Joo Joowon was immobilized for a brief moment, but his body immediately swung backward, narrowly avoiding the bite as he brushed past the creature’s jaws by the slimmest margin.
With nothing nearby to use as support, the Dog Chimera immediately began falling back toward the ground.
However, before it could land, a giant spider web appeared beneath it and caught its body.
The highly adhesive web trapped the Dog Chimera instantly, causing it to bounce up and down in midair like a living trampoline.
Only then did Joo Joowon finally land, his feet resting on the non-sticky support strands of the web.
There had originally been four enemies.

One Insect Chimera that had sensed danger after witnessing the psychic zombie’s attack and had already fled.
