Reincarnated as a Half-God with SSS Abilities

In Paradise, Athena made her way over to her sister's house for a little talk after the recent events on Exteria.

"So, did you have anything to do with this whole Xander Diana mess, Aphrodite?"

"I didn't interfere with the events of humanity, or people, if that's what you're asking."

"That's not what I'm asking. When Xander was here did you do anything that would imply he fell in love with someone when he said "I love you" to them?"

"Please tell me that's not anything different from what you and Chronos did for Sora? You mean to tell me the very first person he meets isn't fate? Plus Xander's a god, who cares?" Aphrodite shrugged.

"I'm not mad at you, I was just curious, is all. I don't exactly want to put a 15 or 16 year old child through the trial of the gods and for some reason she's already had a vision of herself as one before the age of 17."

"Yikes. Sorry about that. I didn't think it would go that far."

"Well, what's done is done. I think it's best for Xander anyway. It's not like Sora didn't get a helping hand with that either, I mean he did kind of meet the perfect person for him his first day."

"I mean, he's my son, what else did you expect?" Aphrodite laughed.

"I'm just glad the people of our Universes still believe in fate and don't think we just do as we please." Athena smiled while looking down.

"Well, to be fair we do what we please as gods but not when it involves people. Anyway, who is she going to kill?" Aphrodite laughed.

"Don't worry, he's already in our prison. He turned himself in willingly after Eris revealed who she truly was."

"Ha, you mean our little sister no one ever cared about? I'm glad we loved that girl as our sister when no one else would." Aphrodite said with a smile.

"Me too." Athena said while looking down.

"What a weird twist of fate this whole thing has been, wouldn't you say?"

"I would definitely agree with that," Athena laughed.

"It's always been up to Sora but I never expected it to be up to his entire family!"

"Don't you mean our family? He is your nephew after all."

Athena smiled. "Yes, and I love how even though he's a teenager he calls me Nana Fena… I'll never get sick of that."

"Wait, you had a vision of yourself as a goddess? That's amazing! But when?" Xander asked, clearly nervous about the trial of the gods.

"See! I knew you cared about me. You're so nervous, it's cute." She smiled.

"Well yeah, obviously. It's just that thing is no joke. Ask my mom about it, please?"

"I don't think I can really help," Brie added.

"I mean don't get me wrong I am more than willing to tell you about my experience, but I'm sure she mixes it up. The only thing I'm certain of is that you will have to kill a god or goddess in order to become one." She added with a nervous smile.

"She'll be fine," Pride said calmly.

"If she foresaw it, it is likely to pass, is it not, Eris?"

"Pride is correct. The question is when did you see yourself becoming a goddess and was there a reason why?" Eris asked.

"Can we go somewhere else to have this conversation? It's a little weird being out in the middle of my suburb in the middle of the night…"

Xander drew a portal to the mansion, which was quiet with most of the people sleeping.

"They can just sleep like that when something so horrifying is going on?" Diana was surprised.

"Yeah, it's really not a big deal. Everyone knows if I think I'm in immediate danger they'll be immediately teleported to me. The problem is we have four really young children in the party so I don't want to think that and take their parents away, even if my dad changed Sera and Leila's conditions to not teleport away from their children."

"Well, anyway, it's in like a week."

"A week?!?!" Xander exclaimed.

"Oh dear." Brie said, shaking her head.

"Why is everyone so damn worried? If Brie can do it, why can't Diana? What else was in your vision sweetheart. My wife and child aren't doing a great job of making you feel comfortable out this, sorry about that," Sora said while shooting a glance at Brie and Xander.

"You can't blame us for being nervous, babe. If I remember a certain someone was so pissed off he was ready to storm the gates of Paradise to drag me back," Brie laughed.

"Ok, that's fair," Sora laughed.

"Well, I already saw the trial, what it entails and that I pass, so what's the big deal? Xander helps me kill Dionysus so…" Diana blurtted out and quickly covered her mouth.

"Oh, so that's why she's so confident. Well, let's just get it done then," Xander said while opening a portal to Paradise.

"Wait, what?!" Diana exclaimed. I saw it next week, not today!

"You'll be fine. Do you really think my Nana Fena would let something happen to you?"

Sora and Brie laughed. "You know it's like 4 in the morning, we're going to bed, Emery and Emma will be up at any minute and ya, you'll get it when you're older," Sora said while waving goodbye.

"Well you two are early," Athena laughed.

"Nana Fena!" Xander sprinted up and gave her a big hug.

"Well when you already know the outcome of something, can it really be considered early?" Xander asked.

"Fair enough. Well, Diana, this is going to be quite awkward because you've already seen it all play out and I've seen you already do this once, so let's just skip to the part where you kill a god, shall we?"

"Woah, what? Are you serious, your Majesty?" Diana asked with rosy cheeks.

"That depends, are you willing to tell Xander the real reason you become a goddess?"

"Yes m`am. There's nothing I would ever hide from Xander. I just didn't want the entire party to worry." Diana said politely.

Xander turned with a surprised-looking face.

"What happens?"

"Hades is raising an army of those creepy eye people. That's what is going on in the secret realm. By becoming a goddess, I gain unlimited foresight and can help tell everyone when people come. I mean, there's a few other perks of course, like you being stuck with me forever." She nudged him playfully.

"So I really am following in my dad's footsteps… weird." Xander laughed.

She jokingly stuck her tongue out at him. "Is that really so bad?"

"No! Of course not. We could always hang out here for a few days and spend a few years training you as a goddess."

"I don't think your parents would like that very much seeing as how you were the reason your family left early." Athena said sternly.

"Anyway, here is Dionysus."

"Just get it over with Diana, I don't deserve to exist." He said in tears, his blue pentagram eyes only slightly visible.

"Shut those eyes damnit!" Athena yelled sternly.

"I'm sorry, I can't help it–" Diana stole Xander's sword and chopped his head off. It fell slowly to the ground and his body started forming into particles, his soul shattering into the world.

"What's happening to me?!" Diana screamed.

"Stay calm!" Xander yelled as he ran to Dionysus' body before it was too late and absorbed the power.

Diana's body completely illuminated and her eyes stayed the same blue color they were before she was a goddess. She felt a ripple of pain, like her body was being rethreaded, stitch by stitch.

"Woah, you look even more beautiful than before." Xander said, embarrassed.

"Oh so I wasn't beautiful before?" She teased.

He kissed her gently and pulled away quickly. 'Not in front of Nana Fena, that's just weird.'

"Aw, such a gentleman," Athena clapped.

"Well, off you two go, you've already spent a day on Exteria away, don't want your parents being too nervous!"

"Wait, are you saying we're both… what age now?"

"16, but it's only been a day down there so you don't have much to worry about. You came so early in the morning that it was almost impossible for it not to be a full day that stretched you all the way to 16 with both of your birthdays coming up." Athena said with a kind smile.

"My dad's going to kill me." Xander said while shaking his head.

"My parents are going to kill me!" Diana said nervously.

Xander portaled down to their mansion and walked through.

Sora and Brie immediately hugged both of them, quickly.

"Thank the gods, we were so worried!"

"Mom, dad, it's ok, she did great!" Xander smiled, he would forever protect her secret.

"I only did great because Xander was there to help, honestly." Diana blushed.

"Well, you two look older, how long were you there?"

"A year…"

"So you're both 16, this universe is so damn weird!" Levi said, who was sitting at the table for breakfast.

"Woah, it's like one full day passed. Why didn't it feel like a year up there?"

"Your time magic, I'm guessing you sped everything up because you were nervous and didn't realize it," Sora said while hugging his son.

"That's why she said she felt so weird when she turned into a goddess! That makes so much more sense." Xander laughed.

"Sorry Diana, I didn't mean to speed up time like that. So, we've been dating for a year and 3 months now, crazy."

"I'm ok with that," she smiled, admiring her perfect skin and flawless body.

"I feel so much more… powerful." She added.
