"Cough, cough!" Serena Sullivan coughed again. For Claire Sullivan to find her another match wasn’t meaningful, but finding someone similar and imagining that scene was a bit "frightening."

Serena was instantly in disarray.

"When he comes over tomorrow, I’ll ask Mom for the household registration book."

Serena said, as her matter with Ethan Grant was essentially settled.

Simon Sterling’s disapproval wouldn’t have any real impact, during this period, she was thinking about the child, so she hadn’t paid much attention to getting the certificate or holding the wedding.

"Serena." Serena relented, Ethan Grant softened his tone, pulling Serena into his arms, "I owe you too much."

"I can’t bear any more unexpected incidents with you."

"Let’s get the certificate, and while Dad is here, let’s have the wedding, shall we?"

Serena looked at Ethan Grant, who was very serious, and smiled, "Aren’t you always preparing for the wedding?"

Simon Sterling didn’t agree with them having a wedding, but after returning to Solaria, Ethan Grant was making arrangements.

Serena knew but didn’t speak out.

She went with the flow and looked forward to seeing what kind of wedding Ethan Grant would redo for her!

"You’ve found me out."

Ethan Grant smiled, "That wedding doesn’t count, we want something new, a fresh start."

They had always been starting anew, but some things had changed.

The next day, Simon Sterling came with Wyatt Sterling, and Ethan Grant took the initiative to pick them up at the airport.

Serena had an appointment with the doctor and on her way back from the hospital, she saw The Dowager Grant at Willow Yarrow’s door.

And someone else who was unexpectedly there.

"You’re finally back, take me inside."

The Dowager Grant saw Serena return, raised her voice, and said unhappily.

Serena watched as The Dowager Grant, supported by Zoe Quinn, walked into the complex, but instead of following, she stood still.

The security at the gate still stopped The Dowager Grant and others.

"Why are you still standing there! Don’t you welcome me?" The Dowager Grant turned her head, seeing Serena hadn’t moved, scolded angrily.

"Grandma."

Serena ignored Zoe Quinn, speaking to The Dowager Grant, "You come, and I welcome you, but there are some people I do not welcome."

She didn’t know why Zoe Quinn was with The Dowager Grant or what they were there for, but Serena refused to host someone she didn’t like.

"Great-grandmother."

Zoe Quinn softly called out, "Since Mrs. Grant doesn’t welcome me, I’ll leave first."

"Zoe is Sean’s wife, your niece-in-law, and yet you don’t have the capacity for this?"

The Dowager Grant scolded.

Serena remembered her relation to Zoe Quinn.

"Grandma, since she’s the younger generation, then as an elder, if I don’t like her being impolite, please have her go back."

Seeing Zoe Quinn gave Serena a headache, she didn’t know why Zoe brought The Dowager Grant along.

In general, it must not be for anything good.

"She’s with me."

The Dowager Grant said firmly.
