With his boosted strength, Grocha did not waste any time and immediately started to attack Alicia. Previously, it was Alicia who was dominating the battle, but now, the tables had turned.

With his increased strength, Grocha had became much faster than before. So now, Alicia was having a lot of trouble in fending him off and dodging his attacks.

She still tried her best but now that Grocha had the strength of a peak knight, he was just too much for Alicia to handle.

So in a very short period of time, Alicia found herself in grave danger. Her spear flew away from her hand after she had tried to parry an axe swing and immediately after that, Grocha landed a solid kick to her stomach and made her to fly to one of the walls.

After her back collided with the wall, Alicia coughed up some blood. The area of her belly where she was kicked, it had turned black and blue in colour and it was also hurting terribly.

But even with all the pain, Alicia looked at the advancing Grocha with defiance in her eyes. There was no way she was going to submit to him or show fear toward him. Even if she was about to die, she would do so with her head held high.

Seeing Alicia acting like this, Grocha became even more enraged. Then he lifted up his axe and tried to split Alicia’s head with one powerful swing.

As Alicia saw the axe coming down toward her with the promise of giving her death, she did feel bitter in her heart. Now the only thing that she hoped was for her new sister to protect the other ladies.

The reason why Weiss had not interfere with her battle with this brute was because Alicia had asked her not to. Alicia really wanted to defeat and kill Grocha on her own.

Even now that she was about to die, she did not regret this decision of hers. She was able to hear the sad and desparate shouting of the ladies behind her.

So after defeating them and winning the admiration of all the ladies present to see his strength, Evan was patiently waiting for the main battle.

So immediately Evan stopped the burly man from killing the lady and started to fight him. As Grocha was basically a fake peak level knight, he was unable to put up any fight against an old and experienced peak level knight like Evan.

So in a blink of an eye, one of his hand was severed and he was kicked on his belly just like what he had done to Alicia. Then before his eyes, Evan’s sword came swinging and split his head in two.

This was exactly what Grocha had wanted to do with Alicia but at the end, he ended up dying in that fashion.

As Alicia watched how Evan killed Grocha as if he was taking care of a minor problem, her heart suddenly started to beat fast.
