Commander Lynn had come to stand behind Lord Ash with some other beastmen warriors. They watched the scene while taking their positions for support.

Commander Lynn gasped, watching as the wild cat tore through their leaders, leaving heavy bruises and blood on their skin.

"What do we do now..?" Commander Lynn asked. "They’re getting hurt.. do we step in..?"

Lord Ash shook his head. "Not now. We don’t even know how to... Nyx has gone insane. And his berserk level is also super high. So he’s definitely unpredictable now. He can kill at any moment."

They watched the scene. Observing as the cat took down the two beastmen who were trying to keep him in check. Even with their bruises, the dragon and snake were still fighting, trying to pull the cat down. But the cat was faster and stronger, and it was tearing them into pieces.

"The tribe leaders will soon go berserk if this continues.." Commander Lynn explained. "They’re also losing their sanity from all the bruises and fighting..."

Lord Ash nodded as he looked around, thinking of what to do. "Quickly, we have to structure ourselves and find a way to take Nyx down. At least for the moment..."

He was brainstorming on what to do when Ayra suddenly came to stand beside him.

"Let me handle him," Ayra said out of the blue as they all turned to stare at her, shocked.

"What are you doing here..?" Lord Ash asked in a gasp. "Weren’t you supposed to be back at home...?"

Ayra didn’t stare at him. She was staring at the brutal fight ahead. The cat tearing the dragon and snake who were struggling to keep him in check. It didn’t seem like a fair fight at all.

"This is Nyx, right?" Ayra asked, staring at the brutal wild cat.

"You shouldn’t be here..."

"Don’t worry," Ayra said. "I’ll be fine. I can soothe him, so help me get closer to the wild cat."

As Ayra explained, the beastmen around turned and stared at her. They were rather shocked because why would she want to get close to this wild beastman?

At this point, they had begun doubting if she could even soothe this wild cat who looked beyond redemption. It didn’t look like something that could be calmed, talk more of being soothed to sanity.

"You should go back.. this isn’t something you can do at all. He has gone insane. He’ll hurt you, he might even kill you. I can’t afford that, so please go back..." Lord Ash said, holding onto her arms.

Ayra knew. This was a crazy, dumb risk she was taking. But she had no choice. The system had given it. And she guessed since the system had given it, it was something she could definitely handle.

"Don’t worry, trust me. I know what I’m doing. I can soothe him.. just give me the atmosphere to do so...."

Commander Lynn stared at her. And stared at Lord Ash as he said, "We don’t have any other means. She’s the only one with the skill to try. So we should help her. Find a way to protect her from getting hurt while she does..."

Ayra was surprised that Commander Lynn had complete faith in her.

Lord Ash sighed as he turned and stared at the wild fight going down.

"We don’t have much time left..." Ayra stared at the fight. "If this continues, he will create more berserk beastmen... That cat will do more than hurting them."

Lord Ash sighed as he looked around and then said, "Okay. How do you plan on doing it? We’ll protect you," he assured.

Ayra stared at the scene, studying all that was happening while thinking of the best way possible to approach this wild cat. She needed to find a safer way to get it done, to approach him at least.

"Tell Lord Zark and Lord Vale to back down..." she said. "At least let’s start there..."

Lord Ash didn’t question her. He turned and called out on top of his voice, "Zark! Vale! Stop now!"

The dragon and snake were already on the floor, bleeding and bruising from the beat. Their berserk level was going up from the intense injury acquired.

At that moment when they heard Lord Ash’s voice, they turned towards him while seeing the female. And so they lay there on the floor without getting up to fight immediately.

"What next?" Lord Ash asked.

"I’ll stand before it," Ayra explained as Commander Lynn and Lord Ash stared at her in shock.

"You’ll what? That’s dangerous. Why would you stand before the wild cat? Do you want to die?" Ash questioned.

The wild cat was staggering at its feet now, glaring ferociously at the beastmen who had surrounded it with their weapons.

Ayra inhaled and exhaled with a nod. "Don’t worry, I know what I’m doing..."

"That’s dangerous," Ash explained.

"I’ll be okay..." Ayra wouldn’t be too confident if she didn’t have her system. And she had asked her system to activate her pheromones.

Exuding the strongest pheromones effect in the best way possible. Enough to grasp the attention of a cat who had gone insane. And that was where she had intended to start.

Commander Lynn and Lord Ash stared at each other, confused.

"We’ll follow you..." Commander Lynn explained but she shook her head.

"Don’t. And also tell the beastmen to pull back so it doesn’t get high on alert. He needs to be calmed, so I’ll make him feel at ease first..." She explained as she stared at them. "Trust me."

Lord Ash was skeptical but ended up nodding.

"I’ll dive in if anything goes wrong," Lord Ash said as Ayra nodded in agreement.

And with that, Lord Ash and Commander Lynn turned to the beastmen, signalling them all to move backwards. And while they moved backwards, they helped the injured Lord Vale and Lord Zark up who had slowly transformed back to their human form, battered and bruised.

And with the atmosphere cleared up, the wild cat was standing before them at a distance alone, while staring at them with wild bloodshed eyes and low ferocious growls.

Ayra on the other hand took a deep breath. She closed her eyes and opened, staring at the cat as their eyes met.

"System... don’t disappoint me," she muttered because she knew that one mistake and she was one step away from being cat food.
