The oldest of the archons knew that he probably shouldn’t be standing around. He was really powerful and could burn multiple worlds to ash, yet his flames had nothing to do when space itself was working against them.

Kossuth herself might be able to do something about Arad, but her angels were all out of options to deal with creatures like Arad. Besides all of that, just the fact that Arad’s power could dominate half of Kossuth’s throne only meant that he was just as willful as her. But even if Arad was that insane, the old archon knew for a fact that Kossuth might be even more absurd and horrifying.

Kossuth was unlike all other dragons; a pure red drakaina of white scales that she gained years into her divinity, burning divine flames, and with enough crushing presence to even push back against Arad’s will over space. Out of all the dragons across history before the original dragon Asgorath, she might be the most impressive one.

At the start of her life, she was just another red drakaina living her life and had chosen to live as a peaceful housewife with her husband, who was a powerful black dragon and a master of acid magic. She was never known for violence, and many dragons considered her just another weak drakaina who never achieved much. But to her, she only cared about raising her two daughters, Zaleria and Morena.

That peace only lasted until the Chromatic Dragon King at the time saw and wanted to take her as one of his wives, having for some reason thought she was more powerful than she let on. Countless scholars argue about the facts since this part of history was covered up by the dragons, but some say that after she refused the dragon king’s approval, he killed her husband and tried to forcefully take her in, while some say that her husband gave up and gave her away.

In both situations, Kossuth still refused the dragon king, and when he came to drag her out, he received the worst beating of his entire life. He was the strongest dragon at the time, having the combined power of all the chromatic colors and a vast sea of mana on top of Tiamat’s blessing, yet she beat him to an inch of his life.

If the Dragon King at the time was an endless forest of majestic trees, Kossuth was a pitiful match that turned into a devastating wildfire and swallowed the entire forest. It didn’t matter what the King threw at her; she burned it all to the ground and even revealed that she was a master of acid magic that she learned from her husband to teach her daughter Morena when he was away.

But Kossuth’s victory didn’t last long, since the King was blessed by Tiamat at the time, and due to her disobedience to his rule, Tiamat cursed both of Kossuth’s daughters to forever be at each other’s throats and fight to the death. With her husband gone, and her two daughters she treasured so much forced to fight each other for all of eternity, Kossuth snapped.

That was the decision that doomed the Tiamat of the time, as just a few years later, Kossuth had managed to find her way into hell and violently murdered the Chromatic Dragon Goddess with her own claws as a mortal, and that feat forced her to ascend into divinity.

If Arad was a furious dad, then Kossuth was an angry mom. Kossuth could tell at a glance. Arad wasn’t rampaging for his children as she did in the past, but was instead furious because she almost harmed his wives.

"Not really, I’m more reasonable than my daughter Zaleria, so I had to pull you here before you got to her." Kossuth moved and stood up. "So what do you say, Arad Orion? Want to talk, or wrestle a bit?"

Almost immediately, Arad could sense her shutting off her divine portfolio. She didn’t want to face him as a goddess, but as a mortal drakaina, and he knew the reason for that. She probably knows that he is AO and that he will be able to cripple her divine powers... but is she really confident that she can take him on as a mortal? No, that was a stupid question. Is Arad confident that he can fight her even while going all out?

With both fully aware of each other’s ridiculous power and undying willpower, they approached each other, and each step caused the entire throne room to crack. Even though Kossuth was far bigger than Arad, due to the shattered space, Arad looked far bigger as his image engulfed the entire half of the throne room that his void dominated.

At the edge where their powers clashed, the fabric of space, shattered by Arad’s will, got filled with flames and forcefully welded back together, only for time to reverse everything back to its shattered form and the fire to come once more to fix it.

Arad couldn’t tell whether the flames were hot enough to melt space or if it was Kossuth’s will over this space that was doing that, but it didn’t matter either way. He was concerned about another thing. He was letting his beauty go unchecked, yet Kossuth still stared directly at him without even flinching.

"Are you wondering why your beauty isn’t working on me?" She giggled. "Let’s say getting to love and know Amaterasu’s body on countless occasions gave me a bit of resistance. I can look past the information overload and just reduce them to manageable visuals."

"You still didn’t answer my question. I was going to see my wife. Are you saying that you were that worried about your daughter meeting me?" He moved, and the area his space dominated grew even bigger. "Then I guess I’ll have her answer my questions after I’m done with you here."

Kossuth laughed. "If you think you can have your way with Zaleria, then go ahead and try. She’ll be the one having her way with you." She then moved forward, pushing back the space that Arad dominated.

The two instantly charged at each other, and the old archon flew away as far as he could, to the corner of the throne room, and watched in horror as Arad and Kossuth locked claws and let their powers burn each other.

At that moment, the throne’s wall shattered, and Eris flew in. "Both of you! Stop it!" She landed on their heads and tried her best to get them apart. Her plasma wasn’t hot enough to endure Kossuth’s flames, and she wasn’t anywhere near powerful enough to push Arad around. If the two didn’t back away the moment she showed up, they would’ve minced her between them.
