My Stubborn Soul Card Follower

But at the hands of those Life Card Masters present at the time, according to the differing forms of Loli Dragon Princesses assisting Alice, many various forms of Dragon Beasts had independent battle card faces.

Alice also had her own presence on these card faces.

Although most appearances were in the form of a silhouette, not occupying a large space on the entire card face, once people realized this silhouette was Alice, they paid special attention to it.

Then, someone spotted Alice sneaking a bite of cake while battling Dragon Beasts.

Yes, and she also teased the Loli beside her while battling Dragon Beasts.

Starting with a mindset of critique and curiosity, Shen Sui clicked on these posts.

But gradually, he became engrossed in the stories on these cards.

Regardless of the medium, as long as it doesn’t directly pour all the information into the human brain, the amount of information it can carry is limited.

A piece of text, a picture, to you might just be a small section of boring story you can skip, but in someone else’s eyes, it may be an unforgettable experience.

Through the information on these card faces and the Life Card Masters’ self-narratives in the posts, Shen Sui seemed to see the thrilling journey of Alice that was omitted in the text behind the Dueling Device.

Alice went through robberies.

Alice pillaged the nobles.

These things which were only a brief sentence on his side, he saw almost complete processes on other people’s card faces.

I must say, on these card faces, Alice indeed carried a unique charisma while fighting against violence and privilege for the villagers.

This charisma wasn’t felt just by Shen Sui; all Life Card Masters and netizens involved in this action felt it too.

Previously, people truly admired Alice, but it was because of her outstanding card-drawing abilities.

Now, they admire and love Alice even more for her behavior and ethics.

Please!

This Alice who fights against the strong and supports the weak, we super love her, don’t we!

The silhouette of Alice on these card faces was quickly captured by netizens and turned into various memes.

[Are you doing something evil? Alice is watching you~!]

[Alice approves!]

[Fighting the boss? Let’s relax first!]

As this digging action spread, more and more Life Card Masters joined in.

Some were deifying.

Naturally, some awaited her fall from grace.

Unfortunately, those trying to tarnish Alice’s name, besides her reckless use of Fireballs, couldn’t find any absolute dirt.

And as the situation deepened, some Life Card Masters finally voiced their doubts.

[Speaking of, my Soul Card seems to have been brought from World No. 1 to World No. 8 by Alice, theoretically Alice should have left traces in World No. 8, right? Why haven’t we seen any Life Card related to Alice in World No. 8 until now?]

Alice originally took a group of people from the Snow Realm to her Dream World.

Among these people were one or two Life Card Masters.

Back then, they even astonishingly posted this experience online.

However, as they were not any well-known Life Card Masters, these posts soon sank into oblivion.

But this time it’s different.

Any information about Alice, people are exceptionally interested.

When the poster provided card face information from a Life Card to prove the authenticity of his experience, and indeed Alice was involved, everyone joined in the discussion.

On the card face, Alice directed the Snowfield Tribe people towards the Teleportation Gate.

But when the Snowfield Tribe arrived at World No. 8, the guide changed.

[Woah! Isn’t that the great Emperor Finist?!]

Soon, people saw Finist’s figure from the card face on the other side.

Back then, Finist was only a regional lord of the Leonis territory.

World No. 8, as the first wave of Life Card Master peak after the dawn of the Extraordinary Era, saw a large number of novice Life Card Masters arrive in this post-apocalyptic world.

But when they arrived, Alice was already a local lord.

Before that, World No. 8 had always been a Soul Card World forbidden to choose by various countries, except for agents from national Exploration Bureaus, legit Life Card Masters were almost nonexistent.

Yet even so, people still found traces and clues.

Although during that time World No. 8 hadn’t been unlocked, because some continuously illegally chose World No. 8 as their Soul Card World, many Soul Cards from that era still leaked out.

Quickly, people identified the initial development of the Leonis territory.

After extensive data analysis, people soon realized the food and resource quantities at Leonis at that time didn’t match up with the situation in World No. 8.

How did you get so much food without proper land to farm?!

Soon, a related Life Card Master from World No. 1 offered data of Alice purchasing food and resources from them.

When compared, it’s an uncanny match!

Alice, seems to be the one secretly supporting the development of the Leonis territory!

Shen Sui originally thought that if this continued, the mask of Alice as the Great Emperor Finist would be revealed.

But soon, things surpassed Shen Sui’s expectations.

Although Shen Sui used the form of Finist related to Alice in duels, it was in the Dueling Game, used in the Little World constructed by Little Insect Lady.

His opponents were either Vivian’s puppets or East East Haobai and those possessed by Otherworldly Extraordinary beings.

These people eventually didn’t leave that Little World alive, dying in the duels.

Therefore, people in the real world didn’t know Alice had the form of Finist.

And under the sketch of Candlelight Illusion, although Finist was very beautiful, her appearance bore no relation to Alice.

In this situation, although some speculated that the two might be the same person, many still found it hard to believe someone could have two completely different appearances.

Most importantly, the trajectories didn’t match!

There was clear evidence that while Finist was active, Alice was joyfully causing mischief in other Soul Card Worlds.

They certainly didn’t know that Candlelight Illusion could act freely based on the set personality.

Under such perfect alibi, people naturally wouldn’t accept the argument that the two were the same person.

And under this premise, things quickly rushed in a direction Shen Sui found hard to predict.

People started discussing why Alice helped Finist.

With the preceding series of Alice’s actions embodying the character of fighting the strong and supporting the weak, the answer was obvious.

Our Alice, she’s just such a warm-hearted person!

She couldn’t bear to see the destruction of World No. 8, so she helped Finist.

The situation was quite normal until people started shipping them as a CP.

Alice’s unrestrained assistance to Finist surely suggested some romantic conspiracy!

Someone shipping CP, naturally others wrote fanfiction.

Fan stories about Alice and Finist quickly appeared.

Soon, this CP with strong chemistry attracted countless fans.

Up to this point, people’s conjectures regarding Alice’s funding of World No. 8 were still just speculation.

After all, there was no direct card face information and textual description proving Alice had a direct connection to World No. 8.

Until...people discovered Shen Sui used the card [Black Sea Calamity] during the buffer zone duel against Theis in the North American tournament.

This duel didn’t have an official recording; it spread through phones recording the screens.

Back then, people were only amazed at Shen Sui’s strength.

But now upon looking, that card [Black Sea Calamity] well proved Alice’s connection to World No. 8.

What? You say Shen Sui’s [Black Sea Calamity] might’ve been purchased?

You think Shen Sui needs to buy cards on the market?

Of course, the key is people prefer believing in Alice.

They firmly believe that with Alice’s personality, knowing the situation of World No. 8 at the time, she definitely wouldn’t stand by.

With this premise, it also reasonably explains why being beside the Great Emperor Finist makes it easier to grind Life Cards.

People are already Alice’s good buddy; benefiting from Alice’s aura seems quite normal, right?

Considering Finist’s identity, this classic female emperor plot still stands!

At this moment, Alice wasn’t aware that propelled by netizens’ creation and momentum, she had formed a CP with her own Candlelight Illusion.

She’s now on Dawn Continent, preparing to find an excuse to initiate the Divine War.
