After hanging up on Zhou Huapeng, Chen Jincheng immediately picked up his phone and called Ah Pao.

He knew what kind of dirty business Zhou Huapeng was involved in, so he needed to take some precautions.

Meanwhile, Ah Pao was with a real estate agent, inspecting a property. He’d brought along a group of his heavily tattooed men—the kind with dragons and phoenixes inked on their skin. He was, of course, scouting a new location for the Extreme Bar.

This would be the third branch of the Extreme Bar.

The flagship Extreme Bar had always done great business, thanks in part to the boss’s fame. The other branches were doing just as well. Add to that the explosive popularity of their Soda, and the bars were raking in cash. So, naturally, opening a third and even a fourth branch was already on the schedule.

"This location is good. Let’s take it. Call me when the contract is ready." Ah Pao had gotten to know the nightlife scene well by now; he had a clear idea of what locations were suitable for a bar.

"Okay, thank you, Brother Pao," the agent said, thanking him immediately.

If he closed this deal, he would earn a hefty commission.

Having confirmed the location, Ah Pao left with his men. Once the contract was signed, the renovations would begin.

Just then, his phone rang. Seeing it was his boss’s number, he answered immediately and said respectfully, "Boss, what are your instructions?"

His men’s attention was immediately drawn to him.

They knew, of course, who the big boss was. He wasn’t just an internet celebrity, but a true tycoon with assets exceeding ten billion, and he had a good relationship with the one and only Boss Lei.

In this day and age, the world had less and less room for people like them. Their new path to survival was to latch onto someone powerful, and this big boss was a very powerful backer.

Brother Pao had successfully latched onto him, saving them from being completely phased out.

Once the call connected, Chen Jincheng gave his order: "Come to the office."

"Right away, Boss!" Ah Pao replied instantly. He told his men to head back to the bar while he went to the Jinmao Building. Arriving at Second-Life Star, he met with Chen Jincheng. "Boss, you called me over in such a hurry. What do you need me to do?"

Chen Jincheng didn’t hide anything from Ah Pao. He explained the situation with Zhou Peng, then gave his instructions. "For the time being, I want you to post some of your guys around the company. That way, if anything happens, it can be dealt with immediately."

He knew the kinds of dirty tricks Zhou Huapeng and his ilk pulled. He wasn’t afraid of any overt moves; they were the ones who should be afraid of him in that arena.

What worried him was the possibility of them using underhanded tactics.

That’s why, for something like this, Ah Pao and his men were more useful than the police.

"I understand, Boss!" Ah Pao nodded at once. He knew this was serious. Without another word, he pulled out his phone and started contacting his men.

Just then, a commotion could be heard from outside.

Ximeng came in and reported, "Boss, Sister Hong is back with the interview team from Central Mother."

Hearing this, Chen Jincheng immediately walked out of his office.

When he reached the reception area, he saw Sister Hong chatting with a group of people she was welcoming inside.

Seeing him enter, Sister Hong immediately made the introduction. "Boss, this is Director Chen Yu from Central Mother. He’s in charge of this interview."

"Director Chen, hello. Welcome to Second-Life Star." Chen Jincheng stepped forward and shook his hand, a look of surprise on his face.

’After all, for a simple interview about the Hanfu incident, there’s no need for a director to come in person, is there?’

Then, he suddenly remembered something.

In his past life, it seemed that Central Mother had established a cultural heritage department at the end of 2018. It specialized in creating programs about cultural preservation, and the department had produced many classic, hit shows.

For example, *Grandmaster Chronicles - Eight Great Masters of Tang and Song* and *Huaxia in the Classics*.

*Huaxia in the Classics*, in particular, was a variety show of epoch-making significance, hailed as the one that best represented Huaxia’s cultural spirit.

’I get it now,’ he thought. ’Director Chen must be the head of this department.’

’A cultural heritage department like this would be starting from scratch, with no prior experience to draw on. So he’s probably using this opportunity to do some field research, maybe even hoping to use the Hanfu incident as their first big step.’

He was an entrepreneur now; his perspective had broadened considerably. It only took a moment of thought for him to connect the dots.

Chen Yu shook Chen Jincheng’s hand, his face full of emotion. "Mr. Chen, on the way here from the airport, I was looking at the Hanfu you’ve released. You’ve made a tremendous contribution to promoting our traditional cultural heritage. Your designs have truly shown us the exquisite beauty of the Hanfu from their respective eras."

Chen Jincheng quickly replied, "Director Chen, it’s an honor to have your approval. How can we best cooperate with you for this interview?"

Director Chen immediately replied, "Mr. Chen, we’re treating this interview as more of a documentary. We can start right away. Let’s just chat about Hanfu, discuss our perspectives on it, and show everyone the design ideas and concepts behind your creations. There’s no need to stick to a rigid format."

Chen Jincheng smiled and nodded. "Alright. In that case, I’ll take you to our Hanfu design department. I’ll also have the young ladies who model them come over in their Hanfu, and you can chat with the designers."

As they spoke, the cameraman from Central Mother greeted everyone, then turned on his camera and began filming.

Sister Hong, having already made the necessary arrangements during their conversation, accompanied Chen Yu toward the Hanfu design department along with Chen Jincheng.

As soon as they entered the Hanfu department, they were greeted by the sight of Xiaoju and the other young women, already dressed in Hanfu and waiting for them.

When Chen Yu and his team came in and saw the women, they were instantly captivated. In the video, there had only been one model, and their attention had been drawn to the cinematography and the Hanfu itself. But now, seeing a whole group of women gathered together in these beautiful garments created a different, even more powerful impact.
