Zawa, and the upset passes to the square.

I took my steps to the stage so that I wouldn't be fast paced, creating a face and voice that looked as majestic as I could.

"The Qualdenze family is a man, Wilk."

Like Viscount Galliana and his grandfather, he uses the magic of diffusing his voice to echo my voice throughout the square.

The man of the Qualdenze family is likely to be the next man in charge. The citizens seemed to know the extent of it, and they quietly waited for it to continue.

"As I have just been introduced, I executed a rebel who was in a tavern in Nambonan"

I can still hear such whispering voices everywhere about whether the rumors were true.

"It should be noted that the citizens of Nambonan were foolish beings who could not understand the power of Quordenze. I thought we should destroy the city of Nambonan."

I cried when the citizens who heard my words were outraged by the abuse of unthinkable rebels and furthered the Quordenze man more than that.

The whole square is covered with heavy, dark air.

"But I have a citizen who told me courageously that it was a mistake.... Come!

Don't look behind you, just wave.

Anna, who came from behind the partition cloth in the same tavern uniform as usual, appeared and stood diagonally behind me on foot so that I could take every step of the way.

It seems that citizens watching the stage from a distance from wearing a tavern uniform soon found out who it was, and her name was whispered everywhere.

"A, it's Anna!

With a little stiffness, Anna went on to introduce herself and talk about being a waitress in a liquor store in the city, etc.

Because of the lack of entertainment in this world, the liquor store is visited by many men and women alike. Chatting while drinking is one of the most valuable entertainments.

Having worked in that liquor store for twenty years, she still seemed to have a wide face for the citizens, who looked as if they were relieved that the faces they saw were on stage.

Watching Anna follow and spin her words nervously, the story finally moved on to the truth of the rumors.

The truth of the rumor story is quite unfortunate that it doesn't make any story of a nobleman who suffered from the Ona ban getting excited about his waitress uniform and becoming a rapist, but such facts cover up and affirm more rumor stories flowing through the city.

Viscount Galliana also said citizens seek drama. I'm better off there, too.

"I heard from Anna the history of the struggle of the people of Nambonan"

So I told the citizen the numbonan success story Anna told me.

I was sneaking around to practice my speech last night, and it was nice to be able to talk to you without particularly holding onto it.

Citizens were once told the details of their history from my mouth, or struck and trembled with emotion.

The intrusion is noble, you wouldn't seriously try to find out about the city of Nambonan anyway... you must have thought so.

Too bad. My hobby was collecting stories about historical relationships.

"I advanced to my father, the Marquis of Qualdenze, that it was a spare city to destroy the city of Nambonan as it was"

As I was so impressed, whoa, and cheers.

It should be noted that there are no such facts in practice.

A number of plans exist after the Nambonan repression, and the maintenance of the Council and the setting up of a higher body are just one of them. It's a prescriptive scenario, so to speak.

But citizens don't need to know that. Let the Marquis mistake it for a wonderful aristocratic son who sues directly in an attempt to maintain his civil affairs.

I hold my palms up and down to calm the uplifting citizens' feelings.

"But my father said. Citizens who have chosen a council that has fanned to Qualdenze, or who plan a rebellion after repression, are doubtful that they can be trusted. I take that idea for granted, too."

Citizens push silence as if they were watered cold.

Sometimes I heard a sad scream from a distance that I wouldn't rebel, believe me.

"So I asked Viscount Galliana, who is familiar with the city of Nambonan, for advice"

I gave Viscount Galliana the lead on the story.

It is progressing as planned. This is because of my decision that it's better not to tell.

I told him a story that Viscount Galliana had not actually been consulted by me, and I said first that there was a problem with the way the Council was.

The ten members of the Nambonan Council are equal, with no particular chairman, etc.

It seems that placing one human at the top was not liked by the citizens to be reminiscent of the aristocratic lords who once abandoned their citizens.

But in the end, because of that equality, Nambonan made a halfway decision, which resulted in an easy fall.

Viscount Galliana explained that side-by-side organizations without strong leaders may be good when they have time or during normal times, but they are brittle in cases like this one, so that citizens can easily understand and include them.

"Nambonan needs strong and empowered leaders"

Viscount Galliana concludes that, yes, yes, there is a match.

They are Sakura.

The Sacramento force, distracted by the citizens, leaks dissatisfaction with the Council's indecisive response, screaming that it needs a leader to rely on.

Of course the Qualdenze family soldier connected behind it or the city guard won't stop it.

Gradually, more citizens began to speak up than the number of Sacramento troops.

"Leaders who know the history of Nambonan, show understanding of citizen autonomy and are credited to Quordenze"

So Viscount Galliana takes a breath.

For a moment, a strange silence surrounds the square.

And they paid attention to me standing at the center of the stage. I can see countless eyeballs are right for me.

"I only have one person on my mind"

Shin, the sound disappeared, as if time had stopped.

The citizens await Viscount Galliana's answer as to who that leader is.

"Ask the citizens of Nambonan. Nambonan's representative… who is worthy of the mayor"

But Viscount Galliana does not give the name.

"It's Master Wilk!

"No one but Master Wilk!

I don't know if it's a Sacramento unit or just a citizen, but I got a voice out here as planned.

And the voice gradually grows louder and spreads throughout the square.

Anna kept her neck shut and stood up to the high volume of citizen voices. Cute looking puffy and trembling.

My name is screamed and I'm called in with the mayor.

Somehow, a swordfish chick came up behind her brain asking for food from her parent bird.

Maybe they are like chicks with their mouths open for food of peace of mind.

I turn my palm to heaven and slowly grate.

That's all the citizens shut their mouths and clear their ears.

I opened my mouth slowly, as I spoke forcefully and to the citizens.

"I will respond to citizens' requests and promise to become Mayor of Nambonan"

The surroundings were enveloped with cheers, full of applause and cheer and joy.

The citizen spreads a joyfully stained smile and raises his hand high to applaud even without thinking about the pain in his palm.

Thus, on this day, the democracy of Nambonan died. In the applause of 10,000 lightning.

"No, you're done brilliantly. Citizens often say that the more they count, the less judgmental they become."

At the end of the surrender public meeting, we had a reflection in the tent of Viscount Galliana.

Sometimes everything went as planned, and Viscount Galliana smiled like a mole.

"After all, you don't know what's different from rule by nobility"

The authority of Mayor Nambonan is powerful.

It has the power to do anything, like the Delegation of Plenipotentiaries Act. Clearly, it is a cheat position.

Moreover, the mayor of Nambonan can only take office as a member of the Qualdenze family.

What the hell was democracy?

"It's a different matter of whether or not you exercise your rights. Doesn't performing daring to leave it to residents make you popular as a mayor who understands citizens?

"I see."

Nambonan was originally semi-independent, so it would be enough to just keep an eye on him so he doesn't go in a weird direction for now.

Civilians coming out of Qualdenze will organize a new City Hall to monitor and oversee the Nambonan Council, so it's about confirmation of what I'm going to do.

Although Nambonan does not extend to Newnelly in the current Qualdenze territory, it is not a bad idea to visit the inspection a little bit, as it has developed to the point of being in the top three.

Viscount Galliana sat deeply in the chair just saying she was finally done with her work and took a goblet with booze in her hand.

"Whatever, as a numbonan, you've come to the best end"

"Really?

It doesn't seem like much of an end, but it seems pretty good when compared to the post-oppression plan first worked out by Viscount Galliana and his father Marquis Qualdenze.

"I've always felt that Lord Wilk is well understood as a civic politics thing"

Since he is formerly Japanese, his spiritual base is still civilian. Though it is being demonized by the aristocratic side.

Apparently, the development of new products and the taking up of business talks, and what I think but talk about the Municipality of Nambonan, made Viscount Galliana think I was a civilian favorite.

I do like civilians. You can forgive me if I force you to.

"Conveniently absorbed by the territory of Quordenze with little change in life, the city is now protected by the ever-victorious General Garfis, the next Lord Wilk of the Marquis of Quordenze, who understands the autonomy of the inhabitants, takes office as mayor, and the citizens are sincerely pleased with it. Where do you complain?

"When they say that, there's nothing."

"Initially, the plan was to take away all of the citizens after the repression. Take away from those who possess wealth, and those who have hands and feet fall into slavery and into the labour force. Cities with only civilians, they say nothing about slaughtering everyone."

"Well, as Viscount Galliana said, it's the best ending"

At least I'm not going to burn down the city unless I have a rare thing to do, and as a dictator, I'm not planning on busting into it as I please in Nambonan.

If you do bad things and crumble Nambonan, you may be stripped of your next Marquis status only by your father, who conceives of building a fortress in the area.

"Even so. Wasn't it good for Lord Wilk, too? It will be a good experience in territorial management, a proven track record. And..."

"And?"

So Viscount Galliana snapped his beard and throat and broke his face.

That's all for serious talk, it was just a tone of voice.

"You're gonna enjoy this evening."

"Ha."

You're talking about Anna, I laughed and deceived.

On the way home from the presentation, I couldn't stand to see Anna on fire with excitement, and I can't tell you how much I had done with my tail and four shots at her house as it was.
