The World of Masks

Invasion of Australia

The undead who landed in Australia marched silently through the darkness. They landed safely in Australia, but they were not able to attack humans openly. Surely thousands of undead are powerful forces. Taking advantage of the surprise could lead to a dominant battle in the early days. But if you were to ask if it was enough to tear Australia apart, it wasn't. That's why their first order of business was liberation of the nearest portal.

There are no troops near the portal. As long as there were a large coalition forces at war in New Zealand, it was difficult to deploy security forces on each and every portal. The number of portals around the world is not great either. That's why the Allied Forces have set up just a bunch of unmanned border systems, surveillance cameras, and a no-go word and almost ignored it.

It was a truly inexhaustible boundary. It was also because of the belief that the current Democratic Army was focused on subjugating remaining allied forces in New Zealand. The Allied forces' leadership had no idea that Australia would be invaded during the battle in New Zealand. All I could think about was getting the stranded troops out of New Zealand.

However, the remaining force in New Zealand will converge on zero. An ordinary human army that could not even be supplied was food for the Demon King's army. No, these are fragile beings who would soon consider themselves as vulnerable to sealing the seas and the air as they are now. Neglect did not pose any threat at all.

He laughs fiercely at the Allied forces' top members, who thought they would always take time against such beings. And the ridicule came in the worst form for the Allied forces, the Australian invasion.

Wood Duck!

A black skeleton walks ahead of the warning sign that there is a portal and pulls it as if it were pulling out a fragile weed. After being deeply embedded, the sign, which had been hardened into a contour, was pulled out without any force.

Whee!

The Black Skull throws a heavy, long sign at you.

Bang!

The sign falls over the bush. Growing weeds and soft soil were the cushions, but there was still a loud noise. The weight of the sign could be determined.

The black skull strides to the side of the portal. There's a suppressor standing right next to you. The suppressor that sprinkles the subtle light is powered by the wires leading into the ground, spreading OryHalcon's power around it. A black skeleton pushes his face into the surveillance camera attached to the suppressor.

Exactly! Exactly! Exactly! Exactly!

Laughter, that's all I could feel. The Black Skull, who showed his presence on the surveillance camera, wields its sword, whether the guards are surprised on the other side or not.

Screaming!

The suppressor was dispensed and the top sat at an angle.

Parker, Parker!

Lost power splashes out into flames. The black skull kicks the bottom of the remaining suppressor with its foot. The suppressor has collapsed and rolled over. The surrounding undead come forward and slash the rest of the suppressors. In an instant, the suppressor that was the best invention of the 21st century was so broken that it could only be sold on a scrap track.

A skeleton turns the suppressor upside down. Skeleton, determined to find something, pulls it out. It's the central component of this suppressor. It was a very small piece of Oryhalcon.

The skeleton starts walking in one direction with a piece of the orihalcon. It seemed like I was going to throw it away.

Right after that!

Whoo-hoo!

The portal that was guarding the silence began to move again. He raises his body to reveal his existence as if he were trying to reminisce about a past that was being flattened to the ground. Mysterious blue light swirls and opens the passageway between the two worlds. Another Demon King's army begins to emerge from beyond the portal. As soon as they came out, they joined the skeleton that was already waiting. The portal constantly spits out an army. The Demon Lord's army began to move again as soon as it was more than a certain size.

The target was Canberra, the heart of the Allied forces.

* * *

The attack on Canberra International Airport, of course, caused an emergency for Command. Moreover, other sources of information came to my mind. It was not just Canberra International Airport that was attacked. Most of the airports that gathered the aircraft were under attack. Soon after the formation of the Buryburian reinforcements, the command had to face other threats. It was a signal from the suppressor that suppressed the portal near Canberra, which was suddenly lost. According to the soldier who was in charge of the surveillance cameras, Undead was captured. A single word crosses the Commander's mind.

"Counter Attack!"

If so, it is serious. Maybe the people who attacked Canberra Airport are part of a group of beings in the second wave of counter-attacks. No, it almost certainly looked like a situation.

His face is blue and his head is whitened.

The portal through which the suppressor's signal was lost is the closest one to Canberra. If an army spills from the portal. So if we allow entry into Canberra.

No! No! We have to stop that! '

Canberra has a population of about 300,000. New Zealand massacres may recreate if they happen.

Miller gives the order in a hurry.

"Gather all the troops around Canberra now! Evacuate as many civilians as possible in Canberra!"

"What about the raids at airports?"

Miller bites his lip on his subordinate's question. And I chewed it out with a suppressed voice.

"Yuck! I give up there. Abandon all aircraft and bring the remaining troops to Canberra. Canberra and its citizens are now our top priority."

"Four!"

The man you ordered tries to move quickly.

"Wait!"

Miller stops his men. His men wait for Miller's orders again. Miller said in a squeezed voice, suppressed as if he didn't want to talk.

"And call PPSO for help. Tell him to rush to Canberra now."

"Four, got it!"

Miller sweeps his face with one hand as he sees his servant running away. Rather than taking back New Zealand, it was at risk of being overtaken by the Australian capital of 300,000 people, and we had no choice but to ask for help from the PPSO who hated it. Where the hell did this come from? Miller lets out a deep sigh in fear of landing on this godforsaken situation.

All the Allied forces stationed nearby are on the move. A small unaccompanied reconnaissance plane, available at least, flew in unison to search for the existences of the two worlds. It was shortly after that that an army, presumed to be marching straight towards Canberra, was captured.

Emergency in Canberra. There was a major operation to evacuate about 300,000 people in a short time. I don't think this is the situation at night. The sleepy citizens began to evacuate the opposite direction from where the Crown Prince marched, with little cash and valuables, without proper evacuation preparation. Relying on flashlights or cell phone lights, the canberra was filled with refugees walking around, holding the hands of young children tightly and supporting the elderly. I couldn't get the car under the control of the soldiers. That's why, if you bring me a car, the roads will get tangled and I won't be able to escape properly. All kinds of complaints and insults came and went, but I couldn't resist the soldiers who were controlling me with sad eyes.

Fortunately, the Demon Lord's march is quite slow. We were not able to evacuate the entire population of Canberra in that short time, but we were able to evacuate roughly those outside of Canberra who were supposed to be the first outbreak to occur.

"Hurry up and move!"

"Squad 1 is in that building! Squads 2 and 3, ambush in that alley!"

The officers shouted and deployed their forces. Soldiers armed with machine guns, mortars, and anti-tank guns began to disperse everywhere.

Two or two!

A soldier fires a gun at the locked door lock and opens the door. A group of soldiers jump into the house. The house was in disarray, as if it had been quickly evacuated. The soldiers leap to the second floor, stepping on the clothesline that was spread out on the floor.

Boom!

I kicked the visit and went inside. Like a little girl's room, there was a room full of Disney princess characters, carved duvets, and Barbie dolls. Soldiers smash them together with dirt feet and gather around the window. There was a small desk by the window.

Wudang!

The soldiers throw their desks aside. The wood crumpled up and rolled around badly.

Visa soldiers set up their machine guns outside the window. A few soldiers climb up to the roof and set up mortars.

Squeeze!

A massive infinite orbit swirls fiercely, crushing the car in front of you. The car, which is apparently someone's precious property, has turned into a flat squirrel. The tank is positioned where you want it to be, slowly turning the stock. The target was on the other side of the road where monsters and undead were expected to attack.

In the center of the city, several munitions were located. You raise the cannon high, reload the cannon, and then move into a shooting state.

Booooo!

Military vehicles are unloading supplies all over the city. You supplied urea with bullets and cannonballs filled with crates. Massive supplies have been stockpiled near Canberra.

I wonder how long it would take to move so busy. Roughly the deployment of troops is complete. The soldiers take their breath and look where the monsters and undead forces are expected to come from. My heart was pounding and my forehead was sweating. The terror of the battlefield engulfed the heart. I heard someone swallowing loudly. I can't believe that there are so many soldiers gathered around me.

"Here she comes."

One of the soldiers said. Out there, you see the movement of something in the light. It was only a few when it first appeared, but the number quickly increased. Soldiers' tension rises to a peak in the number of foes filling the trenches.

Kuang! Kuang!

A huge explosion erupts from the enemy's advance. You see some enemies floating through the air like toys. Purple shells in the rear burst into flames. The soldiers hastily pull on their weapons and stare at the other side with tense eyes. Soon the enemy will be overwhelmed. Fortunately, the enemy is mostly close combat, with the exception of those who shoot arrows. Victory was about keeping them out of reach and accumulating as much damage from a distance as possible.

You see the enemies rushing in unison. It's still safe. As soon as I got in range, I thought of hitting it unilaterally, and the soldiers tightened their index finger on the trigger.

But their expectations were completely wrong.

Whew!

You hear a cannonball flying. Most of the soldiers keep their eyes on the enemy camp, assuming it was cannonballs fired from the purple cannons behind them. However, this cannonball did not fall into the Demon King's camp as expected.

Kuang!

One of the soldiers' hidden houses has been bombed by an authentic cannon.

"What the hell!"

"Fuck you, you self-destructive bastards! Aim properly!"

At first, the soldiers thought it was friendly friendly fire. But the reality was completely different.

Kuang! Kuang! Kuang!

You continue to run out of cannonballs in the Allied Forces. It was a thunderbolt for soldiers who didn't think they'd been attacked yet.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, no! They're shooting at us!"

A soldier made a slight malignancy. An unimaginable cannonball flew in from an enemy who has only been a simple knife. The Allied forces are overwhelmed by unexpected attacks.
