Xue Dili initially thought he could get through this meeting without notice, hoping no one would pay attention to him or suspect him. But just as he imagined being treated like air, someone suddenly spoke beside him.

"Did you consume the second new fruit?" A slightly petite figure came right next to him, her shape completely obscured by mist. From her height, Xue Dili judged her to be a little girl, about the same as his daughter.

However, Xue Dili would not simply assume she was merely a girl. The Ninth Apostle has lived for tens of thousands of years, and as the Tenth Apostle, she must be at least thousands of years old, perhaps even older than Zeus.

What dissatisfied Xue Dili even more was that this Apostle seemed very perceptive. In this Mist Council, the Lord of Mist concealed everyone’s information, allowing identification only by vague figures—judging gender and height.

Other information was unknown, and as long as one did not release their aura, others could not detect their strength. Though through sequences one could roughly judge corresponding strength, there always existed anomalies like the Ninth Apostle who lived for tens of thousands of years.

"Did the second fruit alleviate your Void Power?" Number 10 seemed to have confirmed that Xue Dili ate the second fruit and asked directly, not even waiting for a response.

"I was thinking of offering you a fruit loan, I happen to have one idle, but judging by your appearance, it seems you don’t lack any." She spoke, as though already sensing others around Xue Dili.

"Do we know each other?" Xue Dili directly countered.

"We don’t, or perhaps we do, but we surely need allies. If we don’t want to sell ourselves to the vampires ahead of us, the best choice for us at the end of the sequence is to band together for warmth." She spoke, seeming indifferent as she glanced at others, especially someone who seemed out of place among the exchanging cliques.

The Eleventh Apostle, who holds enmity with the Ninth Apostle and is a battle maniac.

"That person is not in their right mind, daring to bare his teeth even at the foremost Apostles. It’s said he disgraced Tavi before even consuming fruit," Number 10 conveyed all this information to Xue Dili.

Tavi was the name of the Ninth Apostle, prompting Xue Dili to glance at the Eleventh Apostle. His massive frame was approximately 4 meters tall, and even though shrouded in mist, his muscular build was faintly visible.

"And I don’t get along with Tavi, whose body is likely already used as research material. As for Number 8, he looks down on us, so if I want an ally, it’s only you." She said, seemingly idly playing with her short hair.

This time, Xue Dili did not reply; he simply closed his eyes as if he were asleep.

Number 10 didn’t seem annoyed; she silently observed everything in the field.

In the end, the Lord of Mist announced: "With this, the meeting ends. We are all of one accord, moving towards the grand will. I hope none of you indulge in infighting or betrayal! Dismissed!"

The mist churned, signifying the conclusion of this Subspace gathering.

Yet even then, Number 10 remained by Xue Dili’s side. She lifted her head, hesitated for a long time, and finally spoke: "Relay to your family, for the divine era’s prison exiled three thousand years ago, my clan still serves as its guardians."

The mist dissipated, marking the end of the meeting. Xue Dili found himself back in his room in an instant, but he was utterly stunned, and his mind surged with endless thoughts. Although Number 10 had spoken only that one sentence, it instantly jolted Xue Dili as if he were waking from a deathly slumber, his mind tossed into a whirlwind.

Three thousand years ago, Divine Era, prison, guardians...

Hiss...

Xue Dili thought anxiously of many things. Three thousand years ago coincided with the end of Ancient Greece...

From her tone, it seemed she had identified him, simultaneously transmitting some hidden message. Could it be that Number 10 was an undercover agent once cultivated by his mother?

years ago marked the end of the Divine Era. His mother delivered a mighty elbow blow, forcing a choice: perish with the old Divine Era vessel or leave the world after being knocked out.

The new era no longer needed those beings from the Divine Era, eternally plotting to defy heaven. His mother seemed to say, what have I ever done to you, for you to act so insane, always trying to defy heaven?

After the end of the Divine Era, those mythical entities either died, fled, were sealed, or transformed into deities of faith, existing only by belief without interfering in the mortal realm.

But according to Number 10, perhaps his mother provided those divine beings with an escape route: a colossal prison where they were incarcerated.

Surely it wasn’t Australia?

No, it couldn’t be on Earth; if it were, Xue Dili would have found some trace by now.

Xue Dili immediately contacted Earth Consciousness.

At this time, his mother was indulging in a chat group, recounting stories of things that happened to Xue Dili in the past, primarily boasting about his glorious achievements against Zeus. Hearing Xue Dili reaching out, she responded immediately.
