While I was doing that, the air around me suddenly became unbearably hot. The temperature climbed so quickly that I barely had enough time to register what was happening before the space surrounding me erupted into a violent explosion that shook the battlefield.

It was one of Levi’s abilities. Any mana she left lingering in the air or anywhere across the battlefield remained completely under her control, allowing her to detonate it whenever she felt like it. It was an incredibly irritating ability to fight against because there was almost no reliable way of knowing exactly where she had hidden her mana beforehand.

I managed to avoid the explosions by constantly keeping my distance, and while weaving around the blasts, I continued creating dark matter spheres before hurling them toward the two of them one after another.

They avoided every single one with ease, relying entirely on their incredible speed to slip past them before they could make contact. Still, that wasn’t much of a problem for me because my mana barely seemed to be draining at all.

Actually, something felt completely different.

My mana capacity had increased by an unbelievable amount. It wasn’t just that I had more mana than before. Every spell I cast felt noticeably heavier, stronger, and much easier to control. The difference was honestly ridiculous, almost as though I had gained this strength through some bizarre shortcut that shouldn’t have existed in the first place.

Well... I suppose I technically did, which was honestly kind of funny when I stopped to think about it.

It all happened because I had sex with Leon.

"Yeah... that’s still weird to think about," I quietly muttered to myself before letting out a small breath.

Thinking about that in the middle of a fight wasn’t exactly helping me survive, though. There would be plenty of opportunities to question how absurd my life had become after this battle was over. Right now, I needed to stay focused and make sure everything continued moving exactly where I wanted it to go.

Before I could think any further, Morsea suddenly closed the distance between us.

She kicked up a cloud of dust where she had been standing before launching herself toward me at an incredible speed. The sudden burst of acceleration caught me off guard for a brief moment, but I managed to pull myself together just in time.

Dark mana gathered in the palm of my hand before condensing into another sphere of dark matter.

The instant Morsea entered my range, I thrust my hand forward and slammed the attack directly toward her.

Unfortunately, before it could connect with her body, she disappeared from my sight entirely.

Instead of hitting Morsea, the sphere crashed into the ground beneath us, exploding violently and sending chunks of shattered earth flying through the air in every direction.

Thankfully, since I was the one creating the dark matter, I could prevent it from harming me. Even if one exploded right beside me, its destructive force wouldn’t affect my body in the slightest.

Meanwhile, Levi continued circling around me like a predator waiting for the perfect chance to strike.

From the corner of my eye, I noticed faint traces of mana slowly spreading throughout the battlefield. She wasn’t attacking immediately, which honestly made me even more cautious.

She was preparing another trap.

She was quietly scattering more mana throughout the area so she could trigger another massive chain of explosions whenever she decided the timing was right.

Realizing that staying where I was would only make things worse, I immediately leaped high into the air in an attempt to escape the area she had already prepared.

Unfortunately for me, Morsea had already predicted exactly what I was planning.

"Do you seriously think you can escape, traitor?!" she shouted with an irritated grin.

Before I could gain any real height, she intercepted me and slammed me straight back toward the ground with overwhelming force that rattled my entire body.

At almost the exact same moment, Levi looked at me with a confident smile that made me realize something was about to go terribly wrong.

Apparently, she had already finished setting everything up.

She slowly snapped her fingers together.

The air surrounding me instantly became scorching hot all over again.

A single heartbeat later, the entire area erupted into an enormous explosion that spread across nearly the whole battlefield, swallowing everything around me in blazing flames.

I reacted as quickly as I possibly could and immediately erected a barrier around myself.

It blocked most of the explosion, but it wasn’t enough to stop everything.

The attack was simply too powerful.

The barrier cracked under the overwhelming pressure, allowing part of the scorching heat to break through. The flames scraped painfully across my body, leaving fresh burns behind, although they thankfully weren’t severe enough to leave me unable to continue fighting.

"Tch... that actually stings," I muttered while gritting my teeth.

Once the explosion finally died down, I immediately activated my healing magic.

The burns disappeared almost instantly, restoring my skin as though those injuries had never existed in the first place.

Levi let out a small whistle before smiling.

"Well," she said with an amused grin, "I guess you’re still a Sin, even if you’re a traitor."

"I’d be disappointed if that little trick actually finished me off," I replied while brushing the dust off my shoulder.

I slowly took another deep breath and steadied myself once more.

Without wasting another second, I launched myself back into the air before creating another barrage of dark matter.

One after another, I hurled them toward Levi and Morsea without giving either of them a moment to relax.

The speed at which I could create and throw them had improved tremendously compared to before, and my control over every single one had become much smoother as well.

Unfortunately, I still couldn’t land a direct hit.

It seemed the only reason I had managed to injure them earlier was because they had been completely caught off guard by my attacks. Now that they understood exactly what my abilities could do, they stayed alert and reacted with much more caution.

Landing another clean hit had become significantly more difficult than before.

The two of them closed the distance again almost immediately.

Levi and Morsea attacked almost simultaneously, both attempting to slash at me from different directions without giving me room to breathe.

I managed to dodge both attacks just in time.

Their movements were unbelievably fast, but thankfully my reactions had become fast enough to keep pace with them.

Seeing a small opening, I wrapped my fist in mana before throwing a punch directly toward Levi.

She calmly raised her blade and blocked the attack without showing the slightest hint of difficulty.

A smug smile immediately spread across her face.

"You walked right into it," she said.

The air around me exploded again before I could react.

The sudden blast threw off my balance just enough to leave me disoriented for a brief moment.

That tiny opening was all Morsea needed.

She immediately drove her fist straight into my side with terrifying force.

The impact launched me across the battlefield before I crashed violently onto the ground, my back slamming hard against the earth with enough force to kick up another cloud of dust.

"Still standing?" Morsea called out. "You’re annoyingly tough."

Dust slowly settled around me, making it difficult to see for several moments.

Before I even had the chance to fully stand, Morsea was already charging toward me again without slowing down.

I quickly created another sphere of dark matter before firing it directly toward her.

The attack didn’t hit her, but it forced her to change direction, buying me just enough time to get back onto my feet again.

I let out another slow breath while watching both of them prepare for yet another exchange.

Neither side looked willing to give even a single inch.

Another clash was inevitable anyway.

Then all three of us charged at each other once more without any hesitation.

This time, instead of relying entirely on magic, I decided to settle things the old-fashioned way.

A proper brawl sounded much better right about now.
