The Strongest Wizard Who Makes Full Use of the Strategy Book

Lesson Eight: The Legendary Adventurer Ramsey

We jumped right into that private house (exactly, a two-story house that was private five hundred years ago).

So what do you say?

The silver golem on all fours, no more, did not follow. Just roll in front of the private house, and if you feel like it, don't knock it down, if you stick your hand through the front door, you can do as much as you want, don't do it. It's as if the private house can't handle it at all.

He saw us running inside for a while untrained, but when he knew there was no sign of us leaving at all, he left like he'd given up.

"Did you help us...?

"I don't believe you... eh"

"Thanks to your grandfather earlier. Come on"

The triplets stroke down their breasts and look up the stairs to the second floor, which was by the front door.

With the footsteps, the old man comes down from there.

He is a grandfather who seems harmless, with a smile he loves.

Contrary to Crim, the lower back looks even lower in such a way as to accentuate the bent back.

But there's no way I'm just a person. Somehow we're solo through the dangerous seven tiers, reaching the eight tiers.

This old man is the legendary adventurer I asked to be my guide in the search for ruins.

Ramsey, it was that person.

"It was dangerous, you guys."

"That was helpful, Grandpa. Thank you."

"Why did you save us?

"I suddenly gave up on that Bakemon, too, and wondered, come on"

"Yesterday, there are some magical creatures (Guardians) who are ordered to" ignore the damage around them, but fight "and those who are ordered not to touch the surrounding buildings with a finger. The silver golem wasn't the latter."

To Ramsey's explanation, the triplets roared as impressed.

Incidentally, its legality is also lightly touched upon in the Attack Book as a schematic of the ancient site of Alabana. However, it does not state which Guardian is the former and which Guardian is the latter. In fact, even the same iron golem that is countless is fine with things like "this guy is the former" and "this guy is the latter," so there is no point.

We named each other lightly first. Crim warmed up his old relationship with Ramsey.

I asked later.

"Was there an investigation on that the silver golem now is the type that can't do damage to a building?

"Sure, I know him well. but I didn't look into it one way or another"

"Well. Then why do you know?

"If you blame me, take a look. I've been diving in the ruins for as long as I can, and then I'll just have a glimpse of the Guardian, and somehow I'll know."

"Excellent"

I couldn't help but roar again.

The old man laughed in the light,

"More than that, aren't you hungry? It's time for lunch. Why don't you join us?

and led us to the kitchen, as if we knew our own home.

Meanwhile, I was already a surprise streak.

First of all, I was definitely hungry, but I don't want to check if it's really lunchtime, in this ruin where I can't even see the sun. I had lost my sense of time and so on.

Nonetheless, this old man says he can see it. Besides, I'm talking about visiting the ruins of this Tabla three days earlier than we did, and letting it go diving.

Next, Ramsey began to freely use magical cookware, provided in the kitchen.

Feel free to cast a simple spell, similar to our magic system, that he, who is not a wizard, lights the fire and warms the pan even though there is no fuel.

The ingredients themselves seem to have been brought in by Ramsey, but they behave like stews to all of us. The triplets were overjoyed that they could put something warm in their bellies, no way in the ancient ruins.

This kind of information does not cover just about any of the Strategy Books.

Because it's too trivial information and too irrelevant for the Demon King attack.

And that's why the awesomeness of Ramsey's experience stands out, having been on the line for years as an adventurer.

The same goes for the earlier "just at first glance, I know the nature of the Guardian" account.

This old man is exactly the creature of an ancient ruin.

Excellent.

I'll tell you as many times as I can. Fantastic!

This is exactly what I was looking for.

I frankly offered to give Stew back the lunch box that the "Golden Coin Falling Zero from the Palm" pavilion had made me hold.

"I'm on a journey to kill the Demon King. As part of this, we intend to explore ancient sites. Lord Ramsey. What do you think? Can you lend me your experience and skills?

"Hmmm..."

Ramsey sipped (soaked) the stew with a spoon, then clasped his mouth. He obviously didn't seem to be on board.

Well, you decided to retire once...

Then how should we persuade him?

As I was exploring the thread in my head, Crim pinched my mouth from side to side.

"Ramsey. Did you serve your purpose?

"... then I'll be alone in such a spicy place, and I won't be discharged forever"

The wrinkles on Ramsey's face suddenly thickened. It's a bitter wrinkle.

I decided to shut up and watch the two of them interact. Because I realized that this topic that Crim put out was that "thread" I was exploring. Because I realized she was going to follow me.

"Hey, Boyas. You know what this jizzy is called?

"Survivor."

It was Ted who gave the instant answer.

Ramsey was bound to return alive every time he tried, no matter how difficult it was from the ancient ruins, or from the deep reaches that no one had yet been able to reach.

Besides, the party members who worked with him were also sure to return alive.

That's why it's an alias. Hence the legendary adventurer.

"It's true that this jizzy himself must have returned alive. Otherwise, I'm here right now because I'm gonna be a ghost."

Crim joked once,

"So you think it's true that the party members could always return alive, too?

One turn, I poured a serious eye on Ramsey.

It was Ramsey himself at the time who answered that cruel question.

"I don't know if there's such a horse story in this world."

It was like squeezing bitter, sinister emotions out of my throat, out of my soul.

"When you work with this jizzy, you actually have a very high survival rate. But it can't be absolutely safe. As far as Atashi knows, this jizzy man has been on adventure for nearly forty years and has lost seven of his people."

…………

Ramsey remained silent while Crim spoke.

Just like mourning them for mourning.

"Even in this Tabla, Ramsey lost his people. The seventh - the last victim. And this jizzy decided to retire."

"... Cain was still young. He was a young guy..."

As he repented in front of the female monk, Ramsey spoke of his bitter memory.

"Yet I made a mistake at the time. Because Cain was so talented, I forgot he was still a teenager. This eagle grew up on hand salt, let's make him my successor, let's make him my legendary adventurer, all that... I was just thinking about myself, and I couldn't see anything about that kid. So the eagles challenged this ruin. Tabla is one of the difficulties, not even the seven tiers have yet become a safety zone (clear). Yet the eagles were able to explore in good shape... and they got really on track and went down to the eighth tier. Cain was still young. Getting on track was a natural story. Washi and the elderly had to praise him. But the fools floated together. And I ran into that silver golem"

That whole silver golem thing is even detailed in the Strategy Book.

It's this eight-story floor boss.

Normally, they are powerful enemies who must gather dozens of elites to surround them and kill them.

No matter how many legendary adventurers and their lines, there's no way you can win one party.

"I could tell at a glance that that golem wasn't coming after us all the way inside the building. The eagle immediately spoke to everyone, and they were used to being aggressive tongzlahs. That's what I assumed. I ran into the building, stroked my chest down, and Cain wasn't the only one. Only that young girl panicked about the power of the silver golem and how creepy it was.... I'm running late."

So for once, Ramsey ate his teeth all the time.

I had tears that were about to spill.

It was - the face of an old man who still blames himself for not being able to help Cain, for not being qualified to cry, etc.

"I immediately went to apologize to her mother. I was going to take any curse. But it didn't. 'I'm going to adventure with Mr. Ramsey and one day I'm going to be a legendary adventurer,' he said, 'because that's what that kid decided for himself. It's not my fault, it's my own fault.... Honestly, it was harder than any blame."

Ramsey talking cuttingly.

The triplets look like their chests are tightened.

Crim is closing his eyes and hurting. I just said it's hard to hear it again and again.

What would I look like now? I don't know.

"Finally, Cain's mother told me. 'At least don't you have that kid's artifact? I don't know. Nobody answered me. The silver golem scared the hell out of me. There's no way I could have recovered it. Anyway, I'm sorry. Pity. I regretted it......!

That's why Ramsey quit being an adventurer.

It was a punishment, not again, for exploring the ruins.

"Nonetheless, you are visiting here again..."

"Oh yes, Lord Magnus. The best adventurers come every year to see if they can destroy that silver golem. Otherwise, I can safely recover Cain's remains and artifacts. I can give him a proper condolence. I can at least face my mother."

"But he hasn't been killed, eh?"

"Oh, it's Crim. That's all this Tabla means is difficult. It means that the Golem is a monster to fear."

Ramsey said thoughtlessly, then he clasped his mouth.

A painful silence can stand in.

To soothe the air, if Rad tries to slap something lightly, he ends up repeating what he thinks.

Crim stayed calm and let go of his eyes.

But I...

"I see, I understand the circumstances of Lord Ramsey."

I stood up to break such a painful air.

Flushed the hem of the long coat.

And declared it to everyone.

"If so - I'll destroy that golem."
