Chapter 939: Wrecking Julian Ford’s Turf
The journalist pressed further, convinced that Finn Chandler had accidentally pushed his mother down the stairs and was now regretting it in fear and remorse.
"Miss Flinch, say something, please."
The journalist approached again, and the security guards surrounding Finn and Serena Sullivan wisely stepped aside.
"I didn’t push her."
Finn only said one sentence.
She wasn’t in the mood to argue with the journalists, and besides, even if she explained, they might not believe her.
"Just saying it doesn’t make it true, you don’t even dare admit it!"
A journalist sneered.
"Quick, start a live stream and let people scold her."
Many of the journalists were also live streamers, and seeing Finn so uncooperative, they got angry and planned to publicly shame her online!
They recounted the incident to their audience in the live stream, who energetically joined in criticizing Finn.
However, soon after, the journalists’ live streams were unexpectedly hacked.
"What’s going on? Who hacked my stream!"
"Serena, Ethan Grant is here."
Finn asked Serena Sullivan calmly.
Serena nodded and stood up with Finn.
As they stood up and moved forward, they were blocked by the crowd of journalists.
"Miss Flinch, the police haven’t arrived yet, are you trying to flee out of guilt?"
"It’s been ten minutes, why haven’t the police come!"
Serena spoke up with a cold smile, her words making the journalists finally notice Serena next to Finn.
In the public’s mind in Solaria, Serena was thought to be in a wheelchair.
After returning to Solaria, she kept a low profile and mostly stayed at home, so outsiders weren’t aware her leg had recovered.
Once Serena stood up and the journalists recognized her familiar face, they suddenly panicked.
"Isn’t this Serena Sullivan?"
Mentioning Serena, they naturally thought of Ethan Grant.
"Mrs. Grant, do you know Miss Flinch?"
"Are you two friends?"
"Did you see everything that happened just now?"
The journalists’ tone softened, as Serena and Finn paused, standing silently.
It wasn’t that they didn’t want to leave, nor that they couldn’t; Ethan was coming over with his people.
His team swiftly separated the journalists from Serena and Finn.
The aggressive journalists quieted down upon seeing Ethan.

As they walked, Ethan noticed Serena’s broken phone lying on the mall floor, chuckled, and glanced at the security guards idly watching the scene.
The guard who had smashed Serena’s phone felt uneasy, afraid Ethan would smash his phone in retaliation.
Ethan wouldn’t stoop to such juvenile acts!
If he were to smash something, it’d be this mall itself!
Moving towards the first floor, Ethan instructed his bodyguards to wreck the mall.
Serena, walking ahead, was startled by the sound of things being smashed, and Ethan naturally pulled her into his arms.
"What are you doing! This is Julian Ford’s territory."
"Oh." Ethan replied with a faint smile, "I forgot."
Though he said this, he didn’t stop his bodyguards, and the journalists, seeing Ethan’s crew wrecking a Ford Group mall, dared not take photos.
Yet, each pondered internally whether this would lead to a fallout between the Grant and Ford families!
