The Economics of Prophecy

Eleven stories: The second half of the main battle begins

"Oh, I found it."

In the carriage running down the street, two light points glowed in Fulsey's crystal.

"Right here..."

Noel placed two red pawns on the map. Two vanishing carriages were found in the middle of the qualifying round. Just in the shadows of the woods along the street. After Craig's three cars pass by, it looks like the delayed Kenwell carriage is isolated. Actually, I just missed the breaks for meals and maintenance.

The current location is just past the first checkpoint for the main election, that is, the streets from Bertoldo to Wangdu. The second checkpoint is the least visible.

"There's no twist."

"Well, you don't think it looks round because of that license plate, do you?"

Noel said as he placed a pawn on the map representing the carriage.

"Young people don't do much good."

"You have no choice. I have zero qualities. Once you're done, your role will change."

"Fine. Driving young is dangerous. Focus more wickedly than you."

"Well, you could say that."

Noel laughed.

"That's terrible."

"The right material is the right one. In the first place, on a day when you even had magical qualities... It's moving."

Noel moved the pawn on the map onto the street.

By the way, two of the carriage guild's qualifying passing sets are obviously impossible to follow behind Kenwell. You're about to refuse the exit.

"This is the one who's gonna pinch him."

I sent a signal outside the carriage. It's a light signal using a mirror. The light returns from the forest ahead. Now the Knights move. I say nothing and watch Fulsey and Noel observe. A red carriage, meaning enemy, approaches Kenwell's blue carriage.

The red pawn suddenly stopped. I guess it was supplemented by the Knights horseback squad as a suspicious carriage. Uncle Adele, who is supposed to be escorting the Knights' heavy forces, is active.

The light point blinked twice and went away. It's a signal of success in eliminating the enemy. Apparently, he even had a weapon available.

"What are you gonna do with the two cars back there?"

"Let it run as it is. Wouldn't it be nice to know the difference between us and the guild? As a sample, two cars is enough. And..."

"How about another enemy?"

Unlike earlier, our enemies won't show up on the radar.

The First Knights don't move as planned.

Claudia said I came to contact you. The First Knights are caught halfway between Craig's improved carriage and the old carriage. I mean, second place. It's second place over third place, unlimited analogy. And the Warcraft Knights are first and third. In other words, if we keep this up, the First Knights vs. the Warcraft Knights will draw on average second place.

Of course, over there, I guess he was going to use a new carriage to beat Craig. but you already know you can't catch up with the results of the qualifying round. It would be treason to set up an extraordinary means on a carriage led by a prince.

On the other hand, there is nothing wrong with this situation for this purpose. All you have to do is show that the Warcraft Knights can run around the country faster than usual.

Warcraft Knights may seem farcical to each other, but with the First Knights in second place, they are more than credible enough.

For us, if Craig scores the lead, the carriage's publicity and the trade fair's boom are impeccable. I don't mind claiming later that the First Knights were a draw at all.

This one accomplishes its purpose, and all you have to do is keep face to face there. In a conservative way, it's no more of a form of victory.

"I don't know about Bertoldo."

I said. As I said before, at a time when the enemy is determined to use extraordinary means, it is already completely in this territory. What bills can we get over there in Bertoldo?

It is decided. It's that Chamber of Commerce under the Carriage Guild Leader umbrella. And the bill has already been marked by the Grand Duchess human before he left Bertoldo. By now, the butler's grandfather's lightweight knight should be chasing him.

"You're clear."

I looked out the window. They were different from the sinners they were taking. The number is six. You resisted, some people are injured. Soldiers and knights of the Grand Duke surround it.

"Do you mean Pegatta's husband was stuck?"

said Dolph, who looked terrified out of the carriage. Among those captured was a man with a scratch on his cheek. He's threatened Dolph before. He has a relieved face.

It's a big blow over there at this point. The people in this hand are hard to replace. Moreover, if it is the arrest of the current offender, the background can also be questioned.

"With the current relaxation? What are we gonna do with the carriage we just caught?

"It's a story in the Grand Duke. Take me to Bertoldo."

"That's why we got the new carriage over there."

Remi said.

"Oh, when I get back to Bertoldo, reverse engineering, please"

I told the two artisans. They both shake their necks.

"Break it down, do a thorough research, steal the technology."

"Oh, yeah, of course. I mean, we'd like to do that now."

Dolph looked at Bertoldo. Learn from it until Bogan.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Well, I cleaned up every mess nicely. Later..."

"This is crazy."

Fulsey blocked me from taking a breather. One glowing point appeared in the hand of the wise man.

"Not that carriage. Suddenly, it emitted magic."

"Is that carriage, the guild leader? Instead, they must have blocked the magic."

I saw the map. My buddy's raid emptied out and he was behind two carriages that would leave Kenwell, but he's already outrun those two. Quite fast.

I saw the map. I've already passed the third checkpoint. All you have to do is arrive in the King's Capital. Something we can catch up from here? Assault with a rash?

No way. Kenwell's carriage is right back behind Craig. You can't give me a hand.

"Oh, what, wise man? What is this?"

"What the hell?"

There's something wrong with Noel's path to the red pawn moving over the map. I saw Fulsey staring at the crystal.

"Definitely. Running in the woods. What kind of magic are you using? Is that an enhancement to the carriage?

"If you don't, Kenwell will be pulled out. Even the Knights."

"You mean lose. Then our workshop..."

"I don't know about witchcraft, but can witchcraft alone run the roadless path"

The inside of the carriage became noisy. Each person began to say something separate to the sudden. I'm confused. What's the problem, business, rank, I mean honor, or the ability of that carriage?

I look for confusing headlines.

Of course it's all connected. That carriage's performance involves ranking, ranking involves business.

"You're using magic, so you're not a disobedient loser?

"No, that's the Knights' rule"

It is only the Knights carriage that prohibits the use of witchcraft. Because there's no way a merchant can use that stuff. But I got my cool back with Noel's words. Using magic to win doesn't make sense in selling carriages in the kingdom.

"I have no problem with the workshop. You can't sell performance in the kingdom without magic."

Assuming the empire sells that carriage to the kingdom. I mean, suppose you're thinking about exporting.

Impossible, the Empire is narrowing down the export of Demonic Crystals. Conflict. If one or two of them were to operate as an army anyway, even the Knights wouldn't be able to use it.

In the first place, if that's the purpose, there's no reason I've ever hidden my performance.

"Well, that's right. It's our improved carriage. We can treat everyone the same way we've always done."

Of course, it hurts to lose the appeal of winning the race. But it's not fatal. There are also schemes to appeal at trade fairs.

"I did something to block the magic first, and now this path isn't just a shortcut."

"I obviously don't want to be seen."

"Right. Besides, if you use Demonic Crystals, obtaining them becomes a problem. How do carriage merchants get it?

"In an empire with lots of mountains, I've heard stories of carriages for it"

Remi said from your stand. Is it still an empire? I'm pretty sure the carriage guild and the second prince valve are connected via Kurtheit.

"It's just that if it was, I'd at least have to set it up a little faster."

I felt like I was halfway through enemy action.

"Bertoldo called."

Remi pointed backwards. I can see the reflection of the mirror light.

"Just when the other side moved, he said a fast horse came in contact from Wang Du"

Remi said. I got a message from the butler's grandfather.

"You mean you've got a situation where you can't think of anything."

"For a carriage guild, it makes sense to get first place, even if it doesn't sell. Even for the Second Prince Valve, the goal is to crush the face of the Third Prince."

"Don't we have a match? What are the benefits of empire in the first place?"

Even this information, which is to increase the carriage's simple performance by 40 percent, has enough military impact. I'm just deciding that it's more profitable to release them as civilian than to keep them as military secrets.

Even if the information leaks to the Empire, it acts rather as a deterrent. Maintain the western region's desire for kingdom. There is also the judgment of Craig and the Grand Duke.

What's over there? Isn't it information to hide that you have technology like this off-road car?

"Isn't that one rock over there? On the Wang Du side, the situation of the Second Prince Faction took precedence."

"But..."

I'm not convinced.

"Normal people care more than you do.... you remember how I behaved when I first met you."

Noel said.

"... you're simply familiar with me"

"Well, that happens, but that's not all. And what are we gonna do anyway?"

Noel turned away. My ears are red. Did you cut the trump card whether it was a second prince valve, a carriage guild or at least just a face?

If you're an empire, then no. Don't you think we're watching you? You wouldn't know about this radar though.

"Then do the most obnoxious thing? I'll be more aggressive in uncovering information about that carriage."

I made up my mind.

"Okay, though. You mean give up the race?

Noel said remorsefully. I shake my head.

"No, not necessarily. Anyway, I'm a fighter."

"Then replace the antenna"

After I explained what I would do, I told Fulsey.

"This consumes a lot of magic crystals. I mean, it's not what I use for this purpose."

While complaining, Fulsey worked with Noel to replace the antenna that was at the heart of Gimball.

Okay, here we go.

"Please be as weak as you can at first."

"I get it. I can't help but find this one."

By analogy to a submarine, the passive sonar I've been using. I was just listening to the magic that was emitting over there. What I'm going to use is Active Sonar. It also emits magic from this one to measure the returned magic. It was originally prepared to increase the sensitivity of the measurement.

In short, let them know they're being seen by magic from somewhere.

"It stopped."

"Okay, then stop this one, too. I knew you had some kind of device over there."

One of the information, the other side has a radar-like object, just like this one. However…….

"Will this position be noticed?

"No, I think it's okay that the other one stopped"

Not precise enough while driving. At least he doesn't seem to have enough radar to sense while running the bad road.

Even though this one is a flat road and beyond is in the woods. I can't wait if the measuring device that I added to Fulsey and Noel up to my modern knowledge loses so easily.

"If they move, repeat the same thing."

"I've changed course. Until we get back down the street, we're gonna have a lot of L.A."

My maneuver is to investigate the enemy's performance in such a way that it wastes time and magic.

In fact, the magic emitted by enemy carriages diminishes. Are we not supposed to know, or are we beginning to have magic?

Still it's amazing how little speed you slow down. This is definitely not just magic.
