No one was killed, of course.

But Blair clearly knew how to hold back. Dealing with three heavyset, middle-aged men was a matter of just a few moves for her.

Two minutes later, one of them was on the ground, clutching his head and crying out—

"Don’t you dare leave! I’m calling the police!"

A bald man, sprawled on the floor, pulled out his phone. Blood from his forehead smeared his face, and the sticky wetness on his hands made the touchscreen unresponsive.

Seeing the Rakshasa-like woman walking toward him again, the bald man’s face twisted in terror. He reflexively threw his phone at her. Blair dodged with a tilt of her head and sneered, "Is that all you’ve got? And you still have the nerve to harass people?"

"I won’t do it again! I was wrong, I was wrong, please stop hitting me." The bald man begged for mercy, crying his eyes out as he curled his stout body into a ball on the floor, a ridiculous sight.

Seeing his pathetic state, Blair instantly lost interest. She casually placed the ’fire extinguisher’ she was holding onto a nearby table.

The owner, hiding behind the bar, was scared witless. He had just called the police for the girls right away, but how had things turned out like this?

Cecilia and the others had no intention of running. After such a huge incident, they obviously had to wait for the police.

"Sir!" Cecilia suddenly looked toward the bar and asked, "Did you call the police?"

The owner nodded with a dazed expression and said hesitantly, "I have security footage that can prove they harassed you first, but all this stuff in my bar..."

Someone had to pay for it, right?

Cecilia didn’t miss a beat. She walked to the bar, scanned a QR code, and transferred one dollar. "Is that enough?"

The owner was completely stunned.

’One was an incredible fighter who took on three by herself!’

’The other was so ’generous’ she paid him a whole dollar in compensation!’

Snapping back to his senses, he quickly nodded. "That’s... that’s enough."

Before long, the police arrived. It was two very young male officers. The moment they stepped into the bar, they saw the utter mess and three large men lying on the floor, unable to get up.

One of them, a dark, thin officer, frowned as he scanned the scene. He noticed the three young women sitting by the bar but didn’t think much of it, simply calling out, "Who called the police?"

"Officer, I did." The owner raised his hand and came out from behind the bar, feeling nothing but unlucky.

’Business was already slow, which was annoying enough.’

The dark, thin officer looked at the owner and asked, "What happened? Did the assailants run off? Is there security footage?"

"There is." The owner nodded, then hesitantly pointed a finger at Cecilia and her friends. "It... it was them..."

Hearing this, the officer couldn’t help but look at the three women again, a clear flash of displeasure in his eyes. "So the two parties started fighting over these three?"

The two officers walked closer and, without asking any questions, said directly, "At your age, couldn’t you find something better to do? Coming out to drink with men like these late at night?"

Cecilia stared, bewildered.

Blair let out a derisive snort at his words.

Estelle Goodman’s eyes went wide as she exclaimed, "Are you serious?"

"Officer, you’ve misunderstood! The three of them weren’t with these men. The three lying on the floor were beaten up by them." The owner quickly explained, then pointed at Blair and added, "Strictly speaking, she’s the one who did it!"

"What?!"

The two officers exclaimed in unison, looking at the three women with utter disbelief before their gazes finally settled on Blair.

Blair crossed her arms, tilted her head, and looked at the two officers with an impatient frown. "They sexually harassed us, so I took action. It’s on camera."

Just then, the three large men staggered to their feet, crying as they rushed forward and wailed, "Officer, you have to arrest her! Look what she did to me!"

"She’s vicious! She knocked my contact lens right out!"

"My head is bleeding, and I’m anemic to begin with!"

"Alright, shut your mouths!" one officer barked, glaring at them. He looked with disgust at the three men, who were probably a hundred years old combined, and said contemptuously, "Three grown men beaten like this by one young woman, and you have the nerve to cry? Have you no shame?"

The bald man, who had gotten the worst of it, felt even more aggrieved. "Easy for you to talk, officer! You watch the footage and tell me if she’s even human! If you’re so tough, you try fighting her!"

"Officer, they were the ones who came over to harass us. This was self-defense!" Estelle Goodman said.

The officer looked at the three men, all of them bruised and battered. From the looks of their injuries, it seemed a bit like excessive self-defense.

But the whole thing was just too bizarre. One young woman could beat up three men this badly? And the level of destruction at the scene was astounding. Two chairs on the floor were bent out of shape, and one of them even had the concave outline of a head on its metal surface.

You didn’t need to look to know it was the bald guy’s.

"I need to see the security footage."

The officer calmed down and asked the owner to pull up the footage of the incident.

The footage was fast-forwarded from when the three women entered. There had been four tables of customers in the bar. After two tables left, leaving just the two groups, the three men were seen staring at the women for a long while, whispering to each other with lewd expressions. Then, one of them was egged on to go and hit on them.

The three women ignored him and immediately stood up to leave. This was the flashpoint. The man reached out to grab one of them, and that’s when the short-haired woman suddenly struck.

From that point on, the two officers watching the footage couldn’t stop their eyes from widening and their jaws from dropping.

’This wasn’t a brawl.’

’It was a completely one-sided beatdown!’

Three grown men were utterly powerless against one young woman, and all of them were taken down in less than two minutes.

’Their palms grew sweaty. The bald man was right—if it had been them, they wouldn’t have stood a chance either.’

’This girl is clearly a trained fighter!’

After the footage ended, the scene was silent. The two responding officers were completely stumped.

They exchanged a look, each seeing the confusion in the other’s eyes.

After a moment, the dark, thin officer finally spoke. "Don’t any of you move."

With that, he pulled his colleague over to the doorway to speak in low voices.

"How do we handle this? The men definitely harassed them first, but this girl was a bit too vicious. It’s clearly beyond the scope of reasonable self-defense."

"But those guys deserved it. It’s a good thing one of the girls is a trained fighter, otherwise they would’ve been taken advantage of, right?"

"That’s true in principle, but can we actually handle it that way?"

"Should we call the captain?"

"It’s ten o’clock. We’ll probably get chewed out, won’t we?"

"..."

While the two officers were conferring, the three large men glared sullenly at Cecilia and her friends, thinking about how they would make the women pay for their medical bills and emotional distress.

But then Blair shot a single glare their way, and the three of them flinched and ducked their heads in unison.

After a while, the two officers finished their discussion and returned. Looking at the group, one said, "All of you, come with us to the station to give a statement. You too, owner. Your bar is a wreck; someone has to compensate you."

"It’s been paid for! This young lady paid for it," the owner said, pointing to Cecilia.

The officer glanced at Cecilia, then said, "Even if it’s been paid for, you still need to come. You also need to give a statement."
