The big black snake had a very sturdy body with higher strength and vitality than Apep. But Apep was more flexible, had better stamina and was much quicker than this big black snake.

So she was definitely not on the losing side of this battle. And with enough time, winning should be very much possible for her.

But time was the exact thing that Weiss currently lacked with the worsening condition of Alexis and Frank. So she decided to end this battle as soon as possible.

Weiss secretly took out a small needle. Before such big beast, it looked like a joke. But actually, it was something super effective.

This needle was coated with a special kind of poison that Weiss herself had created. Obviously she had researched poisons too and not just potions. And this poison was supposed to be super effective on any and all kind of snake type monsters.

So with a flick of her finger, the needle was shot and it penetrated the tough scales of the big black snake easily. But with how small this needle was, the snake did not even realised this.

Among the people present, the only person who was able to see this was Elise. Even Evan had not been able to detect it. That was how hidden and secretive Weiss had been with her action.

After this, with the poison started taking effect, the big black snake started to slow down. It’s hard scales suddenly started to become brittle and it’s muscles started to not perform properly.

So very soon after that, the battle which had been at a stalemate started to lean toward Apep’s favour. And a few minutes after that, she stated to dominate the Big black snake.

With how aggressive Apep was being, there was no need to Weiss to do anything else. Apep was soon able to defeat the big black snake and started to swallow it whole.

This process did take some time but fortunately, it was only about an hour or so. So, it was not a big deal. After this, Apep became super small once again and Weiss started to carry her.

Next, Weiss carried Alexis and Frank while Elise helped out Evan. And then, both of them started to run at their full speed.

Any monster that got on their way, all of them were immediately killed. With their strength of a Grand knight, as long as their opponent was also not at the grand knight level, then most battles could be finished in just one shot.

And that was exactly what the two ladies were doing. Anything that got on their way, it was killed without any warning. Obviously with her storage device, the dead bodies of the monsters were not left behind.

Then as the running continued, the concentration of the special energy started to rapidly decrease. Then after some time had passed, Weiss and Elise stopped being in such a hurry.

That was because now the special energy concentration had came down to a level that was perfectly manageable. So they had crossed the core area and were going toward the exit on the other side.

In this side of the Forest of Nightmare, there were a lot of ingredients left. It looked like the nation located close to this end of the forest was not utilising this gold mine properly.

But that was a good thing for Weiss. She had missed a lot of things in the core region because of her hurry so she was definitely planning to not miss anything here.

So this whole process took about five hours. Now, Weiss and her group were about to leave the Forest of Nightmare from the other side.

As they came out of the forest, there was nothing’s near it to guard or block the entrance. Weiss used her senses to search as far as she could and found only a single small village about 5 miles away.

Now it made perfect sense why this forest was underutilised here. From the looks of it, absolutely no one cared for it.

So without wasting any more time, Weiss and her group started to quickly travel toward the village that Weiss had sensed.

Weiss did know a few things about this nation. It was all from the information that she had gathered with the help of Seven Heroes Conclave.

The name of this nation was Galclobler Federation. It was a nation that was not ruled by a king but by a council made of off high ranking and powerful nobles.

It was a very interesting system which was different from most other nations of this world. It seemed to have worked quite well for this nation and Weiss definitely was very interested in learning more about this.

But other than these simple information, she was not aware of too much. She did have the currency of this nation with her though as the magic ship this time was coming to this place. So obviously Weiss had prepared some local currency through the help of Seven Heroes Conclave.

So, Weiss and her team were not completely helpless here. The language here did have an accent to it but with just a little bit of observation, replicating that should be easy for a knight.

Weiss needed to reach a city called Malgriola. This was the place where the magic ship is supposed to come. And the only thing that Weiss knew about this city was the fact that it was located near the capital of this nation. So she definitely needed some information to reach the correct place.

While Weiss was about to reach her destination, some preparations were taking place in a magical location. The whole place was having a festival like atmosphere.

And why would this not be the case ? After a long time, this organization was finally getting a new member. So obviously everyone was excited.

And their Grandmistress would soon be leaving to bring this junior brother or sister. And this festival like atmosphere was the preparation to welcomed the new blood.

So what kind of person would be coming here and what exactly was this place ? The answers to these questions would soon be revealed.
