Chapter 575: Offer Your Pure Blood
(Author’s POV)
Elisa’s smile froze; her breath was caught in her throat. Her greens immediately shifted, landing on Aamon, who was five paces away from her. Arching his right brow upwards, he donned a charismatic smile.
Giving a teasing wink, he then remarked, "In the ancient scripture of hell, I found that finely ground silver can increase the potency of the demon circles. You don’t have to thank me, my eternal queen. It’s all for you."
Elisa’s chest rose and fell. She was truly enraged by his audacity. Glaring at him with gritted teeth, she almost barked, almost, "You should have told me about it in advance, Marquis."
"Ohhh~ .... it might have slipped from my mind. There were too many things going on. My apologies. We don’t need such formalities between us, do we?" his smile remained intact. He, in no fucking way, was feeling sorry at all. "Let’s not waste the golden hour and continue with the ritual," he urged, blinking his eyes twice, making a docile expression.
She clenched her hands tightly. Her plan wasn’t to kill the Lycan brothers, no. It was to make them submit to her and take them with her to hell as her four indomitable consorts. She wanted them to serve her with their minds, souls, and, of course, their fuckingly delicious bodies. She wanted to consume them in every damn way possible. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and whatnot.
Every strand of hair on their skin, every inch of their body, their ferocious and mighty wolves, the essence of their souls, and of course, their dicks, she wanted all of it for herself. This was her revenge against the goddess who ruled the moon. The moon goddess was supposedly their godmother, so she wanted to claim them and make all of them hers and hers alone. She wanted to enslave them for an eternity and then boast about them.
The four Lycans would become her pillars, her shield and then serve her in her bed as pleasure toys. She wanted ultimate submission from them.
But if they died from the sheer torture during the ritual, all of her careful planning would be completely ruined.
"My qu~~~een~ .... My queen~~~~ ...." Aamon’s voice snapped her back from her thoughts.
"Huhh?" She looked at him.
"What are you waiting for? This is not the time to space out. Complete the proceedings," he said, his voice stern, gauging her reaction carefully.
Shutting her eyes for a brief moment, she breathed out. ’He is right. I can’t let go of this golden opportunity. As for the grounded silver, I will have to use that golden goose human girl’s blood to soothe their ache. Aamon, you think your little trick will stop me from having them. Dream on. Tonight, I shall have them. THEY WILL BE MINE; I WILL MAKE SURE OF IT.’
She met Aamon’s eyes and gave him a captivating grin, saying, "You are right, Aamon. You did well. When we are back in hell, I will reward you generously."
Aamon didn’t reply; he just beamed from ear to ear.
Elisa turned her attention back to the brothers, who were howling in chorus, feeling intense pain. Their wolf’s furry ears, elongated tails and sharpened claws were out. A sign that though their human sides were in deep sleep, their respective wolves were trying to break free and take control. But the demon circles, now fully glowing in shimmering cyan, were restricting them from doing so. It was a whole tug of war.
Aamon was enjoying the battle thoroughly, and so were the other lesser demons. Seeing the Lycan Alphas’ reactions, electricity coursed through all of them as they threw jeers at them from all sides, "HOWLING MANIACS~~~~ .... PATHETIC PUPS~~~ .... FLEA BAGS~~~ .... RABID DOGS~~~ .... OVERGROWN BEASTS~~~ .... YOU ALL SHOULD DIE. GO DIEEEE~~~ ...."
With each word, the force of intensity increased as they all roared~ .... "KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL~~~~~~~ KILLLLLLLLLLLLLL~~~~~~~~ ..."
The air turned toxic, deadly. The demon circles were changing colour fast, like musical chairs, as all four brothers got down on their knees. The excruciating pain shot through their bones as their skin touched the silver. Their wolves became even more restless by the disgusting insults. Saying they were agitated would be an understatement.
The situation was getting out of control. Seeing everything slip out of her hands, Elisa roared, "SILENCEEEEE~~"
The crowd at once stopped what they were doing. The surroundings once again went mum. Except for the gnashing of the Lycans’ fangs and struggling rumbles, everything fell into oblivion.
Elisa addressed the crowd, "I will decide when to kill them." She wasted no time. Cutting her palm, she squeezed it as reddened purple drops trickled onto the centre. She then called for them, "Lycan Alphas~ .... from here on you will do what I say. Stand up from the dirt, slash your forearms and offer the demon circles, your pure Lycan blood."
Though their wolves were trying to resist, their human minds were in total control of Elisa. The bright rays of the full moon weren’t helping them either. They were rather working against them, making the pain tenfold.
With trembling legs, they followed her order and got up. It was as if their bodies were not theirs anymore.
Opening their claws, they dug into their flesh as their wolves bellowed in unison, "AAAAAAAWWWWWOOOOOOO~~~~~ ..." Clenching their fangs, they panted heavily. The silver dust was making it difficult for them even to breathe now. It was harrowing.
Several lines of liquid crimson snaked down their forearms, landing on their respective demon circles, changing them from cyan to violet. Elisa’s eyes gleamed as she spoke, "Now~ ... on to the final step. Bring in the human sacrifice to me. It’s time to end this."
Obeying her command, two of her minions dragged Myra to the ritual site. Just like the four, she was in deep sleep too.
When their eyes landed on Myra, the wolves became desperate. They all forgot their own torment at once and just wanted to be by their mate’s side.
’ALARIC EVERESTS~ ...SNAP THE HELL OUT. OUR MATE IS IN THE HANDS OF THAT WITCH,’ Alex shouted, gasping.
’RAVE~~ .... GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF. MYRA, OUR MATE. SHE IS IN DANGER,’ Raw tried to break free, panting heavily.
’DION~~~ .... OUR MATE NEEDS US. THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO SLEEP,’ Drey urged, as if his life was on the line. And it sure was.
’ELI~~~~ .... MYRA IS IN PERIL. SHE NEEDS US. GET A GRIP,’ Leo barked.
