The wild cat was calm and soon slowly bent with both eyes shut, gently drifting into sleep.

And while the cat was drifting into sleep, Ayra immediately jumped down from the cat’s back. Commander Lynn dashed to the scene and grabbed her by the waist, holding her firmly.

Ayra felt a wave run through her head. She felt dizzy for a moment as she struggled to stand firmly on her feet at the moment. She had lost a bit of energy in this moment which was recovering steadily.

"Are you okay...?" Commander Lynn asked, holding onto her and staring deep into her eyes, worried. "How do you feel...?"

Ayra shook her head as she stood firmly on her feet. "I’m okay..."

Lord Ash had also come to stand close, staring firmly at her. "Are you okay?"

Ayra smiled, shaking her head as she turned to stare at the wild cat. The cat had laid down, hands before its chin and both eyes shut. It was sleeping gently as if it couldn’t even harm a fly.

The beastmen around were surrounding it. Staring at the wild cat to see if it was really calm. They were surprised that the wild cat could be tamed and the female had effortlessly done it.

And while they speculated amongst themselves if the wild cat was going to get up anytime soon, Ayra said, "Hurry up. It’s only going to be calm for the meantime.. it won’t be forever."

"Take it back and keep him somewhere that he could be handled in cases he goes back to being berserk." She explained as the beastmen stared amongst themselves.

Lord Ash stepped forward to lead and instruct them on what to do. He had some of the beastmen get the net needed while they caught the laying cat in it. And then they soon began making preparations to pull the cat back to the tribe.

They would have to take it somewhere where they could lock it up and hold it under control in case it wakes up violent again.

While they took the cat away, Commander Lynn had his hands firmly around Ayra’s waist, holding her firmly while staring into her eyes. "Are you sure you’re okay...?" He was worried.

She smiled. "It’s just mild dizziness. I’ll be fine," she explained as she turned to the tribe leaders.

The dragon was there on the floor, unconscious with some beastmen surrounding him while the silver snake that was back to its human form was also there on the floor.

The two were badly injured already, blood and bruises all over their bodies while they laid there. Lord Vale was struggling to stay sane but that wouldn’t last so long.

Ayra gently broke free from Commander Lynn’s grip as she slowly approached the scene. Commander Lynn followed behind while Lord Ash handled the transporting of the huge wild cat into the tribe.

Ayra slowly went down on her knees before Lord Zark, gently running her fingers through his bruised chest and running a quick examination on him.

"Take him back immediately and clean him up," she instructed the other beastmen standing around. "He’s badly injured and needs immediate attention else his berserk level will spike."

The beastmen didn’t question. They nodded immediately as they turned to themselves and began making preparations to take the tribe leader back.

Ayra also turned to the wild snake struggling to stay conscious. "Take him away as well...." She explained after running a quick examination of him. "The two of them are in similar condition."

The beastmen made preparations and took the two tribe leaders away, leading them back into the tribe to clean up their injuries and await the female’s further instructions.

Lord Ash soon arrived at where she stood. "How are you doing...? Do you feel any better?" He asked as Ayra nodded.

Ayra stared around the scene stained in blood from the attack. "I’m fine. At least we were able to save him.. that’s all that matters."

"What happens now?" Lord Ash inquired. "How long will he last before he wakes up because this seems like a temporary solution."

Ayra nodded. "It is. And although I can’t predict how long the cat will be calm before breaking into berserk, it should be long enough to make preparations on how to handle him."

Commander Lynn inquired, "Is soothing the wild cat back to sanity completely impossible...?" They were worried if he was already beyond redemption.

But Ayra shook her head. "No. It’s not. I can do it. But it’ll take a lot more than usual.." she sighed knowing exactly what she meant. "Because he’s somewhat wilder than expected."

Commander Lynn and Lord Ash stared at each other, nodding. "Then we should begin heading back now and making preparations on how to handle him."

Ayra nodded with a smile as she turned to leave with them. But Lord Ash approached her and immediately swept her off her feet without any prior notice.

Shocked, Ayra stared at him, both arms wrapped around his neck. "What are you doing...?" She found her heart fluttering over how close they were at the moment.

Ash smiled as he stared at her. "You’re exhausted, I’ll take you back," he explained with a smile. "Stay put and let me carry you," he offered as he walked off.

And so they made their way back to the inner tribe. Commander Lynn and some other warriors followed behind closely while the others cleaned off the scene.

Soon, they had arrived back at the tribe that was already bustling with people standing outside.

Everyone was aware of what was happening. They had heard about the attack of Nyx who had gone berserk beyond redemption.

Rumours were quick to fly about how he was beyond saving and was killing people. Fear had instantly gripped the common beastmen who hid themselves in their homes.

"He was killing the warriors and had seriously injured our tribe leaders?" The beastmen asked amongst themselves.

"We’re definitely doomed then!" They concluded immediately.
