Chapter 2101: The Demise of Dao (III)
Li Hao tilted his head. The queen was needed here because there were too many people in her divine nation. They were pivotal in establishing a new chaos.
“Move your people into the new chaos when it is formed,” transmitted the young man. “They will be the inhabitants of the new world! There’s no need to say anything to them. Just announce that someone’s created new worlds for them to return to the chaos!”
Although the queen felt a bit wistful at losing all of her people, she quickly nodded in agreement.
The countless number of people had provided her with immense power of faith, but they’d also become machines of faith. A mindless death was only a matter of time if this situation continued, and they would die in complete ignorance.
“Are you going to enter the new chaos once it’s established?” Li Hao asked further.
The queen rapidly shook her head!
Absolutely not! Who knows what’s going to happen with that?
Li Hao held a star in his hand. It sparkled with light as it took in life force and dao strength from the surroundings. This false star of time would be the core of the entire cosmos!
It would be the source of life and even of time!
As for the one in Disorder’s hand... it would naturally lose effect once Disorder died. Time would return to Li Hao’s hands.
Would Disorder die?
He was barreling around with unparalleled ferocity and forcing the ninth rank replicas back. Disorder was fighting one against ten and still sending them all over the battlefield. It looked like he actually had a chance to win!
However, Li Hao knew all too well that it was too difficult for this guy to win.
The young man slowly withdrew his supernatural characters and melded them into the star of time in his hand. Spirit that drifted around it began to congregate near the star. A new chaos was about to bloom within it!
The heavyweights fighting in the distance sensed something. However, not even Skyward said anything. He knew that it might be a better development at present if he helped Li Hao to establish his chaos.
Hence, he didn’t make a sound.
Chaos Sky didn’t have time or effort to spare as he was fully invested in battle. Meanwhile, Long Zhan was completely preoccupied with two ninth rank replicas. Everyone in the battlefield knew what the young man was about to do, but no one stopped him.
Disorder was possibly the only person who wanted to!
He wanted to break through the blockade and kill Li Hao. Once he did, the others might not dare kill him. But he was surrounded on all sides at the moment and also fending off Chaos Sky. His attempts to break free were completely foiled!
“Why would you rather give it to Li Hao and not me?!” Disorder forced out through grit teeth. “Will Li Hao really give time to someone else once you kill me? He’s more vicious than me!”
Fucking hell, he’s the real demon, alright??
I’m the master of disorder, but he’s the demon of the chaos!
All of you guys are just watching him take in dao strength and life force, but not a single one of you is stopping him! Fuck!
If this is what it comes down to, what was all the crap you guys pulled before this??
Disorder wanted to cry, but couldn’t bring himself to relinquish time. He had a chance to give it up still, he just needed to destroy the star of time. That would make him nothing more than the dao master of disorder. No one would attack him then.
But who was willing to forsake time?
He was highly aggrieved. Li Hao... why did you throw time to me?!
But the might of time dao came to mind the next second. Disorder set his jaw and called upon the dao that he claimed to not want. He froze heaven and earth, as well as the ninth rank in front of him.
Disorder ground his teeth and waved his fist down! Die!
Hells yeah this feels great!
This is what time is meant to be! It’s just taken shape in my hands but it’s already so powerful. How strong will I be once I can fully deploy its capabilities?
Boom!
Another ninth rank exploded. At the same time, the stronger Disorder became, the more people were wary of him.
“We’ve got to kill him!” People yelled. “Time has only just formed in his hands. Li Hao didn’t strengthen it much, but Disorder can! Once he raises it to ninth rank... it’ll be the end of the road for all of us!”
Time right now wasn’t strong enough, but it wasn’t weak either. It’d only been a sixth rank dao in Li Hao’s hands. Currently, however, the star of time shone with seventh rank strength. This indicated that Disorder had incorporated a lot of dao strength and his own life force into it. He was furiously calling upon time and strengthening the dao.
In Li Hao’s hands, the young man would have an impossible time freezing an eighth rank, much less ninth rank! But in Disorder’s hands, he could force his will upon a ninth rank replica!
It was clear to see from this how much stronger time was than any other dao. It well deserved the title of the greatest dao.
Rumble!
Heated battle took place on all sides.
Li Hao focused simply on absorbing all sorts of strength and incorporating them into his star. The false dao star of time rapidly grew stronger, developing a presence so mighty that it instilled wariness in others.
Long Zhan’s physical body had mostly fractured, but he gave voice to a mighty roar. His arms exploded with a loud rumble as he smashed a replica to pieces!
The dragon was like a primordial demon, overwhelming and physically domineering. However, pieces of it continued to fall away as chaos dao shook!
If it wasn’t for the ninth ranks destabilizing his foundation, Long Zhan at full strength would match Spring Autumn, if not Chaos Sky.
In an even further distance.
A phoenix soared proudly through the void, but a tragic croon abruptly sounded and flames seared the heavens. Long Zhan jerked his head over, tears sparkling in his eyes.
They quickly dried up.
Feng Yan had fallen!
His daughter had died in battle.
All members of his race were fighting New Martial, Silver Moon, and Spring Autumn’s factions. He didn’t care who was killing his people anymore. Perhaps it was the Silver Moon braves that’d killed his daughter, or it was the major monster spirits under Spring Autumn.
Dead was good!
Dead meant that they would all head to Li Hao’s false chaos!
Perhaps there is still a chance for the chaos race to rise.
People vomited blood throughout all of the battlefields. Powerful figures collapsed, dead on the spot. Some fell to Disorder’s hands, others by the Human King and Spring Autumn’s doing!
The western region had turned into a living hell!
Order had completely evaporated. What Chaos Sky spent years building was completely shattered in this moment. The unrest in the west eclipsed that found anywhere else.
Li Hao remained calm and continued to focus on his own affairs. This was just a preparatory stage. Could this be the creation of a new chaos if the fuss wasn’t great enough?
How was he to establish his chaos if the disturbance wasn’t immense enough?
Bodies needed to litter the battlefield! Energy was required! Dao strength was demanded! Life force was necessary!
Everything was a prerequisite!
Killing a weakling or two, throwing a sword around and hacking a pocket of space open, was that to establish a chaos?
Certainly not!
Only with violence and slaughter, as well as the deaths of many people he didn’t like, powerhouses, and those with dense life force would that complete his chaos!
That would bestow it with potential!
The new chaos would be forged with fresh blood!
And since he was to undertake this venture, he wanted to do so in a more perfect fashion. The one from the future said I left a lot of trouble for him... Bullshit! It’s just a bunch of spirits at most, trying to claim supremacy in that chaos.
What greater trouble could there be than what I face now?
Almost one hundred eighth ranks are fighting in multiple battlefields. Corpses can be found everywhere!
How many powerhouses are there in that tiny chaos of yours? How dare you say that I left a lot of trouble behind for you?
Not to mention, if there’s spirit incorporated in that chaos, you should have some helpers. Someone like my master will naturally be closer to you.
Granted, if Long Zhan and the others are part of it too... then some conflict might occur.
A myriad races fighting for supremacy!
Li Hao grinned.
So many were dying today that the dead included chaos beasts, monster spirits, all manner of random powerhouses, and all sorts of great dao. It would make for a fun time in the little chaos!
The young man’s grin widened. This was good. Every powerhouse made it to their peak through fighting and killing.
I just hope that the daos in this little chaos are purer. This is an experiment of mine, so I hope that the false chaos has more true meaning of dao. It can’t just be violence and slaughter all the time.
“I hope that civilization can develop more and that the system of cultivation is further perfected...” Li Hao raised a brow. What he’d seen before had centered on supernatural characters. Would the cultivators of the future modify supernatural characters to his expectations?
Boom!
More explosions rang out.
The Human King threw his head back with laughter. He was bathed in blood, but he’d killed the replica of the dao master of yin and yang.
“Sweet, he’s dead! He’s just a replica, but he has such dense power of yin and yang on him. I want the head of your primary body!”
“......” Powerhouses in the surroundings glared viciously! What a savage person!
Killing Yin Yang’s replica and now wanting to kill his primary body... do you really think you’re invincible?!
Deep within the chaos, the dao master of yin and yang glared hotly. Although he couldn’t descend upon the chaos right this second, he made up his mind that Fang Ping could not be permitted to live!
This person looks at me like he’s looking at a marvelously delicious dish. He’s completely berserk and far more worked up than when he fights Chaos Sky! The level of excitement and fervor is incomparable!
While there might be something to be had in killing Chaos Sky, it wasn’t necessarily a good trade-off for the Human King. Killing the dao master of yin and yang, on the other hand, was hugely profitable!
