"If Grandma doesn’t want to go in, then forget it."

How could Serena Sullivan possibly bear seeing Zoe Quinn happy? The two hadn’t seen each other for a long time, and Serena had somewhat forgotten past affairs.

She forgave Claire Sullivan because Claire was her biological mother and raised her.

As for Zoe Quinn and her father, what were they worth? Just two outsiders.

Lately, she’d visited the Dowager Grant and learned from her conversations that the old lady desperately wanted Serena to have a child.

Serena’s body, she’d heard about it, the car accident ruined her physically, making her unable to conceive.

"Great-Grandma is here to care for your health."

If not let in, she wouldn’t go in, but outside she’d still make Serena embarrassed.

"Are you back from the hospital?"

Serena coldly glanced at Zoe Quinn, truly unwilling to waste words on her.

"You guys chat slowly here, I’m heading inside." Serena lifted her foot to go in, but the Dowager Grant got angry behind her, "Stop right there!"

"Where are you going? I haven’t finished speaking."

She hadn’t said anything, yet Serena was already giving her attitude.

How could the Grant Family have such a daughter-in-law?

"Grandma, I’m not feeling well, you should go back." Serena replied indifferently.

When the Dowager Grant came alone, Serena could invite her inside Willow Yarrow.

But when paired with Zoe Quinn, what good could come from their conversation!

After much thought, the only topic they might discuss was about children.

Last time, the Dowager Grant had indeed brought it up.

If letting her inside, she’d surely broach that topic again, and with Zoe Quinn alongside, who knows what she’d suggest, like wanting Ethan Grant to find a woman outside.

"Serena, you stop for me!"

Seeing Serena really ignoring her and going in, the Dowager Grant was so angry she shouted repeatedly.

"Ingrate! Have Ethan divorce you."

No matter how much the Dowager Grant yelled, Serena completely ignored her.

"Great-Grandma."

Zoe Quinn complained, her voice soothing, "Is she scared?"

"Definitely knows she can’t birth a child, hence afraid to speak with you."

"Seems like we should quickly arrange someone for Mr. Grant."

Zoe Quinn said smoothly, planning to find someone pretty and young for Ethan Grant and see what Serena could do!

Once the child is conceived, Serena would be kicked out by Ethan Grant and the Grant Family.

Zoe Quinn was secretly proud; she just didn’t want Serena to have it easy, mainly because her own life was terrible.

"Hmm!"

The Dowager Grant initially snorted coldly; she looked at Zoe Quinn, her face easing, "You’re right."

"Tomorrow I’ll take someone to The Grant Corporation."

As she said, the Dowager Grant was inherently insecure, otherwise why bring Zoe Quinn to find Serena instead of directly heading to The Grant Corporation to meet Ethan Grant?

To say the least, she feared Ethan Grant and knew well he wouldn’t heed her advice.

"Let’s head back first."

Zoe Quinn suggested, planning to come every day to provoke Serena, even if she couldn’t arrange a woman at Ethan Grant’s side, not letting Serena live comfortably.
