Chapter 1430: Going Home 2
Alice Turner asked the driver to turn around, and together with Anthony, they went back to buy gifts before heading back home. By the time they reached the Turner Family, it was already past ten in the morning.
"Sis! Is this your home?"
After getting out of the car, Anthony raised his hand to point at the house beside them and asked.
"Yes! This is my home."
Alice nodded to Anthony and then turned her gaze towards her own yard, staring at everything familiar within it, as a mix of miscellaneous thoughts surged within her heart.
Squeak!
While Alice was overwhelmed with emotions, Anthony had already pushed open the gate to the yard.
Hearing the gate open, Alice snapped back to reality, and at this moment, Anthony had already walked into the yard. She hurriedly followed him inside.
"Sis! Why is your home so quiet? Aren’t the little darlings at home?" Anthony had been eager to see those three little darlings all along the way, and upon arriving here, the first thing he wanted to do was look for them. But he found the house so quiet, it didn’t seem like there were children around at all.
Alice tilted her head to look at the person beside her. Actually, she too was longing to see those three little darlings, but she knew it would take a while before she could see them. "They won’t be here right away, currently, it’s just my mom at home."
At this time, her dad had gone to the office, her sister and kids were in the compound, and apart from her mom, there wouldn’t be anyone else at home.
"We have to wait a bit before we can see those three little darlings?" Anthony didn’t know the actual situation at home and had assumed the three little darlings would be there. When he heard Alice say they would have to wait a bit to see them, he felt somewhat disappointed.
Alice nodded affirmatively: "Yeah!"
After speaking, she lifted the gifts and walked toward the door.

Seeing Alice already heading into the house, Anthony quickly ran after her. When he caught up, he reached out to link arms with her, and the two of them walked arm in arm with long strides together.
As they were almost at the door, Aunt Hua came out from the house carrying trash and, seeing the man and woman approaching, was momentarily taken aback.

Aunt Hua exclaimed instinctively when she saw that the woman among the man and woman was Alice Turner.
It had been five years since she last saw Aunt Hua at home, and Alice was also very emotional, quickly going up to her. "Aunt Hua!"

Alice’s heart had already raced into the house. She took a glance at Aunt Hua who helped her open the door and led Anthony inside.
Sophia Wood was watching TV in the living room and heard noises at the door but thought it was Aunt Hua returning from taking out the trash, so she didn’t pay special attention.
"Madam! Look who’s back?"
Upon hearing Aunt Hua’s excited shout, Sophia instinctively turned her head following the sound, and the figures of Alice and Anthony unexpectedly came into view.
Alice had seen Sophia just now, and her eyes were already glistening with tears of excitement. "Mom!"
While excitedly shouting for her mom, she strode toward her mom in the living room.
"Alice?!"
Initially, Sophia thought her eyes were deceiving her, but when Alice walked closer to her, she realized it really was Alice who had returned, and she suddenly stood up, walking forward with quick steps.
