Over The Infinite

Lesson 10: The World to Be

-1 -

This is a parallel world. Dammus told me before, a world without yuki that I came to the labyrinth city alone.

The world is partying with Lirica and the Philos and doing adventurers to an extent that, although somewhat brilliant, they have not deviated significantly.

Of course, it's likely that I'm wrong, but just to the extent I've figured it out so far, most parts match.

Though it's not very rapid, it's super unfolding, it only gives the impression that there's no backward or forward context compared to the experience so far. To the extent that I think it might be possible, I'm diving through unscrupulous developments.

I see that, but I don't know why I'm here.

The last minute memory was the moment Gergial killed me. Shortly after that fine sword was swung down, I came here.

After Gergial kills me, what the hell brings me here? I don't think the last blow was just a slaughter, but something that added some skill...

No way, he's not dead or something? He said suicide was pointless or something because he detached the space, but just like he died in the dungeon... no, it would be unnatural to make it so. I don't know where he was set to be transferred at the time of his death, but he's not supposed to be flown to a place that doesn't make sense.... No way, like the flow to the resurrection that this is going to experience when you die in a dungeon... or just like a running horse lamp.

My left arm is... there is. There are no scratches that can tear your stomach to the point of heso. There is no bloodstain on the clothes, and the clothes are beautiful suits for some reason.

"What's going on? You think you're looking for something?"

"Oh, no..."

It seemed to Lirica that I was looking for something to mock my body about.

"... what happened to the status card?

I just stuck around trying to make some kind of excuse like that, but if you look at the cards, you might be able to confirm a lot.

"That's a guild, though."

"... Oh, I've been promoted intermediate, so it's natural to process updates"

Yes, it was the same in September, and it was redistributed at a workshop for new intermediate adventurers the next day.

... Lirica's gaze is starting to fill me with suspicion. It would be unnatural not to know the obvious.

"I don't think I would normally forget... is something wrong? All of a sudden, things went wrong."

... Now, what do we do? Nothing, I can be honest with you, but you don't have all the elements you can believe.

If this showed up with some effect or something, you might still believe it, but there would have been no precursor to discerning it from this. I'm just confused to mention that the guy I've been talking to is suddenly a parallel world man or something.

Somehow, don't let Erica suffer. The hurdles are too high for you to believe, not least when you explain them to Mr. Elsie.

"Uh, what... I'm so confused myself... for now, can you convince me that I have amnesia"

"What to do... I started saying something weird again"

Apparently, I'm doing something weird to be told again. Honestly, it helps now.

"It doesn't seem like you've lost your memory or forgotten who you are."

"Well, think of it as a thought experiment or something. Me, Watanabe Tsunadash. Because he who resembles and rejects. OK?"

"Ooh, ooh?

All right, it doesn't seem to make that much difference in character, so let's keep pushing it off.

Lilica shouldn't be too good at getting rolled up for something she doesn't know very well. In this case, the only landmines that need to be avoided are the topic of height and sorcery.

"... So, what are you going to do with a thought experiment?

"Amnesia... is the setting, I want to start with the status quo perception. First, what's today's date?

"March 15th though."

"What year's?

"Labyrinth history ○ 025. Seven hundred for sure if you have a Kingdom history..."

"No, no kingdom history"

I don't even know the calendar used in the kingdom.

25 years on March 15th, from my perception, there is little time difference. Looking at the second report, it seems good to think that the timing of Gergial's murder is almost at the moment.

"So, next... who am I?

"Tsuna, you. Watanabe Tsunami, who's a labyrinth city adventurer."

"What about you?

"Lirica Edenfelde. er...... adventurer as well. And magicians."

Why do you say that?

"Where am I?

"An intermediate promotion ceremony for adventurers. Parties attended by people who met the conditions for intermediate promotion in this quarter. For a broader meaning, a labyrinth city?

"You know what a Kugelschreiber is?

"Kuuuuuuuuu...... what? I don't know."

... Hmm. So far, you've come back with the answers you imagined.

Add to this the fact that you're partying with Philos and the others, and it matches the parallel world stories I've heard from Damus before.... Oh no, what do you call the neighboring world?

"Huh...!!"

A sharp pain runs on my head. What is this? Headaches aren't level, they're more intense...

"Oh, hey... what's going on?

"... no, nothing"

This... is a similar pain I ran when I tried to reflect on the past at the Gate of Souls.

... What did I try to remember now? neighboring world? No, it's natural to remember itself...... no, it's weird. Something is wrong. Something seems to be forgetting the big prerequisites......

'Perhaps the Erica doesn't know. The possibilities of the world in which the Dungeon Master was born converge and cease to branch. I can observe it as a possibility, but it makes sense that there is no world other than this where I could exist as a dungeon master. "

That's right. Dammus must have said that.

The adjacent world is a world of possibilities. I just have to observe the simulation results that that possibility could have existed.

I wasn't a dungeon master, I didn't observe it directly, I was aware that there was a world like that with stories told to me by Dunmas and Lirica... but this should be a world that shouldn't exist as a parallel world. If Dammus isn't here, Tsujitsu will see him...

"Lilica, have you ever met with Dammus?

"Dungeon Master? Tsuna, I was present when I came to see you, and even once in the Sorcerer's Guild. The lettering doesn't come out, but is it Kitsuki Singo?

I wouldn't be sure if they told me to write the name of Dammus in kanji, either, but this wouldn't mean that he was actually someone else with different letters. At least the Dungeon Master exists. I mean, this is a parallel world that shouldn't exist... damn, I don't know what that means anymore.

Dammus wouldn't have actually stepped into the neighboring world. Then the rule that it cannot exist is not absolute. But at least it's something that's commonly recognized as such between Dammus, Nameless, and the Imperial Dragon.

It would not be so likely that this would be a complete mistake. Something's wrong. Something is uneven.

"... cum"

Headache again. Stronger, blunt instrument beaten pain. The more I try to understand this situation in depth, the more my brain is screaming.

"Make up your mind, Watanabe Tsunami. Make up your mind and clear the way to kill me. Because you don't have any more. Come on! '

In a fading consciousness, I saw someone talking.

That looks a lot like me in my previous life and stirs me up with such a horrible look that I would never do. But somehow the look is natural and makes you think it looks good on you.

That's right.... I've been meeting him since I died until I got here.

I am the only malicious one who pictured the Watanabe line in his previous life. A symbol of malice that should prevail and abhor in everything.

There is no later. It's natural because he's dead. But I'm in a place where I don't really know why. Are you telling me there's no aftermath, including here?

I feel information pouring in. The memories that this Watanabe outline had and the memories that the original Watanabe outline had cause inconsistencies and collide as if they were causing fatal errors.

There is no mistake here in what Dammus calls the neighboring world. I know that well. Anyway, this one was there first. But at the same time, there is a world where I fought as a prisoner of cause and effect.

"Originally, there was no way to get ahead of Watanabe. Definitely a game board with no winning muscles. I should have given up there, but at a great price I tried to force myself to create a winning muscle. The result is your imaginary world. It's a world of altered and distorted backs. '

This is the world of the table where it should be. What I was in was the world behind me.

There is an adjacent world that should not exist, because the two worlds exist on the same axis, and the world behind them is over in the process of being altered.

My end of the line is the moment Gergial murdered me. The end of it is the end of a changed world. The world without observers does not exist beyond me, the alterer. Because it doesn't exist... so I went back where I was supposed to be?

"Shh, sorry!! Somebody!

I can hear Lirica far away. The hustle and bustle that began to wrap around me also feels like a wall between them.

I can't stand. I can't stay conscious.

I may not be so resistant to pain in a parallel world, or I may not have any other love, but even I wouldn't be able to bear this kind of thing.

On the verge of vanishing consciousness, I thought Philos, looking at this one with cold eyes, was in my sight to hear the noise.

-2 -

It was the hospital that woke me up. Not a hospital room in Kugelschreiber, but a room in a hospital that seems to be from a parallel world unchanged. The interior is very similar to the one from when Yuki was in the hospital. I guess it's a regular hospital, not a hospital room where adventurers who die in a dungeon are transferred to investigate.

"... that's a lot of unconscious developments here"

This interruption of consciousness also obscures reality and dreams. No, I guess I can't help it.

They seem to be dressed for patient use, but the suit they wore at the ceremony was also folded in a cage provided.

Unlike that time when it was a private room, it's for six people, but they don't have any other patients. In the first place, it may not be strange because I also feel that things like being hospitalized in a labyrinth city are not.

I might have expected to be back in the original world, but according to what I heard from the nurse, the situation remained that she had fallen and been transported at the promotion ceremony.

"There was no abnormality in the EEG, etc., but just in case, the procedure for admission to the lab was in progress. My lover was with me until just now, but when I got home that I would need to be ready if I was going to be in the hospital..."

I don't know who the lover feels like, but I wonder if she misunderstood Lirica in the circumstances.

The admission procedure means that most of the documents already listed will only be filled in with their names. He's going to rest for now and do a light exam tomorrow. You think it's possible to leave the hospital as soon as possible?

I almost got lost in all the similar hospital rooms, but for now I go back to the bed where I slept and get my hips down.

... Now, there are no brain abnormalities, but I don't feel unwell myself. I guess it fell because the brain couldn't process it as a result of a massive influx of information in a short time.

Anyone can fall like that. I haven't told the doctor or the nurse because it would be incomprehensible.

"... you remember"

If it was me, it would be convenient to forget what was important, but I remember if it was happiness or unhappiness.

I seem to have forgotten shortly after I came to this world, but I know a great deal about my encounter with malice and the flow to it.

First of all, I... the Watanabe Tsunami was killed by Gergial. He was right, that was my end of the line, and he died indisputably.

Shortly afterwards, I met my only malice. So I was forced to make a choice. Re-examine the past and accept or not the original sin that was going astray.

My perception interrupted once here, half my life I've lived...... I traced the past to it. It's like the only horse lantern that malice has ever shown, and it was poked at to let me make a choice.

That's why I felt a little visionary in my experience. I guess it's also a modification of my perception that I said I knew the beast was going to happen. I can't possibly change what happened when I feel like I have a vision.

And the recap is over, and I'm here being bounced off a path that doesn't exist.

This body would belong to the Watanabe Tsunami, which was originally in the world where it should have been. There is a part of it that is missing, but I can also recall experiencing it so far. I also feel like there's something very serious missing, but I'd say most of it belongs to the average adventurer.

The choice that was poked out at that time has yet to come up with an answer. I don't know what my original sins are and I guess this is proof that I keep going blind. Or is it not possible to say that everything has ended without being able to choose?

... What am I supposed to do from here?

I didn't even want to sleep with a lot of people, so I walked around the hospital. It may not have been a compliment, but it hasn't stopped me from walking.

I felt like I didn't have many patients, but walking like this makes me look different from someone who seems like an inpatient there. The most crowded was the waiting room, where large TVs were also turned on. What's going on is the news.

I casually sit on the couch in the waiting room and take the newspaper that was nearby.

Naturally, there is no article on Kugelschreiber. There were no other world-related topics, such as Berenvar and Sky Dragon, without topics that were being challenged by the Infinite Corridor 100 layer. Though there is plenty of labyrinthine city-like odd news, too peaceful a routine is spelled out.

Nothing is happening in this world. No, I guess this is how the world is supposed to be.

Realizing that, I was being attacked by emotions I couldn't even compare. Are you jealous, envious, or hateful? If the only bad faith thing is right, I'm not the only one who dumped this and altered it.

For example, if I were to spend the rest of my life here... would that be a convincing life?

There seems to be a lot of inconvenience in terms of memory, but it is a range that seems to be irrelevant. Lirica and the Philos will find out, and they'll need explanations, but at least they don't seem to have a problem living as adventurers.

An adventurer who is a pretty hard profession from a general point of view, but it is a safe profession as long as he clears up talent and spiritual problems, and nothing wrong with living normally if he is also intermediate. There's no kiri if you're going up there, but there's no limit to anything, and if you don't compromise, it can reach advanced adventurers. If it's just a possibility, it could reach Dammus. Many of the things I've piled up so far don't exist, but I can make new ones from now on.

But the passion that smokes in me doesn't try to forgive it. It is unlikely that we will be able to throw out everything that happened in that world. I guess if I lose my memory, I'll be able to spend it as normal, but this is what I've come to know. I can't do irresponsible imitations like throwing everything out so far.

But that's why, what do we do? What can I do to get back to the original world? In the first place, does a world exist to return to?

That happened when I was asking myself that repeatedly.

"... earthquake?

The whole building rocked a lot. Even so, it is on a scale that I feel somewhat larger as a former Japanese person accustomed to earthquakes.

Are the residents of labyrinth cities unfamiliar, some of them somewhat panicked around, but it wouldn't even be like damage.

Breaking news runs on the TV in the waiting room. There have been minor earthquakes recently, but the measured figures are unprecedented in the past, saying they are investigating the source of the earthquake.

Zowari and I felt intense cold.

"It's subtle if that's the information that can support it, but it seems Elsie from the other world detected multiple earthquakes before the collapse. In the labyrinth city, we control the crust just below, so if the source of the earthquake isn't as deep, there won't be an earthquake, but there's an earthquake."

The earthquake is the source of the earthquake. Earthquakes that were occurring like omens before the stars were crushed. It should have been Dammus who caused the direct collapse, but that doesn't matter at this time. The problem is the reality that this star will collapse if left alone.

Why am I thinking about what's ahead so long? There is no labyrinth city or this star ahead. All we are waiting for is a collapsing future.

What do we do? Like evacuation, only the moon can do that. I don't have the means to get there. No one will believe him at this stage, even as he guides evacuation. Then stop the collapse of the stars? Can you stop it?

Stop Dammus. In order to do so, we need to stop the murder of someone else. I don't know what Ibarra's capable of doing that, but it's hard to believe she's capable of cutting head-on and overwhelming with the Dammus. Not absolutely, but the Dammus will be far superior in strength compared to the captives of cause and effect they have met so far.

The problem is that each of the prisoners of cause and effect possesses the means of attack that should also be individually used against the sub-gods. I don't have it, and I don't know if the Imperial Dragon has such means, but Gergial's "sworn truth" and the seizure of an unlimited amount of appearance would be powerless, even if it were an immortal sub-god.

Then what should be considered dangerous is assault. Regardless of the lack of any information, if you are wary that there is such a thing, the Dammus will do nothing about it.

In the first place, we don't know if there are any Ibarras in this world, but we need to draw attention to Dammus.

And the hand of not letting you head for the crust passage... no, that's bad. The story was that the light emitter that wraps Ibarra possesses the amount of energy that is capable of destroying the stars. It's not good to leave it alone and be exploded. We need to deal with something.

"Phone..."

Without a status card, we wouldn't even know the number of the dams registered there. Even if I were to borrow the hospital phone, it would be impossible to make contact with Dammus. In this case, the guild is likely to be able to contact you directly.

Fortunately, the Adventurer Guild is open twenty-four hours. But even if we go to the guild, is it possible to discharge urgently without testing?

I'll have the liricas tell them...... but I have to explain everything from scratch, and I don't know if they'll trust me in the first place. Dammus would be flexible, and worst of all, you'd think it would be weird if I called in something I couldn't possibly have known. Even somewhat forceful here......

... Okay, I think I'm getting out. There's nothing wrong with my health. I'm sorry about that later. And I ask you to forgive me.

-3-

After getting dressed, we escape through the windows on the ground floor so that no one can find us and head to the Adventurer's Guild. Fortunately, the hospital and the guild are not that far apart. If you run, it won't be long. Neither would the hospital think I'd get out.

"So, are you a dungeon master?...... I'm probably busy, so I need an appointment for a bit. I'll let you know if I have a message, but I can't guarantee if I'll get a reply. I mean, Watanabe, I heard you fell at the ceremony..."

But telling the receptionist caught near the entrance that he wants to contact Dammus is not a good reaction.

If you think about my position in this world, the receptionist's reaction is extremely legitimate and convincing.

I don't have that much strong relationship with Dammus in this world.

I didn't complete the shortest trial, and I didn't get a bonus in my private space.

I wasn't set up for a rookie fight with Mr. Asha, and I haven't even competed yet in the first place.

Even the five trials have no shadows or shapes because Yuki is not here. Even Philos would not have trained at Dammus more than did not occur.

I haven't even participated in the war with Lardin, and I haven't received any Berenvar-related requests.

There was no visit from the Imperial Dragon, so there was no encounter with the Sky Dragons at the end of the year, and naturally there was no Sijin Nebu.

We haven't even worked out measures together about the world collapse.

Of course, he has lived in Japan in his previous life and has a facial connection from the standpoint of being an adopted son, Mike Bow's senior. The fact that this name was named after Dammus is the same here. It can be said that it has some relationship.

But that's a stop. I have not been able to communicate directly with you due to urgent requirements.

Considering that, even if you remember the emergency phone number you previously received from Dammus, it is likely that it has not been registered in the first place. That's probably the number I got for you to give me. Either way, it was necessary to make contact through somewhere.

"By the way, if you had a reply, how long would it take you the shortest?

"It's early because the footwork is lighter, but now it's a little..."

"It doesn't have to be direct, like via Mr. Elsie or Mr. Allain"

"That's possible with a message, but probably the result is the same heel"

Damn, I guess this is supposed to be the norm, but it stinks.

You said you were spying on me, Mr. Elsie. I don't know anything about this world... but if you're monitoring it, you might be able to expect a reaction by contacting us.... I haven't heard what reason you were watching, so it's not necessarily the same here.

"I'll write to you, Mr. Danmas and Mr. Alain, and Mr. Elsie, so can you give it to me? I'm sorry I can't, but in such a way that you can see it whenever possible."

"Ha, ha. Then there is a dedicated format...... the contents could be censored, are you sure?

"It's a lot of content, unless it's discarded for a reason"

That's how I start writing letters in the lobby of my guild.

It's a set template, like the report, and it seems to be like a guideline box to send a message for the upper levels of labyrinth cities.

The contents will be confirmed, and records will be kept in the guild, but if there are not so many problems, they will reach the destination.... The problem is that it takes some time, but the receptionist says that the position of the intermediate adventurer and the knowledge of Dammus may be somewhat faster with the status of Japanese in the previous life.

The content is simply that what causes the collapse of the stars deep is asleep, and we would like to discuss what to do about it.

In order to increase credibility even slightly, we will also weave information that is not obviously supposed to be known, such as Mr. Allein's attempts to negotiate an attack and Elsie's desire to propose an evacuation plan to the Moon's Great Cavity. Finally, the word 'clown' was mixed on an unnatural level with the one addressed to Dammus. If the beholder sees it, it won't be destroyed immediately. Dammus might beat you up.

Put it in a dedicated envelope, and when you seal it, that's it. All we have to do is entrust it to the receptionist.

"... if you don't mind me asking, may I give you an outline? Because it's a problem if it includes personal slurs."

"on the danger of this planet collapsing"

"Oh, yes."

That's right. The receptionist's eyes, who replies raw, looked at the fool. It would be just as professional not to break the look on your face.

"I understand you're saying crazy things, so... if you could just annotate me with your game plan."

I felt the receptionist react to the phrase "crust passage", but there is no particular scratch.

"... right. I'll put it in my findings section."

Apparently, you're gonna need a lot of paperwork just to give you one letter. For this minute, it would be possible to just deliver it for a few days. Better to think this only works as a preliminary proposal than not knowing how much time we have. If so, is there any other hand you can hit? You can't just go back to the hospital like this.

Only a limited number of interested parties are likely to be contacted in this case. The content is also the content, but the biggest problem is that I'm not as interactive as the original world. The upper levels of the labyrinth city are hardly even familiar, and it is likely that they will have difficulty making appointments without contact with the < Arc Sabre > and < Meteor Knights >. Four gods are also close to out of the question. If it were a commercial zoning shrine, there could be Tiglare, but that's only a little bit of a level, too.

I'll call and see if Beautiful Bow can handle it, but it's voicemail. Even if I leave a message, I can't get a call back in the current situation. Damn, it doesn't help when it's at stake.

Is there anyone else? Even if I'm not familiar with this, I'm likely to be able to make contact, and I have a good face in the upper level of the labyrinth city...

... Mr. Mizuki and Ladine, and then Dirk? If we just meet, it's going to work out.

The current time is already late at night. It is unlikely that you will be able to meet Mr. Shui even if you visit Shui Jingu Palace. Nor would the dormitory of the school where Dirk lives be exactly the kind of time that outsiders would visit to catch up.

If you're Ladine...... you're likely in the lab, so do you want to hit it from there first?

"Hi, dochirasama deshowka?

I called Ladine and for some reason a familiar machine voice responded.... Why is Borg on the phone?

"Uh, Bo...... is that Mr. Andre? I'm an intermediate adventurer named Watanabe Tsunami."

You wouldn't think of it as a flirtatious phone call if you were greeted by that bog's real name, even though Bog came out, not in person.

"Why Sono Names..."

No, you're an adventurer. Your registered name is Borg, but your real name will stay the same. Whatever comes out of it, just do a little digging and you'll see.

"It was a little urgent and Mr. Ladine had some business to attend to. Wouldn't you like to take care of it?"

"Professorha is visiting now Death. Goh matter gaareva message bearing limasga. Mosikha Tomorrow Laboratory No.2...... '

"It's urgent. He wants to talk to you in person as soon as possible about the earthquake that just happened."

"... Hi, Cheng Limacita"

Borg originally preferred a mechanical response, but adding to that would be an elsewhere response. Though I knew it, it's pretty good, this.

'Uh, it's been replaced. Was it the adventurer Watanabe Tsuna?

"Hi, nice to meet you, Ladine Grasseliena"

"... I'm not supposed to have that name. Did you even ask the Dungeon Master? Watanabe Tsuna, who is Japanese in his previous life."

As a matter of course, my personal data seems to be being examined.

Even Ladine was surprised that I knew her full name in her previous life.

"No, directly from Mr. Ladine himself. Even so, it's not you"

"... I don't know, wasn't it about the earthquake?

"Overall, it's a really suspicious story, so I thought I'd say something that would add a little credibility. He said he knew something he shouldn't have."

"I ask you straight in, what's your purpose?

"Avoidance of the collapse of this star"

Silence came.

'... I guess I'm talking to the wrong person? The More Powerful or the Writer of Gossip Magazine'

"You don't have a Gossip magazine handout. Dammus is unlikely to be caught anytime soon. There are also people in power who seem to be able to move directly. Ladine is the one who can be trusted in this situation and has a handover to the center... or only a few more"

"I don't know what kind of candidate he is, though he seems to be working on a flirt call."

"Whatever, I'd like to meet him in person and talk to him because it's going to be a pretty intrusive story. I don't mind having Bog or Chimera present as an escort."

Leaving aside whether or not I can count on you as a consultant, those two are clan members in our perception.

If I don't derail the story with weird stuff, I don't mind having a panda.

"Finally, if you can get in touch with me right away, ask Mr. Elsie about the earthquake. Perhaps we're still investigating at the moment. If the source of the earthquake is a crust passage, it shouldn't be obstructed."

'... ok. Let's just talk about it. I know you're probably saying this deliberately, but you know something you're not supposed to know. Do you know where the eagle lab is?

"Been there."

"Apparently, you can hear more tons of demonets than you can imagine."

"You can expect that"

Promise me more tons of demos than you can imagine. Maybe I shouldn't have asked.

Hang up the guild phone and start moving. While traveling, I noticed that I didn't have a status card, so I couldn't use the transport, so I got around on foot, but I'd say it was rather faster in time.

Maybe there's a wallet buried inside the Item Box, but I don't know if there's any cash in it, and I'm suspicious they'll find it soon.

Some werewolf stepped on his way to Adventurer School with an unbeatable all-powerful walk, and when he spoke to the late night receptionist guard, he got him into it properly.

Ladine doesn't just talk to each other on the phone, she seems willing to listen properly. If you hadn't heard me or something, I might have forced you to.

There are few people and lights in the late night building crash, but we reach the lab without getting lost.

"Go ahead."

When I knocked, I heard Ladine's reply from inside.

... Wow, yabe. Why are you about to cry when you weren't when you called, me? I'm going to have to make you believe in unscrupulous stories, so I need to keep my mind normal.

Breathe deeply only once and open the door.

Inside were Ladine and Borg, and a strangely intimidating but weird posing chimera.... What is he doing?

No, honestly, there were more unexpected people than Chimera, and they distracted me that way.

"... dilk"

I didn't even give you a name, but there were a handful of people added who seemed to be able to talk to you.

"I don't remember introducing myself, but is that also intertwined with the story we're going to have?

"Oh, it helps to be honest with you.... And what's Chimera playing at?

"Even if you know the name, think you'll be intimidated if you see it first.... apparently didn't make sense"

Is that like being tested in a dockylineta? I'm used to Chimera's tons of demo ecology. Rather, so much so that the emotions that were a little high settled. Even if they say Kisher or something, now is the time for me.

-3-

"We seem to grasp each other, shall we start with an introduction? He's been promoted to an intermediate adventurer today."

"I come from an unnamed village in the southern part of the continent, the Dorgia Mountains. In my last life, I heard it was Japan on Earth, just like the Dungeon Master."

"That fits. It's not supposed to be in the Adventurer's registration, but you can check as much as you want with the Intelligence Agency."

Are you going to restrain me, Dirk? I'll give you information you don't normally know. But this guy will be able to find out as much as he wants.

"Even I in that intelligence department didn't understand your sudden change."

"Don't include that in what we're going to talk about."

"Well, just sit down. Can I get you a coffee? Milk and sugar..."

"You can have the same black as you."

"... Hmm. Dirk, you look great."

"Sounds like it. No matter how I looked into it, I couldn't confirm the history of Watanabe Tsubasa's research into my teacher or me, and I don't think she knows her hobbies and preferences... I wonder if she switched between the contents."

That's a good one, you. You're absolutely right.

For me, I introduce myself meaninglessly and sit on the couch.

Ladine, Borg and Chimera are being promoted to September without anything to do with me, and Dilk remains a student, generally as I imagined.

"No, Dilk must have a tricky ability to detect lies, right? You can find out as much as you want. But, Serafina, don't bother."

"... what is this guy"

It's like paying back the fun. In fact, it would be more helpful to have a lie detector used. I guess it would be perfect if I showed it here in The Affidavit, but it's not as if I can use it with hatred.

"Then why don't you get to the point quickly? Hate, I'm really busy here."

"Oh. To be honest, I don't know the whole story very well either, so it will only be subjective..."

That explains what I've been through so far.

According to this body's memory, a big difference was made just before I traveled to the labyrinth city, when I met Yuki.

Even before that, perhaps with or without "captivity of cause and effect", "Wesen of Hunger" became "Wesen of Hunger" or only as different as the increasing number of skills acquired.

Yuki and I haven't been the same since we met. The shortest strategy of the trial. Rookie battle with Mr. Asha. < Castle of Blood >. Intermediate promotion in September or Ladine we met there. I met Dirk and Serafina when I was invited as a temporary lecturer. Fight against crusade-designated species. An expedition to war with Lardin and the fight against the nameless. The fact that the Imperial Dragon and the Sky Dragons have come into contact with the labyrinth city or the Four Divine Practitioners. And even cross-world interactions by Kugelschreiber.

Dirk would have investigated my background. In light of that, the difference is historical.

"... no, I knew you'd hear a ton of demo stories, but that was a more unscrupulous story than I imagined"

Ladine whines as she listened without even touching the coffee from the way in.

"I mean, in your subjectivity, eagles and dilks, you were part of your clan, Watanabe, and there was a lot of interaction."

"Serafina, your bog, your chimera, and three pandas. I'm not a clan member, but other pandas lived in clanhouses."

"Um, why am I a fan of Watanabe?

I don't know because I didn't hear that.

I knew it, but I wasn't attracted to appearance or anything. Serafina can rest assured.

"So, here's the real deal..."

"I'm already hungry, but that's not why you're here."

Yes. The problem is after we go to the world of the Imperial Dragon.

Scratch and explain, two captives of cause and effect appear in the world of the Imperial Dragon, develop into celestial scale combat, and Kugelschreiber enters the retreat. The innumerable looting, the death fight with Gergial, and the fact that I died awakened Ibarra to sleep in the Crust Passage, and the stars collapsed.

More detail, including as much detail as possible, will be provided. I want to think that I have gained some credibility because I also included the battle using the Affidavit.

"Watanabe said you were standing at an intermediate promotion ceremony in that body shortly after you were killed.... well, I could understand the story itself."

"Oh. It's just that a world with dungeon masters is a closed world of possibilities or something like that when it comes to dummies, nameless, and imperial dragons, it seems that the same way a world where dungeon masters exist doesn't come into being. And for some reason, this is how I'm here. I don't know if the Dammus recognize it incorrectly or if it's a completely different factor.... What's your opinion as a developer of the Infinite Corridor?

Turn your gaze to Dirk. You wouldn't be surprised if they found out you're an infinite corridor developer now.

"No, it's mostly how I first hear it right now. If you have any knowledge, I don't even think you've told the Dungeon Master. … Originally, the infinite corridor is an autonomous and evolutionary system, so we decided it was the best way to learn from the concepts of the world."

"You've never heard of autonomous evolution."

Is that the substitute? Then, even if there were more people involved in the development hub than Dilk, we wouldn't know the whole story.

"So what do you want me to tell us about the big scale so far?

"First of all, I want to contact Dammus and the upper levels of the labyrinth city. I don't know if there are any Ibarras in this world, but Erica's story is that everything in the parallel world is supposed to collapse. If I could take care of it, it would be about the dammus. Ladine was friends with Mr. Elsie, wasn't she? Worst case scenario, we need to proceed with the evacuation plan alone..."

"Well, it's not silly to contact you..."

It was some kind of toothless reply.

"I don't think I'm completely trusted, but I don't even know how much time I have. So if something goes wrong, I don't mind being penalized."

"If you were the hometown of the Dungeon Master in your previous life, you'd be as careful as you'd be if you were a jerk. The eagles know you're Watanabe Tsunami."

"Then..."

"I can't get in touch"

The reply came from Dilk.

"I'm not in a state where I can pretend either. If there are conditions..."

"No, it's Watanabe's pre-credit issue. Don't stay in touch, I can't. We are currently losing contact with the upper levels of the Labyrinth City."

"What?"

... What is that?

"I was here to talk to you about it. The earthquake in the example showed such an unusual number that I tried to get in touch, but nothing was working. I'm just hitting the contact points that we have individually across the Intelligence Agency."

"Then go to the Lords' Palace... no, what gate leads to the Four Shrines Palace? Worst case scenario, Mr. Mizuki, wake me up..."

"All four are silent"

... Yabe. What's going on, this? What's going on?

"The evacuation to the moon that was in your story is also planned by the technical bureau. It would be possible if we worked to push this forward..."

"We need that too, but that won't be the only fundamental solution"

"There's no other place to evacuate... if the planet itself collapses, then there's no escape. For once, I have a hand in diving into the infinite corridor."

"Dammus tells me it's a last resort because I don't know what's going to happen."

"Sure, you don't know what happens if every backbone breaks"

If you think about what Dirk said about autonomous evolution, that would be the part that even the developers don't understand.

Or maybe if it were Erica, I would have known.

"We talked about time limits being full of April, even with optimism, right?

"Yeah, but Erica said there's a time difference between parallel worlds."

Honestly, no wonder it collapsed right after this.

Damn, at least if you'd listened to the date the collapse occurred in the world he was in.... No, that's not the story that leads to a solution. Calm down... is there anything I can do?

"Ladine, don't you have a connection that can get you out of the labyrinth city right away?

"We'll figure it out in a few hours... where are we going?

"Heading to"

"... are you insane?

"What's the exact location... Dirk?

"I understand, but you have as many problems as a mountain. Permission to go out and release this information can be anything, but travel time and means, the Great Forest of Demons itself is a danger zone, and how can we talk to our Protecting Sub-God opponents, and more importantly, whether we can attack the Great Cave of the Abyss and the Crustal Passage?

Dammus is getting close to completing the offense in a few days, but there's no point in using that guy as a benchmark.

I just got there and I don't have the tactics... but that's about it...

"It should have been originally planned for Dammus to attack. Maybe we can make contact on the ground."

"Permission to go out can be done in one hassle, and let's just arrange a car"

"Does the teacher believe this guy's story?

"In view of the situation, it's not a lot of effort. I don't have any trouble getting my car stolen as it is. I can't go with you right now."

"Helpful"

I guess it wouldn't be this smooth if it were normal, but happiness or unhappiness, the situation took my side.

"I don't know what to do instead, but I need to make sure of a few things, okay?

"Oh, ask me anything. I didn't say much about you guys, but about yourselves? Dirk is living with Serafina."

"Oh, hey..."

"No, I don't care."

He has eyes like a discarded puppy, but he's not really curious. Apparently he confirms the part close to the point.

"First of all, in this situation, can you consider yourself a different kind of regular than the original Watanabe Tsuba?

"... Erica hasn't heard the details of the collapse either, but she probably does"

"Perhaps it has nothing to do with this peculiar situation and the world structure, but I want you to keep in mind the dangers of time paradox. As a result of your actions, you can't evacuate to the moon.

"... I'm acting to avoid that, right? I shouldn't have forgotten."

It's everyday tea and rice to be behind what you think is good and what you do.

"Assuming that, this is the real deal. …… What do you think your purpose is to sleep in a crustal passage?

"What?"

It was a question I hadn't imagined. So does that get out of Ladine's mouth, but in the sense that I'm not thinking about it myself.

The purpose of Ibarra? The only reason for the existence of prisoners of cause and effect is the annihilation of malice, but that would not be what I would mean. As opposed to being, you're going to kill me...

"As far as I hear, the presence of Ibarra is contradictory. I have to kill you, but I won't wake up until you die. Neither of these can go up to the next stage and do it. Why has it become such a troublesome structure? Did the only malicious system cause an error, or was it intentional? Whose intention is it if it is intentional?"

Whose intent...... I'm the one who thinks of it.

"What does Ibarra collapse this planet for? It's not like I could kill you, the captive of cause and effect, where this star collapsed, is it? Well, you could die in this world, but is that the test of captivity for cause and effect?

"... no. That can't be right."

If such a test is okay, you don't have to bother to prepare it against existence or anything. Then why would he break the stars?

Think about it. His purpose is to kill me. But at that point, I'm dead. If you're going to fight, you have to prepare the stage to fight me first.

Beyond contradiction, action to set that stage breaks the stars? No, no... he's... he's showing it to me. That this is the game over. Tell them to stop it if they don't want it all destroyed. If you don't want to be destroyed, come to yourself and kill each other.

But how? Even in this world, there's still a guy in the Crust Passage, and you want me to go out and kill him?

"I said I would arrange a car, but as a weasel, I think it would be useless to go to the < Crust Passage >"

That's right. There's no such thing as him.

"As a result of the alteration, too many beings interfered with that singularity, intertwining, and causing more robust causes than would normally have been possible. The cause and effect of being too strong does not remain only in that world, but flows out to the world where it is supposed to be, and its parallel worlds. In that way, the cause and effect of the stars' collapse became entrenched in every world. It's a brilliant reversal of cause and effect."

of this world, breaking this star is only a by-product. It is only the result of spilled causes.

If we are to stop the collapse of the stars that fundamentally cross this world, or countless parallel worlds, we must stop the world's Ibarra that I have altered.

"Let's talk on the assumption that all your stories are true. You are the only Irregular in this world. So you're still not the only one who can do something that can't be like that? Dungeon masters and lords are strong. Strong and dependable. But can't they overturn this situation? I feel that way."

Cause and effect are already settled. Isn't that anchored in a way that can't still be overridden, assuming there's a Dammus or someone else? Isn't too sudden a labyrinth disconnect from the upper city level an effect of that?

"I'll go ahead and arrange your outing and car for now, but I need a few hours before authorization comes down. Just think about it in the meantime. See what you have to do."

"... oh"

Perhaps Ladine's guess is correct. Because what are you going to do with me?

I try to get out, but I can't walk well.

"Oh, the... what. Mr. Watanabe, let me give you an encouragement from the eagle."

You didn't see me like that, Ladine calls me off.

"Inspiration?"

"In your world, the eagle was part of the clan, I guess? If you're that eagle, look at you now and you'll say,"

Ladine's eyes, saying so, are something that makes her feel as powerful as she has seen somewhere......

"Otokonoko, save the world."

It was the difference between the front and back that made me think that Ladine was still Ladine.

"I was told something similar before.... but well, thanks."

I wasn't talking about such a big scale.

"Um... maybe a little more about what I just said..."

"Stop asking questions that have nothing to do with the real deal."

... No, I'm sorry, Mr. Dee.

-4-

About two hours before you're ready to leave the labyrinth city. If you intend to head for the Crust Passage, you can pick up the car towards the designated location. Whatever action he takes, he doesn't need a response to Ladine.

I appreciate it, but now I'm not going outside anymore. The idea that nothing will be solved just towards the < Crust Passage > is already close to certainty. Then what?

There is no destination on foot. Now, if I go back to the hospital, I'm going to be unable to move, and the same thing is going to happen in the guild. I walk all over town late at night with Fluffy while I think I have to put in about a report for the Liricans because they came out unauthorized.

Speaking of which, where did I live over here?... Dormitory? Don't you know where you're going?

That's how I realized, I was in a place I didn't know. They were walking into the middle of a residential area because they appropriately walked in. There are no people on the street. The boulevard just looked far, whichever way, and the shadow went into view.

"Tuna!!"

"... Philos"

You were looking for me, Philos, and you come near me with your breath out. You're an adventurer and you're so tired.

"Bad. Were you looking for something?

"I looked for it. Damn, I forgot you're out of orbit.... I almost couldn't make it with this stupid thing."

"... did you have something to do?

This is not the same place.

"It's a very important story.... For now, I'll call Lirica"

"Oh."

So Philos makes the call. Probably the other guy is Lirica, but it's hard to tell him where we are or we got to move together. They say they meet at the park facing the boulevard.

"... well, there's something I need to talk to you about before you rendezvous with Lirica"

Philos cuts out like that as he walks.

"Speaking of which, Lilica said something at the ceremony, too. Yes, but could it be about that?

"... you haven't heard.... Oh, no, that's important too, but I'm different from that."

I don't know, but if it was in Lirica, I'd have to ask that, too.

"My story is about the collapse of this planet and your choices."

My legs stopped on a topic that was so abrupt.

"Heh... to...?

"You're not the only regular in this world. It was like a beating, though."

"Wait, what do you know!?"

"I know exactly what you've been through. Other than that... why don't we just get to the rendezvous point?

"... ah, oh"

Philos's attitude like that is too calm and looks as if he's even having an extremely mediocre chat. Rather, so much so that you even feel more in a hurry when you find me.

It even comes to a late-night park that sounds like a rendezvous point, but there's no Lirica yet.

"It's a little far from where Lilica was looking for, so you have a little time."

"Then it just goes on. What do you know?... No, before that, you're Philos?

"I'm me. It's just that it's Philos you know. I was the one who duelled in the Red Sky Colosseum."

Does that mean... that you know both worlds?

No, that doesn't seem like the only part that doesn't explain it.

"I knew I didn't seem to remember, but I'm actually talking a lot to you in the original world. About the causes of the collapse of the stars and the strippers"

With that said, Philos handed me a can of coffee.

I just had a cup of coffee. And black...... no, I'll drink it though.

"A stripper... Yuki said"

"Yes, one of the captives of causation. Perhaps the only place in it that's quite close to malice is the extraordinary outward path."

"Extraordinary outer roads are you..."

I don't know what the comparison looks like. You're not comparing it to me, are you?

"I don't know if I have a name. A stripper is just a nickname that has come to be called because of its behavior. A being that touches malice, is contaminated, and has the power to return its existence to nothing. Having lost her purpose over a long period of time, that woman turned into a stripper who merely collected and stored what was honorable"

"Woman... is that it?

"I'm not human, and if it means gender, it's neither. That's what I'm trying to be. Actually, maybe there's something special about it."

I don't know, but I imagined an unlimited amount of talking in a woman's language.

"I basically don't get my hands on it directly. Intervene indirectly with observation vessels nearby if you like them."

"You think Yuki's that?

"Yes. Even so, interference is minimal. The least effective interference is the way I do it. I accelerated the changes in the world that you tried to make, and I created and threw in something that would help. Yuki's interference is like manipulation of memories from a previous life. Other than that, it is no different from Yukito, who is in the king's capital in this world. That alone is making the biggest impact."

"Why did you do that?

"They don't seem to be limited to captives of cause and effect, but they want to strip and decorate their beautiful souls after drilling and leading them to heights. The principle of conduct for doing so is unclear. Maybe it doesn't make any sense."

What the hell. I mean, that guy wanted to peel me off, and he threw Yuki in for the bottom prep?

"Well, whatever the thought of the stripper, that intervention gave birth to your helper named Yuki. As a result, I am the one who was bounced off as unnecessary by altering the cause and effect of one person. Maybe Lirica's something similar."

"Sure looks like a fixed party over here...... where's Gowen?

"Gowen just hung out with me and left. At least, I don't think he's moving with any thoughts."

"Right."

He's the one who doesn't know what he's thinking, but he doesn't seem to be behind that.

"If that's it, I was just bounced from my original position. I was simply supposed to fade out of your walking path...... it was. He thought it would be better if you had a rival. The stripper interfered with me, which should no longer be necessary. As a result," Rebellion to Cause and Effect "has been planted with gifts to induce you to feed. I wanted to stand up to you as a human being as a single adventurer. That's why they used my will in its entirety. Don't be ridiculous."

It sounds like you're speaking out of the way, but I feel a strong anger behind this word.

"It is one end of the power of strippers to infuse and experience massive amounts of relevant knowledge. As much as possible with your food, inducing cause and effect around you is also an end in the power of the stripper. Observing parallel worlds in this way is also one end of the power of strippers. Everything is in his hands. He doesn't have to interfere excessively with your destiny, but the puppet doesn't need that kind of consideration."

"... thus also communicating the thoughts of the stripper?

"Actually, that's all different. What I'm going to need is later, after you've grown up.... but your limits came in front of it. How best to behave. A trail that doesn't exist very far ahead. End of the line. Death at the hands of Gergial is inevitable, and the Watanabe Tsunami comes to an end. Deciding so, the stripper lost interest and stopped observing. The extraordinary power Yuki used was the last exercise of authority that was allowed because it no longer required cover-up, disguise, or guidance."

…………

"Impossible snakefoot time. On this occasion alone, the hand of the stripper cannot be reached. I haven't even noticed. That's why I can talk to Perla about who she is.... Otherwise, I'll just forget it by my side, as I've spoken many times before"

It's like there's been a similar thing over and over again. Mouthfeel, but the fact is, I guess it happened.

In my lost memory, Philos may have warned me many times.

"The stripper made a cut. The gameplay board where the captives caught fighting for cause and effect broke, and you and I dancing on it ended up vanishing from stage to stage, and he said it was the world's answer. There was no way ahead and the possibilities had been crushed from the beginning.... but I didn't think so. You... said the Watanabe Tsuba couldn't have ended there.... That's why I'm here"

"What more can I do?"

"There is no way before us, there is a wall. No small way out exists there. But the Watanabe line is supposed to blow up a wall like that and get through it.... polar theory, you just have to create it if there is no way. That way... you already know the path that leads there, and you understand that it is the only possibility. All I can do is push back and help a little."

"... you think I'm just out of sight?

"That's right, Tuna. Once again, you must climb through the Gate of Souls and face the cursed original sin. This is the first and last. It's the only shard of possibility left. Erica Edenfelde and the beast of cause and effect await at the end of the gate"

That's the last thing that's left of me as a result of keeping my eyes open.

I was aware of it. I knew it. After this, I was just out of sight. Without Philos' backing, I might have come to the end of the world without doing anything.

"... it's time for Lirica to come here too. But before we get there, you have another option."

"What?

"Gifts, blessings, protections, curses. There are a lot of names, but gifts are more powerful than their superiority. At first glance, it seems that even what no one seems to have anything to do with, it can be something that the infinite corridor system has granted to its existence"

"... Really?

All of a sudden I feel like I'm talking to you, but you're not going to say anything at this time that's irrelevant.

What Philos said was just a little thought. Even if there was no certainty that this was the case, Gaul and others with the protection of the Beast God were thinking similar things.

"The only malicious" captivity of cause and effect "and the seizure of an unlimited amount of appearance use a similar mechanism. as a curse that acts only on an understated being more than you."

"I understand" The Prisoner of Cause and Effect, "but also the usurpation?

"That's right. It seems that Berenvar's unaffected by the seizure is also due to this rule. I'm not sure, but there's a breakthrough in the innumerable appearance."

Even so, then you'll end up with nothing but Berenvar.

But deliberately cutting it out would mean that there is something attached to it.

"The same is true of the Rebellion to Cause and Effect that I was planted with. This is an incomplete counter to" captivity of cause and effect, "as well as the curse of a stripper with a character close to it. Having this should get you out of the influence of the robbery. I'm not sure, but I don't think they'll take it anymore."

"... wait a minute, I don't think you're going to give that to me"

I don't know if I can do that, but that's what I'm talking about right now.

"I mean give it to you, it's a copy. If it matches the criteria, I can almost copy it as it is. You and maybe Yuki should fit the criteria. Not under the observation of a stripper. It's also an irregular move that we can do now."

"I mean, doesn't that mean you're under the influence of a stripper?

"It's up to the strippers to see how much they will be affected. It has many disadvantages. However, it also has the advantage of counteracting the innumerable appearance and making it more difficult to be affected by the" captivity of cause and effect ". So I won't impose it. I'll leave it to your will."

"... at least you can get out of under the influence of usurpation, huh?

"Oh. In fact, I remember being that you would forget. For example, you must have forgotten that our party in this world had a sixth person."

"Sixth?

... Not me and Lirica, Philos, Gowen and Gaul? You're telling me that the impact of being robbed in the other world extends to us?

"That usurpation does not inherently affect the inhabitants of the parallel world. But this is the same world if you put it in the front and back. Even the effects have begun to distort me a lot.... Well, not right now. I'll give you this."

That said, Philos handed me two skill-obs-like spheres. I didn't take it out of the Item Box, it just appeared directly from the palm of my hand, not to say I just created it.... tell them to choose for themselves whether to use it or not.

You think the two are for Yuki?

"... Looks like Lirica's here"

Looking back, I saw Lirica still standing in her dress at the entrance to the park. Was he running around in that outfit?

But I don't think he wants to come this way. Maybe he's careful not to interrupt me and Philos.

Philos doesn't even try to move. Those eyes seem to be telling Lirica to go alone.

"Tsuna. I declared I would stick with you. I wanted to be a good enemy. It is a future that does not exist at this time, and it has not even begun. It's no joke it ends without beginning. I do not acknowledge such a result. It's not Yuki standing next to you, it's not the stripper who lost his purpose, it's my only standing."

Where I am in trouble being pinched between them, Philos spoke out.

That's Philos' declaration. This is another manifestation of determination to be here. Or maybe it's an encouragement to this guy.

"Bounced out of position to be? That has nothing to do with it. I'll keep hanging out with you no matter what kind of place I am. That is a comrade who is never a partner to fight next door, nor a supportive companion, but always pointed in the same direction. It doesn't change that I'm on your side.... In the meantime, I'll kill the bystander stripper. And for that, I need you to prepare a new stage."

This is the road I should be on my own. We need to dive into the Gate of Souls with Lirica's hand, but it's also up to the entrance.

I guess what Philos tells us this way also means that we can't go with him any more.

"Come on, let's go. There's still time for this planet to collapse, but it's not what keeps your lover waiting."

"... lover?

"Pretending not to look, pretending not to notice is ugly. It's not like you're unaware, is it? You must have realized who Erica Edenfelde was."

"... it"

That's all Philos said, he turned his back on this one and headed for another exit.

I turn to the other side to turn my back on it. Lilica is just staring at me.

Every step of the way is a choice.

A choice to settle what has been kept out of sight in order to face the irresistible reality that I have created myself.

To face it, or to set it apart, there is an imminent choice before us to throw something away and get something.
