"Miss, we’re a little over two."

The nurse heard him and remarked, "This one’s as big as a four-year-old. He’s quite tall."

Mrs. Grant said proudly, "Yes, my son is over six feet tall. How could his children be short?"

The nurse smiled and teased Dylan Grant, "Hey little guy, how about I be your girlfriend?"

Dylan Grant immediately said, "No."

"Oh? And why not?"

Dylan Grant answered coolly, "Because I already have a girlfriend."

"..."

The nurse burst out laughing. Mrs. Grant explained sheepishly, "Kids these days, always playing house."

The nurse nodded. "I get it."

Just as she finished speaking, the office door was forced open by a crowd of people.

The man in the lead was holding a sleeping boy, his face filled with rage. "Get your doctor in here! And the hospital director!"

Mrs. Grant recognized them as the group that had been gathered at the main entrance, and she was a bit confused.

The nurse was a little nervous. "What are you doing?!"

The man came in carrying the child, his face livid with anger. "What are we doing? We got a vaccine here yesterday, and he was vomiting all day after we got home. Something felt wrong when he went to sleep last night, and we rushed him to another hospital in the middle of the night. His face had already turned blue, and by this morning, they couldn’t save him! We’ve already called the police. I’m here to warn everyone else—there’s something wrong with this vaccine! Don’t get it!"

Hearing this, Mrs. Grant stood up, her heart pounding with fear. "Is what you’re saying true?"

"Ma’am, my son is dead. Do you think I’m lying?!"

Mrs. Grant looked at the child and realized he wasn’t sleeping. She immediately grabbed the hands of her two precious boys. "Let’s go. We’re going home!"

The two boys obediently followed her out of the hospital.

Once they were in the car, Mrs. Grant finally let out a sigh of relief. "Oh dear, that was close. Grandma almost caused a terrible disaster."

Dylan Grant pulled his small hand back; his palm was slick with sweat.

He took out a tissue and wiped his hand. "Grandma, I was really worried about you just now. If something had happened to us from that bad vaccine, Daddy would have been *extra* filial to you."

Mrs. Grant held out her hand. "Give Grandma a tissue."

Dylan Grant handed it to her. Mrs. Grant wiped her forehead. "Thank goodness we didn’t get it. Otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable. You absolutely cannot tell your father about this."

Dylan Grant looked at her. "We can keep it from Daddy. If you told him something this major, you’d definitely never be allowed to take us out again, Grandma."

"Good, that’s good, my dear grandson..."

"But we have a condition..."

Mrs. Grant subconsciously retorted, "What condition?"

"Nothing much. Just take us home right now."

Mrs. Grant: "...Don’t you want to come play at Grandma’s house?"

"Grandma’s house is too boring. We’d rather be at home."

"Alright..." Mrs. Grant said to the front, "Walsh, drive to the young master’s place."

"Yes, Madam."

The car soon stopped in front of an upscale residential complex.

The two boys got out of the car. Mrs. Grant didn’t get out and immediately ordered the driver to leave.

As they reached the entrance to their building, Dylan Grant changed his mind. "Elmer, going home will be even more boring. Why don’t we go find Dorothy? We can all go out and play."

"Great idea!" Elmer Grant agreed. The two boys strolled over to the gate of the Ellsworth Residence.

They rang the doorbell, and the door was opened by a maid from the Ellsworth Family.

"Young Masters..."

"Is Dorothy home?"

"Yes, yes, she’s in her room."

Dylan Grant nodded. "We’re here to play with Dorothy."

"Then go on upstairs and find her."

The two of them cheerfully went upstairs.

Pushing open the door, they saw Dorothy Ellsworth sitting there, playing with her dolls.

"Dorothy."

When Dorothy Ellsworth saw them, she got off the bed, shushed them, and asked, "Did you see my mommy?"

The two boys shook their heads. "No."

"My mommy went to see my daddy. I didn’t want to go, and she won’t let me go out. She said she’s afraid I’ll get kidnapped. There’s no school today, and it’s so boring being at home."

Elmer Grant stepped forward. "Then how about we take you out to play?"

Dorothy Ellsworth’s eyes lit up. "Really? That’s great! But..." Her eyes immediately dimmed again. "We can’t get out."

Elmer Grant chuckled. "My brother has his ways. It just depends on whether you dare to go, and if you want to play."

Dorothy Ellsworth was full of bravado. "Of course I dare! Who do you think I am? I’m Dorothy Ellsworth! Don’t underestimate me. Studying is the worst, I’d much rather play."

Dylan Grant pursed his lips and glanced at her. "Alright then. I’ll take you out to play. With us here, we won’t lose you."

Dorothy Ellsworth nodded and suggested, "Bring Monty. We have to bring Monty, then I’ll feel safe."

"Okay."

Dylan Grant glanced at Dorothy Ellsworth’s window, took out a rope, and tied it securely to the window frame. Dorothy took out a pen and wrote a short note on a piece of paper: *Mommy, I went to play with Dylan. Don’t worry.*

Then she told the maid that she was going to sleep in her room and not to disturb her, and locked the door from the inside.

Once all that was done, Dylan Grant was the first to grab the rope and slide down, with Dorothy following, and Elmer last.

The three little ones escaped from the Ellsworth Residence.

The two boys went home, had the Captain drive the car, brought Monty along, and then they all went to the amusement park together.

There were lots of kids, and the amusement park was bustling with activity.

The kids got out, but Monty was once again fated to stay in the car.

"Captain, go buy us some drinks. We’ll sit here and wait for you."

The Captain nodded, repeatedly instructing them, "Don’t run off. I’ll be right back."

Dylan Grant waved a hand dismissively. "We know, just go already."

The Captain left.

The three of them sat on a bench, looking at their surroundings and waiting for the Captain to return.

Just then, a few other kids walked over. "Hey, this is our spot. Move it."

Elmer Grant snorted, "Does it have your name on it?"

"I’m telling you, kid, are you looking for a beating? Don’t say I didn’t warn you. I’m five years old, way older than you. If you know what’s good for you, get lost. Do you even know who my dad is?"

Elmer Grant sneered, "I don’t care who your dad is."

"Well, do you know how awesome my dad is? My dad is handsome, super fast, and big and strong. If he stood in front of you, you’d faint from fear."

Dorothy Ellsworth said with a grin, "Is your dad handsome because he had plastic surgery? Is he fast because he has a rocket launcher strapped to his butt? Big and strong? Are you talking about a Tibetan Mastiff?"
