Mathilde moaned loudly as a whole flood burst from between her legs, spraying Noel, who got a bit too close, directly on the face. That immediately caused Noel to back away, pull a towel, and wipe her face dry. A second later, and after a few last thrusts, Arad let go of Mathilde, dropping her to the ground like a corpse.

Mathilde twitched on the ground, giggling as whatever Arad filled her with leaked out. She seemed to have had enough, but Arad wasn’t going to let her rest so easily. He reached down, grabbed her by the ankles, and lifted her feet up to his face.

As Mathilde groaned, Arad pressed her feet on his face, licked them, and sucked on her toes as he thrust his flesh into her back end at full force, causing her to scream, try to sit up but fail as he stepped on her chest and face to pin her down, and then she began moaning as Arad mercilessly pounded her. She is an archon, so he didn’t need to hold anything back against her.

Unlike many, Mathilde preferred taking it to the back, and so, every few thrusts, she would spray holy water everywhere. This was like a dream came true, and she took full advantage of it. Feeling his foot pressing down on her breasts was something that she never expected to turn her on so much, and his other foot that rested on her face was just the cherry on top for her.

When Arad was finally done with half an hour late, he let go of her feet, and her entire body plumped to the ground, twitching and oozing out. "Satisfied?" He asked, and she moved, reached toward his foot, kissed it, and kicked his toes. "Yeah, very much... my lord."

Arad sighed. "Cerilla got an important speech, I want you to help her with it. Can you do?"

Her answer was expected. "Well, of course. Anything for my lord and lady." She sat up, took his flesh down her throat to clean it, and then stood when she was done. The elvish guards rushed to clean the floor, and Isdis returned to her seat beside Arad.

They wanted to resume the meeting as if nothing happened, but that was clearly impossible after what had just happened. "We should... no, let’s just rest for a bit." Arad looked toward Cerilla and she nodded.

"You’re right." She clapped her hands, and ten angels appeared out of nowhere with trays of tea and water. "Serve everyone." Cerilla ordered the angels, and they started floating around, giving tea and water to all of the elves.

The first to rest enough to talk normally was Li, and she threw a look toward Arad. "Since we got time, there is something I wanted to talk with you about."

"What is it?" Arad blinked, and she looked away with a sky face. "Father wanted to invite you to our castle for political discussions." She started playing with her fingers. "Things like building trade routes and using the empire as a middleman between the wood elves and the rest of the world."

Isdis looked at her. "That means not just Arad is invited, but me and Roberta as well." While Arad was the emperor, he barely handled any important work since he just didn’t have the skill or time to learn. Isdis handles most of the empire’s politics, and Roberta is the one responsible for finances.

"Roberta..." Li gulped. There were very few women here in the quarter who scared as many people as Roberta did. She is the one controlling Arad’s hoard and the empire’s treasury, and the one everyone has to beg for money when they want to buy something that’s too expensive or unreasonable.

"I made several mistakes in a financial report, and she almost skinned me alive for it." She shivered remembering herself begging, and Roberta just glaring at her like the reaper.

"Don’t worry..." Isdis also had gotten her ass chewed by Roberta several times, especially since they sleep in the same quarter. "She is our best..." Isdis then started thinking. If they are bringing Roberta with them, then why won’t they bring her horrifying counterpart as well?

"Let’s bring Sara with us as well. I’m certain she can find a use for whatever criminal underworld you have." Isdis clapped her hands, and everyone stared at her. Sara... the woman behind every criminal organization and illegal trade in the empire, one of the emperors’ wives, giving the imperial court direct control over crime.

There are tens of thousands of criminals across the empire doing their best to hide from the authorities and conduct their evil schemes, not knowing that their every single move is being watched and monitored, that their nebulous, big, bad, evil lord that’s moving everything from the shadows is Sara, one of the empire’s queens.

Forget Arad himself. Some of his wives were absolute nightmare fuel, villains worthy of being wanted worldwide just for the sheer absurd scale of their power and influence. Just look at Eris, a Goddess of Murder! Killing people unjustly is her bread and butter.

Arad nodded. "I’ll come with Jasmine, D, Cerilla, Dalla, Isdis, Roberta, and Sara." He smiled. "Jasmine and Cerilla are coming to solidify the relationship between the whole of the elvish kind. Isdis will handle politics. Roberta handles finances, and Sara will check to see if there are criminal organizations to take care of."

Isdis looked at him. "And you’ll oversee everything."

"What else do you expect him to do? It’s not like Li’s kingdom needs to be blown off." Jasmine waved her hand, and Cerilla nodded. "That tree got uprooted and the abominations cleared." She then blinked, "By the way, how are the Moon Elves doing inside your inner world?"

Arad smiled. "They built a nice village and now worship Plum, the unborn tree of time, and Lunara. I visited them a few days ago, and they are doing extremely well." Arad was surprised at how quickly they managed to build a whole village, but was glad that they could stabilize themselves and live in peace.

"Do you think we should establish a diplomatic relationship with them? They are the only elvish race that’s mainly based in your inner world." As Jasmine asked, Noel spoke up. "I think we should do that. There are many among the Wood Elves who have mixed blood with them, and there are a few Moon Elves living there as well.

Arad closed his eyes for a second. "That’s true." Then, with a single move of his hand, a black portal appeared in the middle of the room. From that portal, a Moon Elf walked in, knelt in front of him, and kissed his feet. "My Lord, I’m at your service."

Arad smiled, asked her to stand up, and inspected her face for a second. Satisfied, he looked at everyone. "Former Moon Elf general, and now the chieftain of their budding village, Ashley Moondew. I now declare her the Moon Elves’ High Queen."

That was expected news to everyone, except the woman herself. She froze, gasped for air, and looked at him with a confused face. The Moon Elves were no more. Their kingdom had long since collapsed, and it was literally impossible to recognize a few hundred as a kingdom.

"Me? High Queen?"
