The rise of the pervert primordial

Black shadow wasn’t the only one who felt as if his ass was on fire right now, let’s go back a few moments ago to the time when the black shadow arrived at the residence of the red cloud administrator, but at a different place, namely the area high into the sky where the supervisors had their meeting before, said supervisors were calmly hanging around since they had finished their preparations for the second week.

"In other words, we need them to thin their numbers, which is why the number of fights was increased while the time to rest was decreased, not to mention the little "surprises" we have in store for them", added another supervisor who wasn’t present during the previous meeting, one with a yellow net as his avatar.

"Speaking of problems, have you found out anything about that purple flag guy from before?", asked the orange mirror supervisor who was also present during the previous meeting.

"Oh, you mean that guy who said we were all going to die, I’m also curious about it, since nothing happened", added the pink harpoon female supervisor.

"I told you, that purple flag guy was just messing with us, even if Blue Sky is strong, the primary rules stablish that we can’t kill each other, but they don’t obligate us to babysit the participants, how do we evaluate them is supposed to be up to our "interpretation" anyway", mockingly said the yellow pond supervisor who was mocking red cloud in the previous meeting.

"S-Still, whether that is the case or not, the eastern zone where we are stationed is supposed to be under Blue Sky’s control, it’s just that Blue Sky came out of isolation last but...", the blue tree who clearly was afraid of the blue flaming board, was interrupted by the green boulder supervisor.

"Agh shut up already Blue Tree, it’s already giving me a headache to look out after Black Shadow’s camps alongside mine while also making the adjustments for the extra fights, only to come here and listen to your complains instead of resting, if you were so afraid, you should have wagged your tail and did as you knew it would be to up to Blue Sky’s liking like White Dove and Gray Boat who refused to do more than cooperating with what they were obligated to, but you wanted the benefits of siding with us, so deal with it", those two were other supervisors but they weren’t present neither at the previous meeting nor now.

"Learn from Rock Shield, he is also wary of Blue Sky but knows how to adapt to the situation and is not cowering, on the outside at least", added the yellow pond with a mocking voice to which the brown shield supervisor shook his head.

Amusingly enough, as if to slap both the green boulder and the yellow pond supervisors, blue flame portals suddenly appeared on the isolated space which was used for the meeting, one portal per each supervisor currently present.

"This is why I told you to not actively provoke Blue Sky", managed to say the brown shield supervisor before he was dragged into one of the portals.

’I have to let Black Shadow know that we are being targeted’, thought the green boulder to then realize that... he couldn’t communicate with let alone black shadow but any other supervisor.

"Blue Sky!", shouted the green boulder as he was also forcefully dragged into a blue flame portal, the same happened to all the other supervisors present.

Still what Green Boulder expected didn’t happen, the blue flaming board didn’t appear to attack him nor was he taken to a dangerous place or anything of the like, in fact, he perfectly recognized where he appeared, as it was one of the areas he was in charge of.

Each supervisor is in charge of two areas, the one where their "residence" is, which is where their permanent avatar lives and returns to if destroyed, that cave at west from the camp from which black shadow emerged to leave in order to pay a visit to red cloud is an example of it.

The second area was up for the supervisor to choose, well, the blue flaming board should have had to give the green light for it, but since it was isolated in the trial road, the supervisors in the eastern zone skipped that part.

It’s worth mentioning that being in charge of two areas didn’t mean a supervisor only had two camps to watch over, take the case of the myriad occupation sect as an example, they shared the same forest area as Wade’s group, though on Aster’s side they also had a rocky area and the plains unlike on Wade’s one, as explained by Guardian’s story they used to be forest but were destroyed by the meteor rain brought by the stone tree supervisor from back then.

Perhaps, the blue flaming board could have restored it to a forest considering the first thing it did after appearing was exiling the red cloud and taking over James’s group, Blue Sky probably left it that way as a reward only for Aster’s side because they came from a high-grade gate.

Anyway, back to the green boulder supervisor, he let out a sigh of relief as he saw the familiar environment at which he had appeared, at least until he tried to teleport and communicate with others and failed, so next he tried to fly towards an area under the charge of another supervisor which was close to his.

"Aghhh!", as a result the moment he left the vicinity of his area, blue flames descended from the sky and burned the green boulder making him scream due to pain.

The green boulder shone in a dark green light as it forcefully dispelled the flames and retreated a few hundreds of meters, only then did the pain stop.

"What the hell is this, there wasn’t a veil placed in here and even if it was, it should not affect a supervisor like me!", exclaimed green boulder, after a few seconds of concentration, he managed to discern that there was an invisible barrier around the area, with a single "exit" which connected to a human sized tunnel that directly led to another place he was familiar with, as in the other area he was in charge of.

’Are you kidding me, a barrier that limits us to only be allowed to move to and from our respective areas under the threat of a horrible pain, while also blocking any kind of communication!’, inwardly roared the green boulder feeling incensed at the treatment he was receiving.

He didn’t stop to think for a moment that this was precisely the way participants and the animals that lived here had been treated by them, it was unknown whether the blue flaming board did it on purpose, but this was a beautiful case of poetic justice.

"Crack!", and the bad news kept coming, green boulder trembled for a moment, cracks appeared all over his avatar as he fell to the ground and actually rolled as if he was suffering an incredible amount of pain, it only lasted for a second though.

"Huff... what was that, wait a moment, the arrangements, I can’t feel my authority over the second week’s events anymore", mumbled the green boulder as he panted to recover from the previous shock caused by the pain he experienced.

Apparently, the preparations they did for the events of the second week had been overtaken by the blue flaming board, green boulder could tell that there would still be three fights instead of two, but anything past that was a mystery now, including whether the "surprises" they prepared just in case were still in place.

So now, they, just like the participants had to worry about what was going to happen during the week that had just started, like previously stated, beautiful poetic justice or you can call it karma being a bitch too, pick your choice.

"This, we are being treated as lowly participants... Blue Sky, how dare you!!!", shouted the green boulder, and with those words but no power to resist against the arrangements in which the blue flaming board has been working for the past two days, he immediately turned into a flash and followed the path that the blue flaming board had left him to go and check on the other area he was in charge of, because he needed to know how things were doing there.

Leaving that aside and contrary to what Aster expected the night went on uneventful, which made sense, the supervisors were all separated, limited to their respective areas and could not communicate with each other anymore too, they had many other things to worry about than to mess with participants now.

Which translated in Aster enjoying a nice night of rest to then wake up a few hours later when the sun had started to appear in the sky.

Naturally with Alice’s tail having joined the party, Aster found himself in a tight hold from his right side, what surprised him is that Camila was also holding onto him much more firmly than normal, she used to simply cuddle against him but now she was actively hugging Aster in her sleep.

’How cute’, thought Aster as he leaned to the left and softly pecked the treasure girl whose head was resting against Aster’s shoulder.

"Mm, good morning~", said Camila as she rubbed her eyes to then smile at Aster, showing off her new much more "bold" self when it came to intimacy.

Aster smiled back at the treasure girl, unfortunately the rest of his body was still trapped by a bunch of sleeping beauties, so he only kissed Camila a second time, earning him a nice glimpse of the treasure girl’s reddened face early in the morning.

"Sis, if you don’t relax your tail’s grip on my arm, I’ll focus on the left side only and you’ll be glared at by a pair of cute girls for the rest of the day", jokingly said Aster, referring to Kana and Espi who were laying on top of Aster’s right side of the body, the dragon princess was holding onto his side and arm instead, because it was Aria’s turn to rest on top of him and Camila took the chance to hog Aster’s left side in her stead too.

As if by "magic" the black scaled tail which was coiled around Aster’s arm and leg basically immobilizing him so that its owner could keep him in place, softened its grip which allowed Aster to release his arm.

Seeing Alice pouting in her "sleep", Aster chuckled to then use his now free right hand to gently caress Alice’s tail while he kissed her too.

"Wuhhh~", the wild dragon princess let out a surprisingly comfortable sound, instead of going for a deeper kiss like usual she cutely rubbed her face against Aster’s, a show of affection which reminded Aster of dragon Lilia.

It was unusual to see Alice going for a less lascivious morning greet, but it wasn’t bad in the slightest, that being said, the good old Alice returned a second later when she tried to use her tail to push Aria off Aster’s chest, making the ice princess curse her in her mind to then take the initiative of kissing Aster on her own.

"What’s the big idea you shameless dragon princess?", asked Aria to which Alice smirked as she answered.

"Well, I think that changing the usual route is good to spice things up every now and then, so as a good sister I wanted to share this wisdom with you~", said Alice as she got up and dragged Aria way from Aster with her tail.

"Ah, I swear if it wasn’t for this place’s restrictions, you would be trapped in a piece of eternal ice by now", mumbled Aria as she got up as well.

And now, Aster gently scratched the little wyrm’s head to then peck Kana’s forehead.

"Thanks for speaking for us big brother~", said the little girl as she smiled at Aster.

"Hisss~", Espi happily hissed as she rubbed her face against Aster’s, apparently that was one of the preferred ways of expressing affection for female dragons.

With those two jumping out of the bed, Aster was now left alone with a dangerous "predator", luckily Sarina was in motherly responsible mode so after turning around and gently pressing his lips against hers, the blond roc mother opened her eyes and brought Aster into her embrace for a couple of seconds, to then roll on the bed so that she was now on top.

"Good morning darling~", said Sarina as she winked at Aster, she knew that Lilia was watching them right now and called him the way Lilia does on purpose.

’Isn’t she taking too many liberties due to my absence’, said the dragon mother, which made Aster softly laugh, Sarina smiled and also left towards the bathroom while humming, she was clearly in a good mood.

"What a lively morning", said Aster as he put on some clothes before leaving the room.

The very first thing that welcomed Aster once he was out of the room, was the sight of the sporty sun diamond princess doing some light exercise, since today was the first day of the second week, she didn’t do her usual long routine but a light one to be ready to act if anything happened.

"Good morning, Aster", said Agnes as she stretched her body, it was hard to notice but there was a slightly different "tone" added to her usual greeting, though she openly admitted to like Aster during their previous conversation, she hadn’t changed her attitude towards Aster that much, which is understandable, since prior to that she even asked for a kiss, though it was a misunderstanding on her part, that’s indeed more than what friends would do and Agnes knew it even before she realized the difference between curiosity, interest and romantic affection.

So, she had no intention of taking big steps currently, for now the sportsy sun diamond princess wanted to change all the curiosity and interest she felt for Aster into romantic affection, as you can see love as a Fey princess is not something easy, but that’s also why it is something so rare to see and has weight enough to cancel any authority that the Fey family had over Agnes’s in that aspect.

"Good morning, I was going to see the results of the fifth day’s evaluation, why don’t you come with me?", said Aster to which Agnes smiled as she approached him.

"Mm~", and with that, those two walked side to side towards the monoliths, and both placed their hands on it to see the rewards they were granted.

[The benefit "Unique Bond" has been successfully activated, from now and onwards, once per day every member of the group can experience the usage of one selected teammate’s manuals on par with the target from which it was taken (time limit and efficiency depend on compatibility as well as mind and physical capacities, techniques can’t be replicated, due to the highest possible star grading at the worse case scenario the experience will last ten minutes and the cost will be a fourth part of the participant’s physical and mental energy)]

"Woah, does that mean that I’ll be able to experience using knowledge of "Absolute" on par with yours, for at least ten minutes a day!", exclaimed the sportsy sun diamond princess, let’s not forget that she is as much of a sword maniac as the old core disciple trio, namely Lieze, Iris and Nerissa, in fact Aster could already tell that he was going to see a lot of "slash" knowledge on the camp from this day onwards.

’Yeah, I’ll have to put some rules for specific manuals which demand high prices, like my "Absolute" and Vivian’s "Healing the world", nonetheless, the right choices will help the progress on our members in their respective manuals to soar’, thought Aster.

Let’s say a girl with a sword related profession or attack type manual, experiences Aster’s "Absolute" knowledge, it will for sure help her see things from a much more advanced perspective which in return should help her reach a similar level in her own manual, it was indeed quite the benefit.

Next were the unique privileges and the first one was also an improvement, or more accurately an evolution of a reward that they had previously gotten.

The second unique privilege was also an evolution of one the group has gotten before and honestly it was one of the ones Aster wanted the most.

[The privilege "Strong Army" level 5 has been activated, every ten defeated enemies will award the representative with a free slot for the group (mission and exchange monoliths will be updated according to it and all benefits from the group that had accumulated up to the moment of their acceptance will be awarded after joining), the group has defeated a large number of enemies, half of which will be counted for the previously mentioned effect]

"Now that’s one big weight out of my shoulders", Aster couldn’t help but say, they had so many "unofficial" teammates that it was worrying, most of the animals couldn’t get manuals and group slots were not easy to come by, the unique version of the strong army privilege solved that, of course it was a double edged sword, because if the leader was stupid, trying to increase the size of the army might lead to destruction, after all, battle was needed for it to happen, this privilege was for sure a test from the blue flaming board, not that Aster was worried about it though.

And just like the level fourth of the strong army privilege this one came with an additional reward as well.

[The leader has successfully integrated both "neutral" and "hostile" third parties into the group properly, so the extra privilege "Charisma" will be granted]

[Original members of the group will gain 10% extra strength while members who joined past the initial selection will gain 10% extra defense]

’I would have preferred if Alice gained more defense rather than strength... but it’s not a bad concept, new members of the group are protected while original members are strengthened’, thought Aster to then look at the last of the rewards, which was also the most "unique" one, as it came in the form of a mission.
