Let's Manage The Tower

(3) Summoning magic

Summoning magic.

It is the technique of summoning the object desired by the surgeon.

The subject here is not limited to inorganic organisms.

It seems that if the power of the surgeon is high, anything can be called in theory...

It is important to note here that summoning can be done by simply calling the subject. That is, if you call something stronger than the surgeon himself, it is possible that the surgeon will be defeated by the called object if there is no constraint at the time of summoning.

Therefore, summoning is a set of summoning and constraint.

A constraint is a contract, and essentially such a contract is built into the technique when summoning, so that the surgeon becomes the superior.

But there are exceptions to everything.

This is when the subject of the summons has already entered into a contract with the magician. In the case of examinations, Ko will qualify.

Ko, who was brought to Mitsuki, had already entered into a subordination agreement before signing the subpoena agreement. It takes the form of a subordination agreement followed by a subordination agreement.

In both cases, it is summoning magic that the summoner becomes the superior to the summoner.

... well, it should be.

"... and, Kouhi, Mitsuki... what does this mean?

The examiner decided not to see the scene in front of him for a moment, and asked Kouhi and Mitsuki.

"Was there a problem?

"I'm sorry. I don't know what Kaosuke-san wants to say either."

To the two people who didn't really understand, Kaiseki looked up at the sky once and once again rebelled about summoning magic.

No matter how many times I rebelled, there was no element in the situation at hand.

However, for some reason, there were two men and women in front of the examiner.

These two were summoned by Kouhi and Mitsuki earlier.

A man named Warhid and a woman named Ekko.

According to the rules of summoning magic, it should be Fuku against Kouhi and Mitsuki, not against the examiner.

"No, I wonder why these two are like this..."

"... ahh!

"... that's easy. The Summoner is superior to the Summoner. We, the summoners, are the family of the Lord. It's only natural that the two of you should be Master Fuku."

(... eh, naturally!?... yes, of course...)

Instead of Kouhi and Mitsuki, I saw the two summoned people nodding when they heard the story, and the examiner gave up thinking deeply.

"Hmm, that's right. Well, thank you."

The two men in front of them lowered their heads even deeper into the words of the examiner.

"... hah."

Thank you very much.

It feels very hard to spend time together from now on, but I have stopped changing it all.

After all, Kouhi and Mitsuki's plan does not make the summons clear.

"Anyway, this summons isn't over for them, is it?

The plan is to summon a total of six people, three each in Kouchi and Mitsuki.

That's right, but I'm going to change my schedule a little bit, and it's going to be a daily summons.

"... thank you for replenishing the power from the crystal."

"... to? Really!?

"Yes, I can't replenish myself, but I can't get the magic out of the crystal. If you take it directly out of the crystal, it looks like you're going to lose it."

"It seems more efficient to use it in the management of the tower than we capture it directly."

I thought about the two words while putting my arms together.

"... I see. Does that mean we should start using it today?

That's right.

"That's better."

"Roger that. I have something I'd like to try, so I'll use it there."

The two summoned decided to leave it to Kouhi and Mitsuki, and Kaiseki decided to modify the tower.

The idea is for adventurers to crush monsters from all levels to gain power.

The question is how to bring an adventurer into this tower, but we can sell it at the transfer gate right away.

However, I don't think that's enough for examinations.

In the first place, the proportion of adventurers on the Central Continent is higher than the world average.

Beginner-class monsters last up to 40 layers, which is less good for high level adventurers. This is all the more true in this tower, where each layer is very wide.

There are a lot of intermediate-class monsters coming out a little further from the city in the Central Continent, so we don't need to make money in this tower as it is.

So what do we do?

The examiner was looking for a function that was a management menu.

(... yes! This is it!!

Find the features you're looking for and rest assured.

Without this, the plan could have collapsed.

Name: Hierarchy Exchange

Installation Cost: 100,000pt (Ghost)

Description: Replace any two layers.

(High!! Isn't that right? Without this, if you think about changing the environment from scratch, it's a good price... Even so, the remaining magical powers are not enough to keep up with the plan. I don't know...)

There is no problem with replacing the layer only once, but I planned to replace some, so no matter how much magic pt there is, it will be insufficient.

In the meantime, put it on hold and try looking for other features.

Name: Transfer gate (hierarchical designation)

Installation Cost: 10,000 pt (Shinto)

Description: A metastasis gate that can optionally specify the layer of metastasis destination. Only one layer can be specified. Round-trip and one-way settings are possible.

"... this is it! Oh, I'm sorry."

I suddenly shouted, and Kouhi next to me turned to look surprised, so I made a word of apology.

For the time being, we decided to install the layer guidance as it was likely that we could manage with this.

In the meantime, we will create a flow line based on the fifth floor where we plan to build the village.

The first to sixth layers were left intact.

Place one on the sixth floor to connect to the forty-first floor.

Then install one on the forty-fifth floor to connect it to the seventy-first floor.

Finally, a transition gate was installed on the seventy-second floor to lead to the seventh floor.

Next, the hierarchy between the sixth and seventh levels is set to be skipped. Place one transition gate on each of the fortieth and seventieth floors to connect to the forty-sixth and seventy-third floors.

The installation of the transfer gate is now complete.

Since managing the flow line of the tower is troublesome as it is now, we removed the transition gate that originally existed on the sixth floor, the fortieth floor, the forty-fifth floor, the seventieth floor, and the seventy-second floor.

By the way, it didn't take PT to remove it. Unfortunately, I didn't win either.

The gate connecting the first floor to the outside of the tower can also be closed, so I kept it closed.

The work related to the transfer gate was completed, and the flow line became as follows.

first layer (external closure) to fifth layer (planned village) ⇔ sixth layer ⇔ forty-first layer to forty-fifth layer ⇔ seventy-first layer ⇔ seventy-second layer ⇔ seventh layer to fortieth layer ⇔ forty-sixth layer to seventy layer ⇔ seventy-third layer to one hundred layer

* "~" is connected by ⇔ (round trip).

Then, since the sanctity and magic collected from each layer every day were wasted, I checked to see if I could do something about it, and there was an item to disconnect the crystal from each layer, so I disconnected the crystal from the seventh layer to the fortieth layer.

I wondered where the extra sanctity and magic had disappeared, but even if I thought about it, I didn't get an answer, so I stopped thinking on the way.
