Chapter 2690: Used to Escaping, Escape Once More!
Vaelor Boyd was numb!
Fiery Fire Formation!
He was trapped in the Fiery Fire Formation once again!
The shadow that already existed in Vaelor Boyd’s heart instantly magnified, plunging him into deep regret.
Why did he let his guard down, why didn’t he search for Carson Flores from above, why did he follow to charge into the mountains?
He had been trapped by a formation once before, nearly dying within it, why hadn’t he learned his lesson?
Endless flames instantly trapped all the tribe contestants who had charged into the mountains, only two or three people escaped misfortune because they were slower and didn’t step into the formation in time.
Just as they saw the sweeping flames before them and relief floated in their minds, over a dozen figures suddenly charged out from behind the nearby mountains, and as soon as they appeared, magical treasures came crashing down towards them.
Helios James was excited, eyes shining, and waved a big hand: "The prey is trapped, proceed according to plan!"
Inside the formation, Rulbert emanated a bloody light from his body, forcibly pushing back the approaching flames, and shouted sternly: "Charge out!"
As Rulbert’s voice sounded, the screams of the tribe’s disciples echoed from the formation.
Rulbert was a Peak Great Land Supreme Immortal, and under this terrifying Phoenix Fire, he could still hold out for a moment, but not everyone in the squad of over twenty people was a Peak Great Land Supreme Immortal. The Lower Grade Land Immortals, who were less powerful, were the first to suffer, wrapped in the Phoenix Fire, inching towards death.
The Barbarian Clan Disciples, wrapped in flame and desperate, charged towards the formation’s edge, but before they could break through, magical treasures came crashing down in front of them.
The Barbarian Clan Disciples, already of low strength, barely reached the edge of the formation, hoping to break out, but the sudden attack from outside crushed their last hope of survival.
Several Barbarian Clan Disciples fell back into the flames again, their bodies gradually losing their ability to struggle, inch by inch burned into ashes.
Seeing this, Rulbert was nearly insane.
He had planned for a long time, finally gathering everyone, ready to hunt the Demon Race contestants, but in a blink of an eye, they had become the prey!
The consecutive deaths of Black Stone Tribe disciples caused him immense heartache and self-blame.
He shouted furiously, summoning an umbrella that flew up, scattering beams of green light, while he yelled, "Come close to me!"
Several nearby disciples quickly charged through the flames towards him, on the verge of reaching the light of the Green Umbrella, a thin line of fire, like a laser, sliced through the sky of flames.
Two flying Barbarian Warriors suddenly split from the waist, becoming four neat segments, spraying blood which instantly vaporized into a bloody mist, dissipating in the air.
Vaelor Boyd’s pupils suddenly contracted, the familiar scene making him feel as if he had returned to previous scenes of death.
"He’s here! He’s here!"
Vaelor Boyd shouted, his voice filled with uncontrollable fear.
Carson Flores’s figure didn’t approach Vaelor Boyd, but instead charged towards those other Barbarian Clan Disciples who were still struggling.
Carson Flores vanished into the endless flames, becoming one with the sea of fire.
Fire Escape!
He chased after the Phoenix Fire Spirit, joining forces to attack those unlucky ones trapped in the Eight Desolation Fire Spirit Formation.
The Phoenix Fire Spirit seemed invincible within the Eight Desolation Fire Spirit Formation, with flames sweeping and burning everything.
Even though the opponents relied on magical treasures to hold out, they couldn’t withstand Carson Flores lurking in the dark, who always appeared suddenly in front of them. A close-range strike with the True Solar Fire was unavoidable.
Even if Carson Flores’s surprise attack didn’t kill them, with their defenses shattered, they couldn’t escape death.
Carson Flores was like a grim reaper wandering through the flames, bringing death wherever he went.
This was also thanks to Lorvric Stein and other Thunder Marsh Sect contestants, who quickly eliminated the two or three people not caught in the formation, then stood guard to block any escape routes.
In the center of the formation, Vaelor Boyd listened to the screams and sensed the suddenly disappearing presences, engulfed in sadness and panic.
It was over!
The entire Black Stone Tribe squad was finished!
Except for the four or five who managed to get close and were temporarily protected by Rulbert’s magical treasure, the rest probably wouldn’t survive!
Everyone was like mice in a bellows, desperate to escape but with nowhere to run!
Vaelor Boyd instinctively took out the Skull Head used for escape, slicing open his palm to press his bloody hand onto it.
Rulbert turned his head and shouted angrily: "What are you doing?"
Vaelor Boyd said decisively: "I’m getting us out. If we don’t escape, we’re all going to die here!"
Rulbert roared, "I’m not going, I’m going to save my clansmen, I’ll kill him!"
Vaelor Boyd suddenly burst into anger, shouting: "Wake up, they’re all dead, if we don’t leave, we’ll die too!"
