Looking at the countless books in the library, Riku couldn’t help but sigh in awe. "As expected of the Senju Clan’s legacy. Lady Tsunade, I can’t promise that I’ll surpass the First Hokage, but I’ll definitely work hard to get closer."

Tsunade smiled. "It’s naturally difficult to surpass Grandpa, but I think you have the potential to reach his level."

Riku nodded and walked toward the bookshelf containing the Senju Clan’s sealing techniques.

But as he reached for a scroll, he noticed something surprising—it bore the crest of the Uzumaki Clan.

"So this is actually a sealing technique from the Uzumaki Clan?" he murmured.

Tsunade walked over and smiled. "These were all passed down from my grandmother."

When Riku opened the scroll and glanced through it, the first technique listed was the Strength of a Hundred Seal.

Riku chuckled. "So your Strength of a Hundred Seal is actually an inherited technique."

He recalled that Mito Uzumaki had used the same seal. It seemed the technique hadn’t originated with Tsunade after all.

However, the Strength of a Hundred Technique—the active release form—had been developed by Tsunade herself.

After all, activating it significantly enhanced healing ability and physical strength. Without sufficient durability, her body would never have withstood the strain of her own monstrous strength.

Standing beside him, Tsunade said with a small grin, "I think you should learn it. Your chakra reserves are already enormous. If you start storing it with this seal, the result will be unimaginable—maybe even comparable to a Tailed Beast."

In truth, Tsunade didn’t possess a particularly vast chakra reserve—not even as much as Jiraiya. But thanks to the Strength of a Hundred Seal, she could store and release chakra at will. Unless she was pushed to her absolute limit, it was almost impossible for her to run out.

Riku had always assumed Tsunade’s massive chakra was a result of being from the Senju Clan.

But he had come to realize that not all Senju were blessed with abundant chakra. Only Hashirama Senju had possessed that absurdly immense quantity.

Tsunade’s chakra capacity was mostly thanks to the Strength of a Hundred Seal, not her bloodline alone.

And purely in terms of natural chakra—not including any stored in a seal—Tsunade had less than Jiraiya. Riku’s own reserves, however, had already surpassed Naruto’s full chakra pool, even including half of Kurama.

The only one who knew this was Katsuyu, who could detect chakra with great sensitivity.

Tsunade had no idea that Riku’s chakra had already reached Tailed Beast levels.

But Riku found the thought even more intriguing. If he could store all of that monstrous chakra in a seal... the results would be terrifying.

After carefully reading through the Strength of a Hundred Seal, more than an hour had passed.

Sealing techniques were unlike ordinary ninjutsu—they required far more depth of understanding.

Sealing arts and medical ninjutsu were considered among the most complex branches in the shinobi world. Compared to them, regular ninjutsu was child’s play.

Riku sat at a desk in the library, poring over the scroll. After over an hour of focused study, he had more or less deconstructed the technique.

Looking up, he saw Tsunade sitting across from him, immersed in her own research on medical ninjutsu.

Sensing his gaze, Tsunade glanced up and smiled. "What, you already finished? It’s only been an hour or so. That fast?"

Shizune, who was sitting nearby, looked stunned. It was the Strength of a Hundred Seal! Even Tsunade had taken months to fully master it.

It wasn’t that Tsunade lacked talent—it was simply that the technique was that difficult to learn.

Sealing chakra within the body was extremely dangerous. If done carelessly, it could cause serious internal injury. One had to be extremely cautious.

Riku nodded. "Let me try it."

Tsunade had initially planned to tell him to wait until he had fully grasped the seal before attempting it—but Riku had already started weaving hand signs.

"Strength of a Hundred Seal—activate."

The moment he completed the final seal, countless runes burst into existence around his body, swirling in a vortex before rushing toward his forehead.

In seconds, the chakra lines condensed into a black diamond-shaped mark at the center of his brow.

The words Tsunade had been about to speak died in her throat.

Shizune stood up in disbelief, her eyes locked on Riku. "He... actually succeeded? Are you kidding me? How could it work so easily?"

She couldn’t believe what she was seeing. Riku had mastered one of the most advanced sealing techniques in the shinobi world in just over an hour.

As the seal stabilized, Riku could feel his excess chakra begin to surge toward his forehead—drawn in like a whirlpool.

It was like hosting a Tailed Beast inside his body. The seal voraciously absorbed every ounce of spare chakra.

But even so, his reserves were vast—far beyond any normal shinobi.

Every second, a tide of chakra poured toward the seal like a tsunami.

Riku laughed softly. "Well, now I definitely don’t need to worry about chakra shortages anymore."

Not that he had ever encountered that problem. Since the age of eight, he had never once run out of chakra.

Tsunade set her book aside, staring at him. After a long pause, she muttered, "You... you’re a monster."

She had expected Riku to learn the seal faster than she had—but not this fast.

Even more terrifying, he’d done it without any instruction. Tsunade hadn’t taught him a single thing—she had been preparing to offer help if needed.

But he had simply figured it out on his own. This level of talent went beyond genius. He was a prodigy of destiny.

Tsunade thought to herself, Thank goodness he was born in Konoha. If someone like this had appeared in another village... the entire shinobi world might be in danger.

With Riku’s power and potential, he could truly stand alongside the First Hokage one day.

And if he had been raised elsewhere—or if he had harbored darker ambitions—he might have become another Madara Uchiha.

But unlike in the Warring States era, there was no Hashirama in this time to stop him.

Having completed the Strength of a Hundred Seal, Riku turned to the next scroll, eager to study more sealing techniques.

They were fascinating—profound and intricate in ways other ninjutsu couldn’t match.

But Tsunade raised a hand to stop him. "Since you’ve already learned the Strength of a Hundred Seal, it’s time I teach you the Strength of a Hundred Technique."

Riku blinked in surprise, and Shizune looked alarmed. "Lady Tsunade! That’s your personal secret technique!"

Tsunade looked at Riku with a serious expression. "Yes, it is. But if Riku wants to learn it, then I’m willing to teach him."

Riku didn’t particularly need the Strength of a Hundred Technique. His healing factor—while not quite on par with Hashirama’s—was already extremely advanced.

Still, he realized that the Strength of a Hundred Technique wasn’t just about healing—it also dramatically boosted physical performance.

"Alright," he agreed.

The corners of Tsunade’s mouth lifted slightly.

Then she began to explain the specific principles of the technique to him.

The Strength of a Hundred Technique was even more potent than the seal itself.

And it was even harder to master.

The demands it placed on the user’s body were immense. Only someone with a truly monstrous physique could endure it
