It's all one flower.
1449. Invisible Capital
"At the time Mr. Reef went to inform General Unuk Elhaia about the invasion of the Autonomous Region, the city battle in the capital was still sporadic"
A spelldoctor, Septentorio, stares at the distance and wraps a thread of memory.
He was in the process of infiltrating the Ristover Autonomous Region with Lazolnik at the time to record the testimony of Senator Laqueus' sister and Captain Solniak.
DJ Reef jumped to Persiek City with information that a portion of the Nemus Liberation Army would arbitrarily dare to conduct an autonomous community raid operation.
I guess I went alone because I was just informing the Persiek Branch Chief Optimus of the Nemus Liberation Army and I was going to be right back. But the branch manager took Reef to the capital, Cravel.
Farkill says, recalling the report.
"But you called the General's house from a pay phone in the capital, but you didn't connect?
"That's right. Back then, the battle caused the telephone line to physically cut off, many areas where communications were cut off, and the branch manager took him to scratch the battle and go to the general's house."
The face of Joorci, who I heard from him, explains the rest is harsh.
The curse doctor asks Farkill.
"Have you seen any information in person in the city other than the person in this note? For example, carriers travelling around the capital and other cities."
"I don't think so."
"Why?
"With city warfare and bomb attacks, roads in the city are closed to traffic everywhere. The Interim Government will not allow passage from Rachka to Cravel except on the return of the surrounding farmers wholesale their produce to Rachka"
Jorch, who went to the city of Rachka to investigate, explained instead of Farkill.
"On the eastern side, too, at the behest of the extraordinary government, there are regulations in the section from Cravel to Delevina"
"I don't know how regulated the local cities are, but the harbor, the direct route connecting the capital to Rachka, is stopped."
The Nemus Liberation Army controls the harbour of the capital and is alert to attacks by government military warships and to the arrival of government soldiers on civilian ships.
"Few people leave the capital on foot or [jump] anymore. Refugee transport vessels leaving Rachka and Ljabina are less than capacity and do not fit for the price, so they have been suspended a lot lately."
Farkil, imagining the situation in the capital, Cravel, recalled once again the contents of the report.
... With that said, there's no information on Delevina and Machagina east of the capital.
The Republic of Nemoralis does not have the facilities of the Internet and cannot use methods to gather and analyse casual transmissions of the general public and approach real images, as in other countries where there is an Internet connection environment.
The means of contact with people seeking peace were also limited.
Jorch points to a flow diagram of humans and things touring the capital, Cravel, created by Congressman Morcove.
"Freighters still have direct flights from Cravel Harbor to King's Capital Lacrimaris and Summer Capital."
"Right. Civilian shipping companies will not stop logistics to protect the lives of the people unless they are disrupted by the interim government or the Nemus Liberation Army."
There would also be reason to say that if few logistics companies stuck in the capital, they could capture that much demand.
"The journey. So, there are so many Palumbina transaction records."
Many people, companies and organizations take part in activities aimed at peace without resorting to force. The way it is involved and the extent to which it is involved vary.
Neither will the general trading company Palumbina Corporation reveal all of the deal to the boulders. This list is likely only for items that we later determined would be more profitable to disclose.
... Well, on the contrary, it's scarier for the company to just move "in good faith” even though it's not profitable.
The pursuit of profits, the survival of the company itself and the provision of employees are paramount priorities.
It does not discredit shareholders or interfere with the continuation of business.
"How many stores is this business partner?
There are only a few places where the industry can be seen by the name of the office.
When Farkill heard, the Nemoralist announcer ran his eyes on the list again. All these offices will remain in the capital under the control of the coup regime and will continue to do business with foreign companies such as Palumbina Corporation.
"Manufacturing and Retail, Wholesale Trading Companies, Construction, Hospitals, Publishing… There's a lot going on"
"Don't you have all the businesses you need to live in?
Spelldoctor Septentorio also said, looking at the same table.
"I don't know, unless I actually check to what extent I'm able to resume my economic activities and stay alive"
"Are you going?
Farkill looked Jorch in the eye in surprise. I'm not laughing at the sight over my glasses, and there's no sign of cowardice.
The announcer for the national broadcast said in a way that reads out the news manuscript.
"At present, the vast majority of Nemoralis can only access information from one direction. Outside the metropolitan area, this is the announcement of temporary governments and censored reports. In the metropolitan area, you can receive Nemus Liberation Army broadcasts, but more and more households are lagging behind in manufacturing and importing batteries and are unable to use radio. From what I've heard, you won't get any information from the extraordinary government."
As far as the report is concerned, the only place within the Republic of Nemoralis where batteries and other household goods are adequate and inexpensive is in the city of Lyabina.
"Knowing what's going on in the city are people from nearby farmers and fishing villages who go to wholesale food, but they don't have the means to disseminate information. What foreign companies can grasp is fragmented information about their counterparties"
"Are you going?
The spelldoctor Septentorio confirms.
By the time the mobile broadcaster Praetermissa leaves the city of Ljabina, he will have to return to the refugee camp.
"Because that's the mission of the press."
Jorch, a state-owned broadcast announcer, proclaimed his strong determination in the eyes behind his glasses.
