Leng Bing looked it up and saw it was true. He couldn't help but get excited. "Brother-in-law, you really are a doctor!"

"Now you believe me," Jiang Xinghai said, taking a drag from his cigarette.

"Brother-in-law, you and my sister should get some rest too. I'm off to bed," Leng Bing said, tossing his cigarette butt and turning to leave.

"Remember, don't get too carried away."

Jiang Xinghai reminded him again, "And if your wife isn't feeling well, you should just be the milkman, understand?"

"Brother-in-law, what do you mean, 'the milkman'?" Leng Bing asked, confused.

"It means exactly what it sounds like."

Jiang Xinghai didn't want to explain it too clearly, but Leng Bing seemed hung up on it, so he had to elaborate a bit. "Think about it. Doesn't a milkman just deliver fresh milk to the doorstep?"

"Yeah," Leng Bing agreed.

"Exactly. The milkman just delivers to the door, leaves the milk, and goes," Jiang Xinghai said with a knowing look.

"Oh! I get it, I get it! Hahaha! The milkman? Don't worry, brother-in-law. My wife is a sweet and considerate woman. Unless she's not feeling well, she wouldn't have the heart to make me just be the milkman," Leng Bing said, then left excitedly.

Before, the couple had been worried about the risks during pregnancy, so they didn't dare even think about it. Despite their desires, neither wanted to risk causing any harm.

But now, after Jiang Xinghai's explanation, he was confident his wife would be understanding, too.

'So what if I'm just the milkman?'

"What 'milkman'?"

Just then, Leng Ning walked in after washing up. "Bing was so excited. What happened?"

"That's, uh, men's talk. You're better off not knowing," Jiang Xinghai said with a straight face.

"Alright, alright, I won't pry. But I think I've heard that 'milkman' expression before. It seems to have something to do with a man being... inadequate. Did I guess right?" Leng Ning said, sizing up Jiang Xinghai, especially a certain... outline.

"You know quite a lot, don't you," Jiang Xinghai said with a wry smile.

"But based on my... extensive research... you're not that kind of milkman. You're the kind who makes deliveries straight into the house," Leng Ning's words grew bolder.

Jiang Xinghai grinned mischievously. "Come on, then. I'll make another delivery for you right now."

"Let's go, then! Who's afraid of who?" Leng Ning said, putting her hands on her hips.

Jiang Xinghai stood and swept Leng Ning into his arms. "Where's our bedroom?"

Leng Ning pointed to the sofa. "There."

"You can't be serious. On the living room sofa? How am I supposed to let loose?" It wasn't that Jiang Xinghai thought sleeping on the sofa was improper; it was that with so many people in the house, if anyone were to walk out, they'd be putting on a live show.

"Hee hee hee..."

Leng Ning covered her mouth and laughed. "I was just teasing you. You actually fell for it? Put me down. I'll make us something to eat, and then we'll go to the back courtyard."

"I knew it. They wouldn't make us sleep on the living room sofa on our first visit," Jiang Xinghai said as he set Leng Ning down.

Leng Ning smiled, her eyes narrowing. "Actually, the back courtyard was just cleaned up today. It'll be just the two of us tonight."

"Doesn't that mean we can get a little wild?" Jiang Xinghai grinned.

"Stop being so lewd. Hurry up and tell me what you want to eat. I'll make it," Leng Ning said, leading Jiang Xinghai to the kitchen.

"I'm not that hungry, really. Something simple is fine." Jiang Xinghai glanced at all the rich, heavy dishes from dinner; he'd had more than enough.

"How about I make some noodles for you?" Leng Ning asked, turning around.

"Sounds good. And you?" Jiang Xinghai nodded.

"I'll have some noodles too," Leng Ning said, starting to get things ready.

Jiang Xinghai helped wash the vegetables while Leng Ning prepared to make some stir-fried noodles.

Soon, she had stir-fried the shredded pork and greens, filling the room with a delicious aroma. Then, Leng Ning added boiling water to the pot.

"Do you need that much water just to cook the noodles?" Jiang Xinghai asked, seeing the boiling water was about to overflow.

"To go *down*, don't you need a lot of water?" Leng Ning retorted with a question of her own.

She pursed her lips into a smile as she scooped out a few spoonfuls of water.

"Are you hitting on me?" Jiang Xinghai asked as it dawned on him.

'I've always been the fisherman, but I never thought I'd be the one to get caught on the hook.'

Half an hour later, having eaten their fill, the two of them went out to the back courtyard.

The courtyard was spotless. Though it had been specially prepared to host Jiang Xinghai and Leng Ning, it was clear the Leng Family took care of this old residence regularly.

"This old house used to belong to my grandfather's branch of the family."

Leng Ning looked around the old house, then pointed to a room on the west side. "I lived in that room for a while when I was little. Why don't we stay there tonight?"

"Let me just close the door, and then I'll cover the area with my True Qi to make sure we're not disturbed," Jiang Xinghai said, walking out into the courtyard and beginning the process with a serious air.

Leng Ning had already snuggled under the covers.

She was filled with anticipation and longing.

At the same time, she was a little nervous.

Although she had experienced Jiang Xinghai's abilities several times before and was mentally prepared, tonight was different...

Jiang Xinghai was going to use his mouth.

"I'm back."

Jiang Xinghai turned and entered the room. When he saw Leng Ning lying flat on the bed, letting out soft snores, he couldn't help but rub his nose and smile.

Whether Leng Ning was truly asleep or not, he would never go back on a promise.

As he slipped under the covers, he unleashed the Dragon Locking Secret Technique, and a hazy aura filled the room.
