Magus: Rise of the Darkness Empress

Sakura was from the family of one of the lords of this nation. Her full name was Konoe Sakura. The Konoe clans had produced a lord without any break for the last 2000 years. So they were without a doubt extremely powerful and influential.

Lords were the people who had the right to vote in the council. This position was not given to anyone for free but one needed to earn it with their own merit.

Having this title made someone the second highest ranking person of this nation. The only one who was higher than this was the High Lord, the individual who was elected to be the leader of the lords.

But obviously, in this setting, a high lord did not hold absolute powers. There were a total of 13 lords and with the vote from 7 of them, even the decision of the high lord could be rejected. And eight lords working together, it was possible to start a re election process to change the previously chosen high lord.

And Sakura’s current trouble was related to the currently active high lord. That person was a part of the reason why she had to run away from home.

From a very young age, Sakura had always wanted to become a magus. When she had first learned that the magi she had read about in books were real, her dream had always been to join their rank one day.

And by using some secret methods available to her family, she had found out that she actually had an aptitute for magic. And this fact had immediately strengthened her determination of becoming a magus even more.

But her family did not agree with her decision. They were aware of how most magus apprentices were unable to accomplish anything in their life. Most even died within the first few years. So, as her father believe that even if she had talent, it would be mediocre at best, he had other plans for his daughter.

Actually, his main reason for not allowing Sakura to go to the world of the magus was not actually her safety. Instead, the main reason was some plans that he had for Sakura.

And this plan involved the current high lord. He had the support of 9 of the lords so his position was perfectly secure in the council and unfortunately, the Konoe family was not one of his backers.

So Sakura’s father wanted to get on the high lord’s good side. And for that to happen, the method that he had came up with was to give Sakura to him as a gift.

This high lord was very capable but he had an extreme fondness for taking virginity of the noble ladies and turn them into cum dumps for his men.

Obviously there were a lot of ladies who were fond of this kind of treatment but the high lord liked of go after the shy and inexperienced ones. And Sakura was supposed to be exactly that.

Because of this reason, the security assigned to her had also been lowered. And this had given Sakura the best possible opportunity of her life to run away from home.

And that was how she had found herself in the current situation. Even though she had executed her plans perfectly, as she was not very experienced, she had left behind a lot of clues. And the soldiers that Weiss had seen had used those exact clues to chase after her.

Even though Sakura had a grudge against her father, she actually had no ill will toward to the soldiers or the maids. They had always treated her well and most of the information about the outside world that she knew had came from them. So Sakura did not want them to lose their life for this incident.

After hearing everything Weiss and Elise nodded their heads. Sakura’s story was actually not a very rare thing. Most noble families had similar plans for their daughters. Some low ranking nobles had even sold their noble daughters to simple merchants for a better deal.

So, Weiss was impressed with what Sakura had managed to accomplish. And even though she had no idea what kind of special of aura she had, but Weiss was sure that she must have some kind of special talent related to magic.

So, she was actually very glad to add Sakura to the team. Sakura herself had been travelling alone so far and had faced many hardships. So she was very happy to have companions now.

After all the discussion was over, just as all the ladies were planning to leave the restaurant, with a beet red face and shy expression, Sakura suddenly asked Elise and Weiss if they were experienced about sexual things or not.
