Chapter 909: What’s There to Fear
Ethan Grant wouldn’t pay attention to a stranger woman’s flirtation.
Serena Sullivan smiled slightly; she recognized her at a glance.
Seeing Ethan Grant’s cold expression, the woman curled her lips and leaned over, "Mr. Grant, we’ve met before, why are you pretending not to know me?"
"Get lost!"
Ethan Grant snapped coldly, moving closer to Serena Sullivan.
"Ethan, you don’t recognize her?"
Ethan Grant repeatedly replied, "Serena, I don’t know her."
"Really don’t know her!"
The woman laughed and sat down next to Ethan Grant, "Mr. Grant, you really have a poor memory!"
"Or is it because someone is here, you are pretending not to know me!"
"We know each other very well."
Listening to the woman’s sweet voice, Ethan Grant felt a sense of familiarity from her smiling eyes, but whether they were familiar or not had nothing to do with him!
He belonged to Serena!
"Ethan, look again, do you recognize her!"
"I don’t recognize her!"
Ethan Grant stood up and called over the bodyguard not far away, intending to have this annoying woman thrown as far away as possible!
He didn’t know where she came from!
"Serena, is your man going to get rough with me!"
The woman smiled unhurriedly, got up and walked over to Serena Sullivan, placing her hand on Serena’s shoulder.
Ethan Grant couldn’t stand others touching his Serena, but seeing the smile on Serena’s face and taking a closer look at the woman, he suddenly found her very familiar.
"Serena, is she...".
"Mr. Grant, you finally remembered who I am."
The woman said jokingly.
In Ethan Grant’s mind, women fell into two categories: Serena Sullivan and everyone else.
At first glance at the woman, he assumed she must be some former business partner or a wealthy heiress.
Seeing Serena’s smiling face and how familiar she seemed with her, Ethan Grant had to consider who she was.
Carefully observing her, he finally recognized.
The woman in front of him was none other than Finn Chandler.
"Is it Finn..." Ethan Grant asked Serena unsurely.
Serena Sullivan nodded with a smile.
Once Ethan Grant recognized it was Finn Chandler, he quickly signaled his bodyguard to sit back in their original positions.
"Mr. Grant, good eye."
Finn Chandler said with a smile as she sat down beside Serena Sullivan.
Ethan Grant said nothing in return. He had seen Finn Chandler in a suit but hadn’t seen her in women’s clothing.
Finn Chandler wore a long dress today, but without high heels, and her face was devoid of heavy makeup, giving her a very elegant look. Looking carefully, there was a kind of allure emanating from her.
"Where are you headed?"
Serena Sullivan asked Finn Chandler, "Also to Solaria."
"Yes!"
Finn Chandler nodded, "I’m going to bring him back."
Julian Ford completed the paperwork with her and has been staying in Solaria.
They stay in contact usually, but it’s never as good as meeting in person. Moreover, she doesn’t know what he’s thinking now.
If she waits for him to calm down, it might be until next year.
Or until the baby in her belly is born.
"You’re leaving dressed like this, aren’t you afraid of the Chambers Family..."
Serena Sullivan asked worriedly.
Finn Chandler scoffed lightly, "Afraid of what!"
"I’ve thought about it over and over, and what’s there to be afraid of."
Finn Chandler understood clearly that even if the Chambers Family patriarch and Mr. Chambers found out, the worst would be losing The Chambers Corporation.
"If they really kick me out of The Chambers Corporation, I’ll just stay home and take care of the child peacefully."
As Finn Chandler spoke, she stretched her hand towards her lower abdomen. She wore a long dress, so her belly didn’t show.
Ethan Grant followed her words and looked at Finn Chandler’s belly.
