The bullet comments were all normal at first, but then she suddenly saw one flash by.

"Without those disgusting people, watching the show is so satisfying! I can finally turn on the bullet comments without worrying!"

Melody Monroe caught a hint of information from that one sentence.

She immediately scrolled down to the comments below, continuously flicking downwards. Among the comments, she could still find some clues.

A battle had definitely been fought in the comments section.

What remained was the battlefield after a decisive victory.

She really wanted to know what had happened.

She immediately thought of Keith Coleman.

"Keith, did something happen?"

"Melody, it’s so late. You aren’t resting yet? Nothing happened."

"I’m watching the premiere."

Keith Coleman knew he couldn’t fool her any longer.

’Seriously, at this time of night, President Fairchild is actually letting Melody have free time to watch the show?’

"Raymond Ford hired an online mob again, but it’s been taken care of now."

"Him again?"

"But this is his last chance to cause trouble. The person involved this time is overseas, but they’ve already been contained. It’ll probably be resolved by tomorrow."

Melody Monroe understood what Keith Coleman meant.

"Just leave this matter to me. You should hurry up and get some rest. Good night, mwah~"

Evan Fairchild walked out of the bathroom just in time to hear that ridiculously flirtatious "mwah" from the phone, and his face instantly darkened.

"I was just on the phone with my assistant," Melody Monroe immediately explained to him.

Evan Fairchild sat on the edge of the bed and took her phone away.

Melody Monroe was speechless.

"Mr. Fairchild, when are you going back to Rockwellburg?"

"I’m on vacation right now."

Melody Monroe’s face fell. ’No wonder he has so much free time,’ she thought.

"Then how long is your vacation?" Melody Monroe asked, not ready to give up.

’A busy man like him probably can’t take much time off, right?’

"I’ve never taken a vacation before. This time, I’m going to properly relax."

Melody Monroe was speechless.

’How long is this "relaxing" of his going to last?’

"Mr. Fairchild, I have something to take care of tomorrow. Can I come keep you company in the evening instead?"

"Do you have a new role to discuss? A show to appear on? Or an engagement to get to?"

Melody Monroe was questioned into silence.

She had none of those things.

Rose hadn’t even called her.

In fact, Rose Shaw was just as bored as she was.

Regarding the incident online, she had barely started to deal with it before it was already resolved. Such high efficiency.

She knew Keith Coleman had done it. And it was only at times like this that she felt Keith Coleman had some—just a tiny little bit—of merit.

"Did Rose Shaw call you and tell you to go back to work?" Evan Fairchild asked again.

These questions were practically an interrogation of her soul.

"You also have to go to Caleb White’s for treatment tomorrow. This is already the last session."

Melody Monroe thought for a moment, then nodded.

Caleb White’s methods were truly effective; she no longer reacted to some of the things she was allergic to.

She wouldn’t have known if she hadn’t checked, and she was shocked when she did. It turned out she had so many allergens.

She wasn’t just allergic to foods, but also to environmental factors and everyday products.

If she hadn’t met Caleb White, she didn’t know how much more she would have had to suffer.

"I can’t sleep. Can I play on my phone for a bit?" Melody Monroe asked in a small voice. Without time on her phone, without being online, she was completely clueless about the outside world.

Just like today—she had only just gotten her phone back when she discovered this incident. Not being allowed online, not being allowed to use her phone... for a girl like her with a slight internet addiction, it was practically torture!

"What’s so fun about a phone?" Evan Fairchild retorted. "Am I not more fun?"

Melody Monroe’s face flushed. She pulled the covers over herself and lay down. "I’m tired. I’m going to sleep!"
