In the days that followed, Lucas used the same method to successively liberate the colonial planets that the old empire had scattered across this star sector.

Everywhere he went, he would first execute the Viltrum overseer or some interstellar bandits, and then declare the local area liberated.

There were indeed a few reckless interstellar factions that dared to step forward, but the result was simple.

Their starships were all pushed into the event horizon of a black hole, turning into ghost ships.

For many weak civilizations that had been enslaved for who knows how many generations, almost no one would refuse the help of a big brother; to them, Lucas’s appearance was simply the descent of a god.

In just a few short years, the number of races that had submitted to Lucas grew from one to dozens.

Lucas decided to take the lead and incorporated all these races into an alliance, preempting Thaddeus to create a Viltrumite version of an interstellar alliance.

He even lowered the threshold, allowing those weak technological civilizations in the galaxy to apply for membership; as long as they were willing to pledge loyalty and provide resources and technology to the alliance, Lucas would grant them protection.

For a time, Lucas’s greatness became famous throughout the galaxy.

Some star sectors even publicly addressed him as the Great Emperor!

Lucas always felt a chill down his back, with a cold breeze blowing right up his crack.

The second major thing Lucas did was to build a new home for the Viltrumites.

He specifically chose a star sector with a massive red star, and right next to that star, Lucas mobilized the power of the entire interstellar alliance, exhausting the wisdom and resources of countless technological civilizations to begin constructing an unprecedented creation.

The City of a Thousand Stars!

Twenty whole years passed in the blink of an eye.

The City of a Thousand Stars was completed; it was a colossal object suspended in the sea of stars, its size so immense that it defied reason, being as large as a medium-sized planet.

The main body of the city was made of a dark golden alloy extracted from the core of the star, capable of withstanding intense energy radiation; under the illumination of the red star, the entire city shimmered with a dark red metallic luster.

Upon arriving at the surface of the Thousand Stars, countless spires towering into the clouds rose from the ground, piercing straight into the starry sky.

Beams of light bridges made of pure energy connected the towers to one another, crisscrossing and linking the entire city into a precise whole.

(You can imagine it like Asgard’s Bifrost, or the architecture of the Land of Light would also be fine).

The outermost layer of the city was surrounded by a defensive array consisting of a million energy turrets.

It was a pity that Lucas had never found the Infinite Ray Gun; that thing seemed to choose its master, so he would have Nolan go look for it later, this time dealing with it ruthlessly.

The universe cannot allow any existence more powerful than the Land of Light... er, no, the Viltrumites!

Further away, seven planets of varying sizes, like loyal guards, stood watch around the City of a Thousand Stars.

Not all Viltrumites lived in the City of a Thousand Stars.

Most Viltrumites were settled on the planets, and only those Viltrumites who had achieved great military merit were qualified to ascend to the City of a Thousand Stars.

This could also be considered a promotion channel established by Lucas.

The very core of the City of a Thousand Stars.

A magnificent throne room unfolded; at the end of the throne room, a chair made of dark alloy sat there, inlaid with rare treasures collected from various planets.

Lucas called this thing the Iron Throne.

But most people called it the Golden Throne of Supreme Glory, as if sitting on it granted supreme power.

In reality, since the City of a Thousand Stars was so close to the star, Lucas’s throne was even closer to the star.

Anyone who could sit on it by their own true ability was not lacking in strength.

Lucas leaned lazily against the throne.

Twenty years had passed, and his appearance had not changed in the slightest, yet the majesty around him had grown increasingly profound.

Below.

Belesa, Cassandra, Iveta, and Mira, the four women, stood on both sides.

Twenty years of time had left no trace on their faces; instead, it had made them increasingly radiant and charming.

After being showered with love, older female Viltrumites were simply indescribably beautiful.

Below the four women were Nolan and his son, along with several powerful Viltrumites.

The entire City of a Thousand Stars had become the steel heart of the new empire.

"Have you found Thaddeus?"

Lucas leaned on the Golden Throne and asked slowly.

Nolan knelt on one knee and lowered his head.

"Replying to the King, not yet."

Lucas was not surprised.

This result was within his expectations.

Thaddeus had been a ruthless character from start to finish and was extremely patient; otherwise, how could he have successfully assassinated Emperor Argall, instigated The Great Purge, and even deployed the scourge virus, nearly wiping out the entire Viltrumite race?

In the original story, he only dared to show his face after Nolan betrayed the empire.

It was not so easy to find him.

But as long as Thaddeus was not dead, Lucas could not rest easy.

Thaddeus still had the 2.0 version of the scourge virus, which could perfectly kill Viltrumites; Lucas himself was not afraid, as his genes were stable, and if he were infected, he could simply lie in the sun for a few days to safely pass the period of weakness.

But his followers could not.

If you don’t pull out the roots when weeding, the spring breeze will bring them back to life.

Lucas decided to take the initiative.

"We cannot wait any longer; the traitor must be executed!" Lucas slowly sat up straight. "Thaddeus doesn’t have the brains for this; someone must be assisting him in developing the virus, so he is not alone!"

"Search for civilizations with highly developed biotechnology, especially those that harbor a deep-seated hatred for Viltrumites!"

"Behind Thaddeus, there should also be a faction similar to the alliance; search them out one by one for me, we have plenty of time!"

"Yes!"

Nolan accepted the order, and the other Viltrumite elites also had to set off one after another.

...

After everyone retreated, only the four women remained in the throne room.

The graceful figures of Belesa and the others slowly floated toward the throne.

Their eyes burned with intensity.

"My King."

Belesa was the first to fly in front of Lucas.

She was as eager as ever.

"We have followed you for a hundred years!"

"For these hundred years, you have never been willing to bestow your essence; we need to bear even a single offspring for you!"

As the words fell.

Those four women actually tore apart their battle armor.

Those curvy, alluring bodies were exposed to the air without reservation.

They stared straight at Lucas, their eyes filled with naked desire.

"Conquer us!"

"Just like how you conquered weak civilizations!"

"My King!"

To Viltrumites, this was the most straightforward declaration of love.

Lucas raised an eyebrow.

These four women really knew how to put on a show, occasionally giving him some benefits.

It’s just that this reproductive instinct... why is it even heavier than his own sex drive?

He didn’t refuse, though.

Only gays refuse!

"Wanting children, well, that’s not impossible!"

Lucas slowly stood up, his battle robe shedding away very sensibly.

"But you have to pay a small price!"

Belesa blushed, "My King, not all roads lead to Rome; please make sure to grasp the main direction!"

"So... you are not willing?"

"No, I just want to be the first!"
