Lesson 40: Reasons to Fight

All this time, I was the only one who believed.

Still, maybe I don't have the answer I want anywhere, or the truth about my father being called a great sinner, somewhere in my mind I had that thought.

But the truth is... Dad was, after all, the father I knew.

I can now once again be sure that there was no falsehood in that figure, which was strong, gentle and constantly thinking about mankind and its future.

"Ray? Are you okay?

"Shh, sorry...... It's okay... don't worry..."

Wipe the overflowing tears with your sleeves before being seen by childhood tamers who have been peeking into your face worryingly.

"But... you know what happened after that. Your father, who ran off to persuade the humans... Alf... didn't realize he was right next to him... I got my foot kicked."

"Lux Messiah......"

Bite down the name of an even clearer vengeance.

"That's right. That bastard mastered humanity after smashing all Alf's piles, and he put this abominable collar on me. And you're not going to destroy us on the stage you built. You're just going to keep going to war."

"Just the war on the top......"

"I don't know what the hell you're doing with that in mind... but the only thing I know for sure is that some crazy guy with crazy head... has crazy powers"

He killed his father, who tried to achieve peace with that power, and imposed constraints on the actions of the Demon King.

And on the surface, while creating a balanced war, I saw with this eye that behind me, I used those breathtaking people to treat the demons as if they were livestock.

I don't know what the hell you're doing that for, and I don't think you can understand it.

But now I can understand what that word means.

'Your ideal... No... that's all I need to do to get involved in the world's crap.'

The only thing I know is that the peace my father tried to achieve was no doubt the words of the heroes of mankind.

"Whatever purpose they have... it doesn't make any difference what I do"

"Right. Well, let's just say it's time to ask the answer..."

As I say the old story is over, I turn my gaze back from my father, whom the Demon King remembers, to me in reality.

"I just wanted to say... but before I do, it's my last exam. Now it's not them. It's not them."

"Exam for me...?

Twist your neck against those words that came out abruptly.

Looking next door, Nal didn't hear that either, or he seems puzzled.

"That's right. If you think about it... you're going to have to keep your precious power, your precious daughter... and I'm going to have to decide for myself whether or not you're qualified for it."

"Qualifications...... you sure do. Okay. So, what's the contents of the exam?

I wondered what the hell that was all about over this period, but it is certainly natural for a man, the father, to question his qualities against those who keep their precious daughter.

Besides, I'm confident that I can break through without difficulty now, no matter what the exam.

"It's simple. Answer my question now. That's fine."

"To the question? Are you sure that's all you need?

I thought I'd tell him to put up Tyman again, so I clapped him out a little.

"Oh, yeah. However, if I didn't have the answers to my satisfaction... I wouldn't have had this story."

"Master Hazar, please wait. That's what I'm doing now."

"Nal, it's okay"

To argue against the Demon King, who has now made a statement that could turn everything into a rebellion, or to take control of Nal, who tried to move forward a step further.

"But..."

Just trust me.

She looked a little worried about me before returning to her original position.

"Hmm, apparently now you have a better liver. Let's go..."

Swallow and wait for the next word to be spinned.

"What are you fighting for?

And the Demon King said that as he looked me straight in the eye.

"My reason for fighting..."

As I meditate my eyes as I rebel the word in my head, some scenes come to mind behind my lid.

Father killed in the middle of his mind. My mother sacrificed herself to get me away from the chaser.

Everyone in the orphanage was killed for hiding me.

Innocent people living flirting with powerful people, including Lily.

And the demons, who were able to reach out to each other for a short period of time, were certainly able to get through their minds.

Daiyi.

That short word goes past my head, but I shake it right out of my head.

In an answer painted on such a clear vanity, there is no doubt that the man in front of you can be convinced.

What we need is a cloudless truth, and this still exploding dos black emotion in me itself.

The best people who know what that is are are me and...

Open your eyes and see the face of the woman standing next to you.

He said that strong mental trauma prevented him from expressing his emotions, but I can clearly see that deep in that faceless face, he has exactly the same emotions as me.

It's anger. Abandon everything, but the vengeance to retaliate against them.

And that's why we're standing here.

"The reason I fight... is decided. It hasn't changed forever."

"What? Answer me."

Breathe heavily and vomit, returning your gaze to the Demon King.

"That's because they're annoying... those guys who took important stuff from me...! Because I'm angry that you're still alive!

Turn the emotions in your chest into words and tell them without having to fix anything.

"So... give me a hand to kill them! Hazar the Demon King!"
