It's all one flower.
1186. Refugee Support Desk
The occupational agency in Amitostigma is completely different from that in Nemoralis.
At Nemoralis, there is a ledger that pinches job slips by industry, and when I tell them what kind of job I want at the desk, the attendant will look them up while they consult.
New jobs for one week will be posted on a bulletin board by day. The crowd walls are thick in the morning and it's hard to get close to the bulletin board for today.
In amitostigma, the number of attendants is very small. Instead, the receptionist and counselor seats had laptops one at a time.
A "search corner" bill stood on the seats slotted in the back, and this one also had a computer on each seat. Apparently, job seekers have a mechanism to look for them themselves.
Even in amitostigma, bulletin boards and flyer yards were made in the same way as nemoralis, but few (if any) viewers were present.
Awellana and Padorlik glanced at the bulletin board for the new job.
Don't look closely at the entrance indication. I went in, but apparently this is a referral office dedicated to the powerless people. It's just unqualified, unscholarly, unmagical jobs.
No scholarly questions, no magic needed and found a job as a spellmaker. Because it doesn't matter who writes the spell and who cages the magic. There are also [eggs of possibility] school jobs in the classification work of the materials.
Looking around again, the visitors had various hair colours, but Awellana was the only one with green hair, and no one had raised a badge from his neck (yesterday) within sight.
Padolrik enthusiastically refrains from taking jobs, conditions, etc., into his notebook.
There are many simple jobs, regardless of qualifications, the majority of which are informal employment such as part-time or part-time work. We found a part-time job to fill [the crystal of magic], but "but only for the ineffective" in the special notes. It seems to be a remedial job for those who cannot use magic on their own because magic is ineffective, even if it is magical.
Awellana looked at the information board in front of the stairs.
Placed in this building are departments dealing with "general jobs" and "junior jobs".
Generally speaking, it is a temporary job, regardless of qualifications, etc., with a lot of restaurant service, etc., for the powerless people. In elementary school, the powerful people confine the school to [spiritual doves], and the powerless people require qualifications such as passing basic tests for language and computer manipulation, dealing not only with temporary employment, but also full-time employment.
The department for junior jobs was on the third floor.
Upstairs there is a conference room to be used for job courses and briefings, and today the handwritten bill for the "How to Interview Course" is also hung.
Another building, a short distance away, contains intermediate and advanced occupational agencies, and procedural connections are yet another building.
... You have such a big referral office because it's much more economical.
Intermediate is a job for specialists who have completed a particular school and qualified holders of the powerless people.
Powerful people are [mourning vultures (bald eagles)] schools such as butchers, and powerless people are exemplified by driving, cook licenses, and commercial bookkeeping grades. Both are inexperienced and only young people who have just graduated from high school or college will also be dealt with here.
The fourth floor of the same building is intended for an expert and powerless people with national credentials, illustrated by medical professions such as the [White One-Winged] Faculty of Spelldoctors, the Doctor's License in Science, and lawyers.
This one reads, "Other new graduates have a high percentage of practical experience of more than 10 years".
Awellana moved to the flyer storage area, refraining from each in the notebook.
"Hey, there's no civilian use here in the lake."
A young man with brown hair pours a suspicious eye on Awellana. T-shirts and cotton bread are wet with sweat and not a single embroidery of the spell.
"Uh, a little acquaintance asked me to come and see it instead"
"Heh, that's Sugath. Let the powerless people pass, the lake people's pharmacist, who is it?
A slightly thorny voice. Run your gaze from top to bottom to the green-haired pharmacist and take a price.
Earlier, I showed the [Thinking Owl] school badge (yesterday) at the drug material store and gently regretted that I forgot to treat him in my clothes.
Visitors who feel disturbed by the air send a flickering gaze. The eyes that can be directed at the people of the misplaced lake are harsh.
The desk attendants turned to us, but went right back to their work.
Without an answer, the young man shrugged his jaw in the back.
"For refugees, over there. Aren't you going to stop hammering out to the local people?
"Oh, sorry"
Awellana was driven to a rugged gaze and hurried to a compartment partitioned by clashes.
The pharmacist (dull) Awellana stopped and turned in front of the clash with the "Refugee Assistance" sticker. The paddle lik pulls its jaw slightly and moves to the flyer storage area.
I can't hear you talking from beyond the clash.
Awellana went inside thoughtfully.
An old woman shifts her gaze from the computer screen.
"Um... excuse me. Don't you have a job that looks like an internal job for a powerless people that you can do in a refugee camp?
When the conditions were separated, the refugee support officer urged the green-haired pharmacist (dull) to sit down. I say it as I operate my computer and run my eyes through the screen.
"I got one last week, but I've decided... now... you don't"
"Really..."
"If you have an internet connection environment, there are two translation jobs…"
"If it's a section close to the city, there's a tablet device...... uh, volunteers would rather leave a shared one at the rally point, can't it be done without a computer?
"It can be business secrets or working hours, so it's going to be difficult on your device."
"Right......"
As Awellana dropped her shoulders, the rep hung a slightly brighter voice.
"If you're a senior refugee, you're new here."
"Experts with badges (today) are the best at supporting the lives of refugee camps in all occupations. If you get out of town and get a job, you're gonna abandon everyone in trouble."
The person in charge's eyes asks, "So why are you here?"
"I'm in Nemoralis, and I bring my home country, Lacrimaris, Amitostigma support information, to the refugee camp, and I'm working on telling Nemoralis people about the refugee camp on my way home."
"I think here that the refugees' raw voices may be hard to reach and that the very way of supporting them is a misunderstanding...... personally"
Teach Farkill's website "Travel Records" to the person who dived (hissed) his/her voice. It was a while ago, but when I looked at the survey results, I entrusted my hope that I might find tips on effective measures.
