689. Souvenir of the Funeral Home

"I'll be back in three days. This is a souvenir."

Funeral home Agoni, who jumped to the king's capital Lacrimaris, lowers a large rucksack on the grass. When the old man freed from the load turned his shoulder and neck, his grassy hair swayed.

"I got a treat over there, so I'm good for lunch."

When I lowered my hips and unloaded them before the fire, the blank wipe bags came out one after the other. They have round, heavy objects in them.

"Good luck. Thank you."

"The information you gave me, sold it to the Hunan economy, said the reward would come later. When I told you about Guerrilla's grandmother, she gave me lots of sunny vegetables for information."

Funeral home Agoni explained to Jorch, a state-run broadcast announcer, as he examined the contents.

"So it's in the paper, right?

"Maybe. Three days from now, I'm going to the newspaper."

Smiling at Jorch, whose face was brightened, Agoni gave out the contents of the wipe bag.

... onions.

Boy soldier Morph remembered Leno's manager hanging up crying in the ruins of the broadcaster.

I'm worried about the Pinas, but Jorch and Reef, who went to see what was going on in the capital, just got back. The funeral parlor old man came home as we were all listening for lunch.

The announcer's story interrupted and irritated me, but if I put it in my mouth, the captain decides to scold me, so I'll be patient.

Voices fall from right to left discussing how adults dispense raw vegetables.

The story came together by the time I finished eating sturdy bread and canned fish.

Agoni and Medvege put the carrots, onions and potatoes in a wipe bag one at a time. Did the funeral parlor tell you this, there was a number of people. Because pumpkins are big, or there are only three. Two on the national broadcast track, one on the FM Cravel wagon, and no one complained.

"Take the rucksack if you want. It's a treasure to put in some vegetables."

"Thank you from what to what"

DJ Rafe of FM Cravel also bowed his head deeply when Jorch of State Broadcasting thanked him for receiving it.

"This morning, Reeve and I came to see how the capital was doing."

"Hmm. How'd it go?

The funeral parlor old man gets on his knees.

"Both armies kept their truce time, so it was quite peaceful and some stores were open"

"... but I've only seen the neighborhood of the [jump] permit point."

DJ Rafe added regrettably.

Morph, who I just heard, wanted me to go on as soon as possible, but when he breaks the hips of the story, he scolds me and slows it down, so he bites his lips and stares at the announcer of the national broadcast.

"With the battle zone expanding, nurseries, kindergartens and elementary and secondary schools are all closed and closed. High schools and universities are resuming classes only in parts of the West and South districts. It also seems that since gymnasiums and others have become shelters and school gardens are filled with evacuees' cars, physical education and the like cannot be done, more faculty and staff were unable to attend work, and were quite exhausted being chased by classes and evacuee responses"

"Why are they in school for not answering your car?

Boy soldier Morph accidentally pinched his mouth.

The eyes of the adults gather, and they bow down.

"I'm running out of fuel. If you run out of gas in traffic, the car behind you won't be able to move any further."

No one scolded me and Joorci's voice was not angry, so I asked him repeatedly.

"... So what if we run out of gas on the road?

"A powerful people carries them to the parking lot or the park in [gravity blockade]."

"You can't do what we had you do in the city, so you can lift up a car by yourself and carry it all the time in a bunch of people so you can't cut it, so if you run out of gas, you're not going to be able to make it."

Described to DJ Rafe in a quick tone, Juvenile Soldier Morph nodded, but somehow imagined the situation.

"Is that what you call a car when you put it in school?

"I don't think it's all there, but of course there is."

Affirmed by Jorch, Morph skewed his face into pain that made the back of his chest twitch and burn.

I recall Captain Solgnac saying in the port of Racica that imports were delayed because of the war and even if there was money, fuel would not be available.

That time, I saw a tanker that had remained moored all the time, and I was pissed off at how much I couldn't go to help the Pinas.

Now, not only is Medvege not going to truck to the capital to help him on the excuse for lack of fuel, but the Pinas are also driven by a crying impatience when they realize they can't get out of the capital.

... but the pinas don't have cars. Brother Roark, why didn't you come aboard the pinnas?

Even though the back was empty, I grabbed my fist and bowed.

"Boy, it's safer to walk."

"Why?

I stare at Medvege sideways. The driver's old man flaunted his shoulder, oh wow, but went right back to his true face and explained.

"It doesn't matter if you can go through a narrow road that your car can't get through, or if it's a walk in traffic"

I wasn't convinced, and when Morph shut up, Joorci said he seemed sorry.

"I'll keep reporting... okay?

I had no choice but to nod and show it, the announcer of the national broadcast said on the same terms as the radio.
