Chapter 949: Two Choices
The unbearable scenes burst into Pearl Chambers’ heart like a movie plot, no matter how well Pearl could pretend, this time her heart was in turmoil. She shouted loudly, "Finn Chandler!"
"Sister, what does mutually assured destruction mean, what does ruining oneself mean, this is it!"
Finn Chandler anticipated Pearl Chambers having this reaction.
Mrs. Chambers and Pearl wanted her to firmly hold the position of the eldest of the Chambers Family, because they wanted to gain many benefits.
Mrs. Chambers wanted face, wanted money.
After she was in position, she was most afraid of being ousted from her position as the Chambers family’s matriarch.
And Pearl?
She wanted the position of the eldest daughter of the Chambers Family, with the ultimate goal of marrying into a top-notch wealthy family.
Unfortunately, Pearl Chambers was not someone who could keep herself pure.
After she became the Chambers’ eldest daughter, many more men pursued her, all sorts of odd, eccentric people, some fake rich young masters, pursuing her in every possible way.
If she could resist these temptations and single-mindedly find a legitimate wealthy young master, that would be a good thing. It wouldn’t be like now, having a handle fall into Finn Chandler’s hands.

She enjoyed being adored by those men. Over time, distracted by sweet words, she ended up in bed with someone. Gradually, she had many boyfriends in secret, though she appeared to have none publicly.
Some were instances where she seduced those rich young masters, including when she voluntarily crawled into Wayne Jennings’ bed. Pearl Chambers did all these things secretly.
She never expected Finn Chandler to have so many photos and videos.
"Impressive!"
"Where did you get these things! You’ve been planning to deal with me all along, haven’t you?"
Pearl Chambers gritted her teeth, speaking with hatred.
If these photos and videos got out, how could she marry into the top tier of society?
Never mind top-tier wealthy families, even slightly better-off young masters might not be willing to marry her.
And then there’s Old Master Chambers.

Pearl Chambers was shocked. In her shocked expression, her tone showed a hint of panic.
"It wasn’t me."
"Finn Chandler, stop slandering me here."
"You found so many photos and videos just to slander me. I’m telling you, dream on!"
"Mom was pushed down the stairs by you, it’s you."
"With your venomous nature, Mr. Ford wouldn’t want you."
Listening to Pearl Chambers’ accusations, Finn Chandler remained calm, being accustomed to it.
"Have you said enough?"
Finn Chandler’s voice turned sharp, questioning back.
Her gaze was so sharp that Pearl Chambers dared not insult her again.
"The second choice."
Finn Chandler ignored Pearl Chambers, turning her head to look at Mrs. Chambers on the hospital bed, showing no signs of waking up.
