own because the pharmacist (dull) Awellana and the spelldoctor Septentorio doubled [key] for me.
Footsteps and talking passed, quiet returned.
"How can we end the war?
Leno's voice was blurred.
We are ordinary people. We don't have the power to end national level troubles together. What I want to know is who can end the war, how can I contact you, and what can I say and ask for?
From what I've learned, there's no guarantee I'll see that person, no guarantee he'll fit in, but if there's a chance, I want to do enough to raise my voice.
"We just have to get rid of the root causes of the conflict."
Until then, Captain Sornyak, a Kirkurist who was silently watching over the intercession, said clearly.
... That's what they said, even though we don't have any power.
"Remove the cause?
"Yes."
Let the curseman who listened back snort, and Captain Solgnac said in a quiet voice.
"either destroy the Demon Asthma Cannon in the presence of a witness convinced by the international community, or prove that the Demon Asthma Cannon cannot be the return of the demons of the Three Kingdoms, and convince the Kirkulus Church of the rest"
"That, who, and how?
"Saana."
Captain Solgnac answered Cruillo's question without hesitation. I wouldn't struggle if I could figure that out easily. Tis and Amana, who had listened seriously to how far they knew what the story was about, look at the captain in surprise.
Kirkuls terrorists spoke out in pity to a discouraging wizard youth.
"The permanent members of the United Nations, with the exception of one country, are the Kirkuls. The intervention of the United Nations will not create a forum for peaceful negotiations. If there is a military intervention, it is time to follow Artel's actions and slap us."
"But Artel has left the U.N., so the country itself will not ask the U.N. to act."
Spelldoctor Septentorio can say.
Leno felt hooked on the spelldoctor's explanation.
If you think that four out of five permanent members will be on Artel's side, I feel that it would be more advantageous not to leave.
If Farkil's guess is correct, it was the Kirkulus Church and the Banksian government that instigated it. It would be all the more so if the permanent member, a large country such as the Union of Barbatum, were also involved.
The boulder will not be given approval on the surface stage for the annihilation battle for ethnic cleansing, but he has already given the weapon for it. When Artel was found out, whether he was a member of the United Nations or not, defamation from the international community was inevitable.
... What do you mean Artel's out of the U.N.?
Leno has never thought about relations between countries… international politics, etc. It was a cot that the great people of the country, such as prime ministers, kings, diplomats and politicians, thought and managed, and they thought it had nothing to do with the common people themselves.
To carry on the family business, I was chased to the job in front of me and wondered every day how I could successfully bake bread and increase sales. It was all about the store clippings.
"The current head of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is the Emperor of Japan."
An arms maker opened his mouth, as I recall.
"The Empire of the Day?
"An island nation in the Far East with a majority of native polytheistic followers. Religiously, both factions receive support from Amitostigma refugee camps, but that country is allied with Barbatum."
To the question of the funeral parlor of the people of the lake, the arms maker briefly explained.
"So you're the enemy?
Captain Solniak replied to that.
"For the Book of Japan Empire, the Hunan region is geographically and politically distant. As a country, you can't intervene that far."
"So, even if the director works hard on his own, and there's a dispute elsewhere, there's a temporary truce in this organization's arbitration."
"Because of your thin friendship, the Artel government won't lend you ears, will it? Oh, maybe that's why you left the UN?
Both artisans nodded at the captain's description.
"In short, the refugees will eat mesh, but you can't take it too far."
That's what I said.
The funeral parlor and the arms maker smiled sarcastically.
Leno, who has no preliminary knowledge, speaks about the UN's organisation as a matter of course and listens with dismay to the developments in the country.
The very organization of the United Nations, called the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, did not know until this war began. I certainly (of course) don't know what the director is like. I remember the location of the Sun Book Empire because I learned it at school and it's an easy place to understand, but that's all. Far from Lake Lacus, I don't think there are Fraxinus, but I can't imagine what kind of god they believe in.
Tis takes a cold teacup and includes a perfectly fragrant vanilla tea in his mouth. Pina opened her mouth to speak to her sister, but she couldn't find the words, and she drank herbal tea that she had cooled herself down too.
"You can't wait for someone to do something about it, can you?
A high school student, Roark, said when he saw Captain Solgnac and the weapons maker. It's not a question, it's a confirmation... a declaration. The two old men nod.
"There's a cot that we can do, too?
Tis puts down the empty cup, and in a voice that produced a thorn (thrust) of criticism of the adults, questions are raised.
"How can we go home?
Even Leno, who graduated from high school last year, is a difficult and not sure story. I don't know how far Tis, an elementary school student, understood and spoken the question, but the thorn pricked the minds of the adults.
Return to your homeland - that's all that matters is as far away as a dream story.
Amana also heard it in a trembling voice.
"Even if those uncles can practice with the captains and destroy the base well, they're murky, aren't they?
"It's not wacky, it's not totally wacky."
A spellmaker makes a smile, trying to reassure an elementary girl.
"Why?"
"Crushing the base makes it easier to protect Nemoralis because Artel's fighting power is weaker. Most wars, when one of us can't fight, we'll talk about quitting."
"Well, Artel's people talk about stopping the war until all the soldiers over here, people like those uncles and the craftsmen are gone... don't they?
The main force on the Nemoralis side is guerrillas, mainly demon soldiers and wizards, and rear support are craftsmen who create spells and magical tools.
Amana's sharp pointer clogged the spellmaker all the way. Captain Solgnac and the spelldoctor Septentorio also turn an intriguing eye to elementary school girls.
Leno was surprised that his sister's classmates understood his power of war quite accurately. When Leno was in elementary school, other than helping his parents, he played around with Cruillo all the time.
Leno, who has no power whatsoever, could only pray that Tis and Amana would visit as soon as possible, a peaceful day when they could be childish and obsessed with delicious treats and play.
