Chapter 45: Hopefully she is not trying to lose her account again
She immediately decided not to actually push things farther than it had already gone, because it was obvious that she had lost her former account for how badly she had treated Logan. If not for that, she might not have needed to go through all this struggle now.
But given that it had already happened, there was no chance on earth that she was ever going to gamble with her social media account like that ever again. It was like a very clear warning, so she came out with something she never thought she would ever have to say to someone like Logan.
"Emm, I think you’re mistaking me for someone else, but it is very okay. I get that I might have done a lot of bad things to you in the past and I’m willing to change. I get it if you still need more time—I would give that to you.
But let me at least just cover for your meal this night."
Evelyn tried to speak gently like she meant it, in a friendly and calm manner, her manipulative tactics finally coming into play here.
She couldn’t even imagine how chaotic the members of her stream would be now.
And thank goodness she still had her gear with her so she could impromptu end the stream with a click of her hands without anyone even noticing anything.

She had already actively forced them to play by her part while still playing it safe and not gambling with her account in any way.
If somehow Logan got to counter her speech, there would be no real need for any altercations. She would just walk away saying something nice, hence covering her tracks cleanly.

"There would be no need for that," Miss Stephanie said as the two of them stood up from their respective seats.

She only stared at Logan, who simply just gave her a sarcastic smile.
Logan knew all along. He knew all about Evelyn’s stream.
Evelyn only discovered after his speech.
There was no way on earth the normal Logan would say something like that. It was just not possible.
"Oww, I get it now. So that was why she broke up with him. So this was not the generic stuff we thought it was."

She just swiped her card through the device the waiter was holding to pay for the meal while the two of them were still in the middle of their altercations.
Immediately she was done, she gave Logan the signs and they simply just walked away, leaving Evelyn to stand alone.
Evelyn immediately ended the stream, hoping the confrontation was not enough to take her account any more.
And that brought the end to a crazy stream.
Evelyn was already breathing so hard. The fear was already beginning to rush through.
What would her dad think if she actually lost her account just three hours after he got it back?
She knew her dad was going to be really angry, but her revenge is actually still on the way, so there was no need for her to actually be panicked at the point.

In no time, Logan and Miss Stephanie finally made it to a little luxury house some distance away from the restaurant.
