Chapter 364: Water Domination
Lyssandra froze but Alexander suddenly felt a heavy strain burdening his mind. He could feel both Lyssandra’s and Vanya’s consciousnesses fiercely fighting to break free. Vanya had seized the moment of the mental link to launch a counterattack that nearly succeeded.
Seems like this is my current limit, shit, thought Alexander with frustration. I wanted to enslave all of them, but looks like there won’t be a way without overloading myself.
Alexander could feel the mayor’s spirit power rebelling violently; it was infinitely stronger than Vanya’s.
"As expected of a mayor..." said Alexander through gritted teeth.

"Well, I don’t have time for this," said Alexander under his breath. "Bend over, there’s not much time today."
Under the trance’s influence, Lyssandra bent forward over her own desk. Alexander pulled up the skirt of her elegant mayor’s outfit, revealing seductive lace panties underneath.
"Too sexy for a mayor... Guess you’re a real slut," said Alexander with a wicked smirk.
Without wasting a second, Alexander thrust into her with force. At the exact moment of penetration, his system reacted.

The seal was fully reinforced. Alexander adjusted his clothes while looking down at the woman’s limp body.
"Double Water Dragon?" said Alexander to himself, weighing the name of the new power. "Sounds pretty powerful. For a mayor, I guess her skill should be at least gold rank, right?"
With Lyssandra passed out, getting the permit the conventional way was going to be tricky. Alexander evaluated the situation for a second and decided to stage the scene in his favor. Without a second thought, he swept his arm across the desk, sending all the documents, pens, and seals crashing to the floor. He then stripped the mayor of all her clothes and placed her on her back atop the wooden desk, leaving her body exposed.
"Alright, that works," said Alexander with a satisfied grin.
He walked over to the main armchair, settled in comfortably, and called out to the guard waiting outside.
As the door opened, the officer froze dead in her tracks. She saw Lyssandra lying limp atop the desk, fluid still dripping from between her thighs, and then shifted her gaze toward Alexander, who was lounging back in absolute composure.
"What... what happened here?" said the guard, her hand trembling against the hilt of her sword.
"Is an explanation really necessary?" said Alexander, crossing his legs elegantly. "I simply fulfilled my end of the deal. Now the entire street behind my bar belongs to me... A fairly reasonable price, don’t you think?"
Before crossing the office threshold, Alexander leaned over the unconscious mayor and brushed her lips with his breath.
"When you wake up, find me," said Alexander into Lyssandra’s ear in a whisper heavy with authority.
He stepped out of the office with a steady stride and walked toward the outer courtyard, where his entourage of female adventurers and the entrance guards waited in tense silence. Seeing him emerge alone and unbothered, the guards approached him inquiringly away.
"What happened in there?" said one of the guards, barring his path. "Where is the mayor?"
"Now the entire street behind my bar belongs to me. Lyssandra said you girls would handle clearing it out yourselves, so I expect you to do it quickly. In fact, let’s head over away," Said Alexander with a confident smirk, walking past her without slowing down. "Go check on the mayor if you don’t believe me"
The guards stood dumbfounded by his sheer audacity, but after exchanging hesitant glances and witnessing the absolute certainty in his voice, one of them rushed inside to check the situation while the rest had no choice but to follow him.
The guard who rushed into the office found Lyssandra lying nude on the desk, deep in a heavy trance. With trembling hands, she dressed her in a hurry, carried her to the sofa, and sprinted out after the group. She caught up with Alexander just as he reached the residential area behind his bar, where he was patiently waiting alongside his adventurers.
"Did you bring the document?" said Alexander, looking her up and down.
"The... the mayor is unconscious," said the guard, trying to catch her breath.
"Of course she’s unconscious," said Alexander, interrupting her with a mocking smirk. "I did my job exceptionally well so she wouldn’t wake up for a few hours. And I’m not stingy; you girls could also get a pretty good deal if you please me properly."
The guard flushed bright red, unable to erase the image of her superior exposed and dripping on top of the paperwork. She swallowed hard, glanced at her fellow guards, and gave a subtle nod, signaling that everything was legit and they shouldn’t intervene.
"Alright..." said the guard, attempting to regain her composure. "Even so, it’s already night time. Doesn’t it seem a bit too cruel to evict the people living here at this hour?"
"I did my homework before kicking them out," said Alexander, pointing toward the grand structures lining the street. "This entire block belongs to a single family and all these houses are empty. A couple of years ago they were up for sale, but ever since my former companions arrived, they decided to pull them off the market to jack up the prices. Case in point, their value from then to now has inflated fiftyfold. So you can imagine why I decided to use slightly more aggressive measures against these people."
Alexander knew all of this because it was detailed in the former Old Zero’s plans. He wasn’t sure if it had just been a facade orchestrated by Vanya or if the original Old Zero had mapped it out himself, but he intended to take full advantage of the play to seize the entire sector regardless.
