Celine Sutton and Stuart Floyd watched the two of them with amusement, noticing Jose Floyd and Nicole sharing a cup, with a mischievous smile in their eyes.
Joshua Floyd took a sip of milk and teased, "Still claiming there’s no romance? Who are you kidding! Sharing a cup is basically an indirect kiss! Can you two stop being so lovey-dovey in public?"

Joshua’s being clueless, gotta ignore him! Nicole held back her urge to give Joshua a piece of her mind!

And so, during the days Jose Floyd stayed with the Floyd Family, he got along well with everyone. As for Nicole, both the Floyd Family and Jose treated her as if she belonged to Jose, even the rebellious Joshua often said, "Sister Nicole, your man’s up to something again!"
While Jose Floyd went out on errands, Nicole received a call from the police station and headed there.
The three members of the Floyd Family sat in the living room chatting.
Stuart Floyd, sipping tea, looked at his wife Celine Sutton sitting beside him, "Celine, how’s Nicole’s health after you’ve been helping her all this time?"
Celine smiled slightly, full of confidence, "With my care, how could Nicole have any health problems."
Stuart couldn’t hide his happiness, "So you’re saying Nicole is healthy and there’s no issue with her conceiving? That means she and Jose can have children?"
Before Celine could reply, Joshua snorted, "Stop dreaming, and no matchmaking. Nicole is already engaged, haven’t you noticed? She’s wearing a diamond ring on her finger! Last time she called me from City C, it was for her engagement party, and her fiancé isn’t Jose Floyd. To me, Jose isn’t husband material, just look at his mom. "Know what? Do you know Jose’s current mom?" Stuart’s eyes darkened, his fingers clenched tightly around the teacup with a hint of coldness.
"How could I know that piece of work! Why do I say she’s a piece of work? She’s heartless! Last time, Nicole in City C was chatting with me daily on WeChat, learning about cardiac medical knowledge and daily care tips. The time in City C and Italy is different! While it’s daytime here, it’s midnight there, and Nicole spent month after month chatting with me at midnight, learning everything about the heart just for Jose’s mom’s angina!"

"If Sister Nicole marries into such a family, she’ll only suffer! I’d rather she marries her fiancé. I’ve heard her fiancé is with the Department of Foreign Affairs, and he’s a good match for Nicole’s family. Her family seems to like him a lot too."
"In my opinion, choosing the fiancé is way better than choosing Jose Floyd."
Celine was surprised, "Nicole is engaged? Her fiancé isn’t Jose Floyd?"
Joshua casually popped a bunch of grapes from the fruit plate into his mouth and replied nonchalantly, "Yeah, Nicole has a fiancé. Once she goes back to City C, they should be getting married."
