Kuro no Maou
Episode 539: Pride Gem Crusade
We ordered an emergency quest, Pride Gem Crusade, and we immediately started acting. What is more, the period is three days before the start of the total Spartan attack. With travel to the ground to prepare, it would be like a day to be able to fight virtually full.
Fortunately, Saliel returned from the quest at noon on the 13th, clear and promoted to Adventurer Rank 3. Once again, it is the speed of breaking. If we keep doing this, we will also be able to repaint the shortest record of Rank 5 Up launched by our Element Master. That, too, comes with an omelet called solo.
Well, I know best myself that it doesn't make much sense to rank adventurers, because he's strong and New Games is a good place from his strength.
Anyway, after the process of officially joining Rank 3 Adventurer Saliel as a new member of our Element Master, we are ready to leave Sparda.
I'm shiny polished, fully armed with stunning black light dazzling 'Tyrant Armor (Maximilian)'. Fiona is in her usual witch robe, and Saliel is also a familiar monastic garment. Promoted to Rank 3 doesn't seem to buy protective gear yet. Are you even playing tie-in?
Everybody, we're ready. Come on, we'll do everything we can to keep the other adventurers from getting ahead of us, but that departure came from the first step early.
"Sariel should run."
"No, nothing. You can put me on my merry"
"I'm unacceptable, like Sariel and the two of us. I can't allow you to imitate a made-up look and two passengers without your lover, like a lovely, different kind of love."
"If you don't want to hear about made-up flair, why not?" The maid is in the best position to match your husband!
"You have no choice, there's no other horse to ride..."
In this way, we had a terrible argument in front of Sparda's main entrance. I feel like we're pinching our mouths to the extra guy, but we can't leave anyway because of the triviality.
"So you just have to run"
"Well, maybe it's not impossible with Sariel's feet,"
Pathetic about boulders, the emotional reason comes first. Secondly, it is difficult to have a lack of stamina in the earthen pit.
The opponent is a monster of the trials, so he must be challenged with a complete attitude.
"Well, I'll ride with Mr. Chrono."
"No, Marie's so reluctant to put Saliel on it,"
You mean like the Lord, Marie, Fiona's beloved horse, snorts roughly with the burl just as Sariel approaches, killing her to kick it. Sariel would be able to ride it forcefully, but I would have trouble being a rampage horse by mistake.
It's hard that Marie can't adopt the most plausible proposition that Fiona and Saliel will be riding two more than she can get Saliel on.
"Fiona, can you do something about that?
"We can't just allow Sariel to sit in that seat anymore, not anyone else."
It's a pain in the ass, and the feeling of making it unobstructed doesn't gush against Fiona. Because she has every patience.
As far as I'm concerned, I'll have to at least let her stand her pride as best I can. Even so, I'm a lover.
"I don't have a choice, I might eat some time, but do you want to buy Saliel's horse"
"Let's do that. Sorry, it's my selfishness, so I'll pay for it."
"No, never mind. I should have been more concerned, Fiona."
"Mr. Krono..."
"Master, may I?"
The person in question raised his voice when he successfully reached a settlement and had a bit of a good vibe.
"Oh, my God, Sariel."
"With my horseback riding, is it good to realize that the problem will be solved?
"Oh, that's why we're talking about buying your horse from now on"
"You don't have to."
Why? Before inquiring, Sariel took her fingertips to her mouth - piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii and sounds like a squeaky bird. It's called one, it's a finger whistle.
No way, the next moment I thought, the sound of a horse's nagging and powerful wings reached my ear.
"Whoa, you're serious... he even followed you to Sparta"
What emerged was Pegasus, who had just abandoned him when he boarded the Gratney Oct. A brilliant body, pure white fur and luminous luster are, without a doubt, Saliel's horses.
"Were you hiding it?
"What I followed was the freedom of Pegasus. Nor did I have the right to own Pegasus today, so I had nothing else to leave behind"
"Well, I didn't ask. I mean it's my fault..."
Nevertheless, it is a tremendous loyalty for a horse to have bothered to come about Sariel and waited nearby for him to come up as soon as he was called. Maybe Sariel only opened her heart to this horse, too, and cherished it.
"Anyway, it's good to have a good partner. Speaking of which, what's his name?
"None."
Goddamn it, I was the fool who expected a human heartwarming animal touch episode from the Seventh Apostle Saliel at all.
Perhaps to Saliel, a horse is something that needs to be moved, like a consumable that you just need to change into a new one if you fall.
"Give him a name or two."
"Now we will call this individual 'Shiro'."
Recently, I thought it was getting somewhat better, but apparently it made me feel like it was still going to take some time for Saliel to regain her mattomo human sensibility. I'm sorry, Shilo, but you're gonna have to be a little more patient and hang out with this unconsciously cruel Sariel.
So I felt a little depressed and left Sparda behind.
The Spartan army is also based, we arrived within the day we left for the Latifundia Great Forest and the nearest village of Lakel, but we were already at sunset, so we decided to stay overnight first. Some adventurers seem to have rushed for work and dared to attack at night, but we will wait for the morning in full swing. I don't imitate a Rank 5 monster against him, going out of his way to fight on unfavourable terms.
If you get ahead of yourself, then that's when. It's the result of being safe, so I regret it, but I give up.
Fortunately, even on the morning of the 14th, when it was bright, there were no reports of Pride Gems being crusaded. While I slept overnight, there just seemed to be a one-off offense between adventurers and the Slime Legion in the Ratty Forest, and there seemed to be no movement in the war situation by this.
"Well, then, I asked you, Sariel."
"Yes, Master"
Under a clear blue sky, Saliel crosses Shiloh, his beloved horse, and flies to the forest of Ratti with refreshment.
Unexpectedly, we got a flight unit. The corner meant she decided to have a light reconnaissance from the sky.
"Let's check the operation."
Fiona sitting in front of a tent stretched out of the village with a breakfast sandwich in her hand peeks into a brief map of my sprawling Latifundia Great Forest.
"This is where the body of the Pride Gem is."
It is already checked in red circles and the position of the main circle is very easy to understand.
"We hit a critical position where we can aim directly at the main unit, at this point, approximately 500 meters away."
Fiona's white fingertip moves slightly to the left from the red circle, pointing to one of several waterfront areas in the forest.
"Oh, if we go into the woods, we go here first. I hope Sariel's reconnaissance finds a little easier route."
"We're not just slime or anything. Besides, from what I've heard about human-shaped splinters, it doesn't seem to be that superior."
As for one legion, is Slowsgill's army of monsters still the strongest?
"After all, the problem is the main body"
"You don't know all this unless you try it."
Perhaps once and for all. If the raid on the main unit fails, I intend to withdraw immediately.
In the worst case scenario, you can rebuild your posture and multiply it by the total attack of the Spartan army to target the sidelines. It is not the fact that we have fulfilled the crusade that is necessary to achieve the trials, but the specific part of that monster.
"Rather than an operation, it's a beating."
"Don't say that."
Getting caught up in a muddy handshake between adventurers is honestly something I'd like to ask you to spare. According to the information, other Rank 5 adventurers, including the Iron Ghosts, are also participating.
In order to avoid a strong rival, it is important to be able to decide on a battle in one shot. Even in a beating, this is the only way to win for sure.
Then we'll be ready to leave too.
As I say, I invoke The Tyrant's Armor (Maximilian), which I let sink into shadow space (Shadowgate).
Creepy as a black bottomless swamp spreads ripples, and armor floats behind me without sound.
"Good morning, my lord. Well done!
"System Standby"
Ability to ruin the signs of a disastrous emergence Weatherful voice echoes quickly and in my head. But this is also something I'm used to. I don't care now. Morning, Sheep, Miriam.
Every giant piece of armor that exceeds my head appears, sounds giggly and mechanical, and moves into mounting mode.
First, the chest, the avatar-shaped armor, is freed, from which it opens in turn with the belly, hips, and. Ultimately, the armor cuts open to the elbow and knee, and the wearer (me) wears all of the armor just by passing his hands and feet backwards.
By the way, the inside of the open armor is surprisingly covered with jelly liquid like the slime you're about to take down. As red as if it were a real flesh, a crimson line running vertically and horizontally continues to pulse constantly.
Honestly, at first I hesitated to look at this one and stick my body together, but when I touch it, I hardly feel it for any reason, and I don't care at all. It makes me wonder if a really disgusting gel exists, but apparently it's the secret of the functionality that Colle puts magic through his armor or absorbs shock into the interior. I'm sure this is also the crystal of ancient amazing technology.
Once again, with admiration, I don't hesitate to go inside the grotesque armor I'm completely used to in my daily fitting exercises.
"Royal (Master) Certification. RX-666 · Maximilian, Startup"
Every time Miriam sucks up my black magic with an announcement that disciplines me, 'Tyrant Armor (Maximilian)' wakes up.
My body, as if swallowed into the mouth of a giant monster, closes its armor and completely covers its appearance. A moment of darkness. Later, the display of the helmet and the visual nerve are connected directly, again reflecting the view in front of the eye with the same accuracy as the naked eye.
"Mr. Chrono, I always thought,"
Fiona, complete with a sandwich packed in a basket, says as she stares straight out with her golden eyes.
"That armor, it's easy and good to wear"
Look at this obviously over-technical armor, is that all you have to say, Fiona?
I knew it would be hard for a woman to figure out the romance of this gimmick-laden powersuit armor, how dare you, I started cleaning up the camp.
Determine the route that leads to the waterfront, the first target point, below Sariel's enemy results when he returns safely. At times such as just before noon, we finally entered the slimy, overflowing Latifundian Great Forest.
Into the woods for dozens of meters. The anomaly appears immediately.
Out of the shade and bushes, I'm out. I'm out, all slime. So much so that the whole forest might have slimmed. Sure, it's not easy to get attacked in such numbers.
"It's a waste of time and magic, we're going through it all at once!
Burn brilliantly the magic booster embedded in the back of the armor, cut ahead and I enter the slime herd.
One beat late, Fiona and Saliel, who housed 'Disease (Airwalker)' on both legs, continued.
What we need under this circumstance is an armed force that can wipe out a large number of enemies in one breath. Therefore, it was not the wax or the fangs that held it, but the black iron cannon, The Greed.
The grip I haven't gripped in a long time gives me a truly comfortable but reliable sense of weight. Just like the armor, I let go of the gutling gun that shines black as new as I think.
"Demon Bullets (Barrett Arts)/Sweeping (Gatling Burst)"
Ballying and frightening numbers of demon bullets are spewed out over six barrels so that everything in sight is anointed with black steel. Whenever the black muzzle flash blinks, the semi-liquid flesh of the slime scatters like a slap on the surface of the water.
"Hyah! Beat your intestines (halawatta)!
"Hostile Judgment, Gem, Threat, Extremely Small"
Two curses in a person's (me) head that chat at will. Because it only comes out with normal slime yet, or it's not like I'm nervous.
Or Miriam calls you Gem about Slime.
Apparently, they used to call me Gem about Slime. I guess the name Pride Gem survived the old nomenclature because it also lived in ancient times.
Speaking of which, Mia said Gratney Octo had five cities wiped out. In other words, it makes clear that it existed in that era. The possibility that a monster of the trials is a monster that Mia herself once defeated is well thought out.
"Fire Arrow (Ignis Sagitta)"
"Black Pile (Sagitta)"
Two more backup projectiles fly in from behind me shooting down the slime mechanically. The burning fireball is Fiona, the sharp bullet very similar to the demon bullet is Sariel, each a long-range attack unleashed.
Fiona's Short Cane (Stuff) "Custom Fireball" Again "Spitfire" I'm used to a series of fireball rains with tremendous momentum, but I can't help but wonder if you're unfamiliar with Sariel.
I won't be able to help. Because this "black pile", if it's white, is the same thing as the abominable "white pile" that pierced my flesh, just like it is. If I accidentally hit it, I'm still afraid I'm going to be penetrated even now that I've worn my armor.
"Power judgment." Black Pile (Sagitta), "Piercing Resistance Level 3, Defensible"
"Even sheep can be prevented now. - Come on!
Miriam gives me a heartbeat for safety, but, well, this is like my trauma. I don't have a choice, or I want to think I'll get used to it. And sheep, don't stick to your armor with your defense.
"Enemy net Ni sensation ant. Hostile Judgment, Large Gems, Threat Level, Small"
"Fiona! Forty meters to the right, Giant Slime is coming!
"I'll shoot you -" Flame Spear (Ignis Chris Sagitta) ""
Arrow tips with rays open in sidesteps, roaring loudly and flaming tornadoes passing by. Both the slime and the trees on the road burn everything down and strike straight at the giant body of the jaunt slime that runs straight through the woods.
Before you jumped forward of me, the flesh of giant water-colored jelly burned down every core.
Again, I think you still have a different sense of stability with the original party members. The behavior of his fellow men is not precipitated as if it were an extension of his own hands and feet. My imaginary results and those of my peers match beautifully.
And so we go almost straight through the Ratti Forest.
Only two types emerge: massive slimes and giant slimes that appear there. Just me with a gattling gun in my armor is enough to poke through a siege net at my leisure. With Fiona's firepower and Sariel's future-stained and precise cover, the journey will truly go unmanned.
"Enemy net sensation nashi. enemy forces, temporarily retreating"
Yes, the first thing I noticed was Miriam with a helmet with excellent detection capabilities by default.
Instead, I turn around and send my gaze to Fiona and Saliel, but they both seem to have felt thin. Either way, if my enemy's offense is obviously weak, I have to realize it.
"This could finally come out."
"Just in time, we're almost there."
I went into the woods for an hour. From the speed of our advance, we've treaded far beyond that. Even if we double-check the map, we do arrive at the waterfront of the example soon.
Run straight through the quiet forest where the slime disappeared, and we're gone to our destination.
"- Stop Mare"
Small open marshes, in the woods. There, one person was waiting.
I see you're the human splinter.
Standing on the water in the middle of the swamp is not a person. It's a special slime splinter that already has Alliance information, the Pride Gem rolls out, and hosts advanced intelligence.
Because of their appearance and deeds, they are called this among adventurers.
"You sure are a 'copy'"
Soitz looked exactly like me. A disastrous full-body armored man of satanic design. But you never missee me and Sole.
Because silhouettes are the same. But he's obviously on a different scale. Yes, it's big. Look, it's about three or four times what I am.
"I heard you took and used adventurers' weapons, but here's the thing."
Basically, the flesh of the copy is the same jelly-shaped liquid as the slime, but what shapes my armor is numerous swords, shields, or protective equipment such as helmets and armor. First of all, it is undoubtedly the equipment of an adventurer who has fallen in this forest, and Sole and the others form an armor-shaped object, united like Mount Waste.
"Adventurer da"
The creepy thing is, I don't know where he's coming from, but he's pretty much talking in the same voice as me. Perhaps the vocal qualities are perfectly similar, but there is no such thing as emotional discouragement in the dialogue. I feel a monster-like inorganicity in the pronunciation of bar reading.
"Adventurer, Laita, Chrono"
"Fiona, Sariel"
Now, I can hear the girl for two.
"Everybody, you're wacky to get a copy done."
As Zubzub and the swamp itself hold up, alongside my copy, Fiona and Sariel, a copy that mimics both of them also appears. Apparently, this one uses slightly less weapons and more than half of his body is made of slime.
"First, we need to take him down and secure this place."
Now, I think I'm going to smash this creepy, unpleasant imitation of both Yarrow, and the trees around me squirm.
"Adventurer, Otoko, Onna"
"Row Kuzo, Fiona"
"Sagitta, Sagitta, Gatling, Ignis"
Huge copies of both, showing up even more.
They come together with Zorozolo, whispering what we've been saying since we walked into the woods.
Three, four, five. - Goddamn it, it's lightly over twenty. Only the same copy giants flock and stand in front of us.
"That's quite a force. Rank Five Monsters. Like what?"
It's such a nightmarish sight that it's not strange for a normal adventurer to panic, but Fiona leaks her feelings for the creepy army of slime giants in front of her with a cool voice everywhere.
And then he walked over my back with "The Greed" and took it a step further.
"But it's a hassle, so I'll sweep it off -"
