Trinitas Mundus

Episode XVI: Simulated Warfare: Previous

Ashley's father, Hamish, told me he was going to the courtyard, but Ray was trying to make no sense of it.

(Go to the courtyard, what are you gonna do? Why are people cheering around?

And I remembered what the mercenaries told me in Morton.

(Speaking of which, I'm going to give Shabby the training that he said... Oh, no. It really pissed me off and I wonder if I can go home alive......)

Hamish has hung up on Ray, who stands up.

"Guest, I know what you're trying to say, but let me prove it and show you... so just come down to the courtyard!

Stuff to Hamish so Ashley can shelter Ray.

"Captain, you won't have to do it now. Ray is tired of traveling. Tomorrow or the day after."

"He said he was tired on his journey. That's no excuse for a mercenary! You'd know that if you gave me the mercenary end, too!

There is no momentum to Ray earlier, and he has no choice but to go down to the courtyard with a bump.

(Something about a sinner to be executed or a livestock to be slaughtered... even Ash's sword hurts, so I guess it hurts a little bit... If it's a blow by a fierce over level 100, you can also die instantly if it's a bad hit... When I thought about Ash, I forgot me again...)

Stella was worried about how she should move when she saw Ashley's hurry and a look similar to Ray's giving up.

(Neither Master Ray nor Master Ashley have given me permission yet...... what am I supposed to do?

Out in the courtyard, dozens of mercenaries were already standing on the wall, some peeking through the upstairs window.

Hamish is pointing to the training spear position against Ray, who went out into the courtyard.

"Choose what you like. I don't care about that spear."

Hamish has said that you can use Ray's holy spear, Albumcorne, not a training spear.

Even though Ray is being provoked, he chooses a spear for training.

I found a spear that came firmly in my hand and went back to the center of the courtyard.

"Guests, come with all your might. If you don't come here to die, you're gonna get hurt."

Ray had all the virtues of his earlier prestige vanished into the words.

(Even if I'm willing to die, I'm not a major injury. I have normal injuries... I guess fainting early is the least damaging thing... but then they'll spot me...)

Beat cheeks with both hands with bread in order to put life into yourself thinking of it as a whimper.

(We have to do everything we can to get there! If I don't do as much as I can, I can't stay with Ash... that's the only way I'm going to die!

Ray regained his temper, put up his spear, and waited for the signal to begin.

Hamish Markat, the leader of the Markat mercenary regiment, will wear his favorite armor - dull silver used sheet metal armor.

Heavy built sheet metal armor, but lots of actuating parts to avoid losing body flexibility such as arms, legs, and around hips.

Enough to finish wearing all the armor. Strangely, his cage hand (gauntlet) and upper arm armor (rear blaze) were not painted in a pearlescent color.

(The captain won't turn red, will he? So, too, Ash?

Hamish, finished wearing his armor, takes the giant wooden sword that his body deserves.

The length of the wooden sword was more than 1 and 5 m, and the width of the sword body (blade) was nearly 15 cm thick in the area close to the grip (grip).

Ray, who saw that wooden sword, had an image in his mind that he could strike down.

(Even that wooden sword is enough murder weapon. It seems more destructive than a lousy stick... it must hurt...)

Enough after Hamish had begun preparations, they were finally ready and both sides stood in the middle of the courtyard.

"I'll say it again. Seriously, call me. If you don't want to die."

Hamish has a fierce grin on his face.

(Seriously though, don't feel like you can't do anything about it...)

The two face each other at a distance of about five meters.

When Ray put up his spear, Hamish slowly lifted his sword to fit it.

"Gareth. Give me a signal."

A sharp eyed man in his mid-thirties moves forward.

(This guy is horrible, too. He's like some kind of blade...)

I wonder if the guests are ready.

To that awesome voice, Ray shook his body vividly and nodded slowly.

"Okay, here we go!

Ray tried to step forward with the signal, but he can't put his foot forward on Hamish's pressure.

What, like this barrier? I can't move my legs......)

Place the spear low and turn slowly to the left.

Hamish turns to the left as Ray moves in a structure of powerless nature.

"If you don't want to come from there, let me go from here"

The moment that voice went into Ray's ear, Hamish's body looked like a bump.

(What?!

The moment Ray thinks so, a strong shock strikes him.

And, not knowing what had happened, he had been blown a few meters back and slapped from his back to the ground without being able to take his passivity.

The strong impact on the back causes air to exhale from the lungs and stuffs the breath.

(Ouch! What happened? I didn't see it at all......)

He slowly rises up to his cane with a training spear, coughing with a geese.

Until just now, where I was standing, there was a figure of Hamish, who slowly unloaded his sword.

Hamish gave no expression and looked down at Ray.

Standing up, Ray sets up his spear again.

(Look closely. Five meters away. I can't possibly follow you with my eyes......)

Hamish laughs niggardly when he sees Ray putting up a spear without alarm.

And pack the distance at once with explosive instantaneous force.

(Fast! In time...)

Once again blown away, Ray, falling on his back, was blurring up at the sky, with a strong impact on his back.

(What happened? Is that the shrink? Or is it magic? It looked like it entangled the power of the Spirit... but I can't, my body won't follow...)

"Guest, are we done here? Where did all the big talk go earlier?

The question, which also sounds like Hamish's mockery, reaches Ray's ear.

(We need to get up... we can't end up like this... we're going to leave Ash alone...)

I managed to get up, albeit with pain in my back and lower back. There was a colour of fright in his eyes.

He also heard the cheers of the mercenaries wrapping the courtyard in his ears, in which he heard the mercenaries cursing, ”It's not a big deal just by mouth", ”What shall I make your daughter, a hundred years early", etc.

(Maybe you're right... it's amazing. That's the fiercest man in this country (Lux)... it was a good idea to fight in the first place...)

When Ray's heart tries to break, he sees Ashley staring worried.

(Ash... right, you knew from the beginning that you couldn't beat Mr. Hamish... I just have to show my will here... I have to admit that it's okay for me to leave it to you...)

The colour of fright disappeared from Ray's eyes.

He slowly sets up the spear and pulls out the strength of his body.

Hamish saw what it looked like and was impressed in his heart.

(Do you still lose your fighting spirit after being shown this difference in power? That's not self-inflicted either. Pure fighting spirit...... interesting. Let's have some more fun......)

As Hamish was slightly immersed in the thought, this time Ray stepped forward.

Reposition the low standing spear as it rolls out to your feet, turning to the left.

Hamish wields Ray's spear, which is protruded sharply, with a giant sword.

(I don't feel like hitting it at all...... but I just have to keep attacking. Expect something to happen......)

Ray's expectations were also empty, and his attacks, which spanned more than a dozen times, were carried out without difficulty, and he was poked the other way through the gap of a moment of sight of fatigue.

As Hamish jumps Ray's spear up, he pays the empty torso to the side. I wasn't even tempered by the sight, it just looked like an attack. But a loud banging sound of metal echoed, and at Hamish's feet, his body was folded in two, and Ray appeared to vomit violently.

"Ugh, oh!

Suffering, the mercenaries' cheers explode all at once at the appearance of the beating rays of

(What's the blow now? It's tougher than when Snake Dragon "Sarpent" blew me out... it's just supposed to be a wooden sword, but it looks like I got hit with an iron hammer... if I hadn't gotten it in the thick of my armor, I'd have had a gut rupture...)

Vomiting subsides, trying to get the spear up on the cane, but I can't help my legs.

(I knew they did a gut job? No, I'm not, my body is frightened on its own...... damn it! It's not over yet!

When I'm forced to stand up, I put up my spear again. But Ray, whose knees are laughing, can't step forward.

(Did you use armor to take it? But that's it... let's praise him for standing up well. With this blow, few of our young guys can stand up. Let's finish it next time...... that's all I said, you'll need more than enough to get up for a couple of days......)

Hamish sets up a sword on the big upper level to decide the battle at once.

And just like earlier, he approached once and for all, waving down a mighty wooden sword.

Ray had no time to avoid, trying to play that slash with a spear.

Ashley intuited as her father Hamish went to the grand moves to decide the battle once and for all.

(That's... "Split the helmet.” It's not good, Ray's life is in danger... if you take it with a spear badly, it'll break your arm...)

Ashley's "Ray! Don't take it! Avoid it!" The cry echoes into the courtyard.

Though Ray gets that voice in his ear,

(What? I can't, I can't make it...)

I tried to react to Ashley's words, but Hamish's attack was too fast and I can only turn my body slightly.

A swinging wooden sword slaps the spear that was being lifted with both hands and is slapped into his right shoulder with the momentum as it is.

After the sound of the spear being broken baki, a loud sound sounds like a bell tapping.

Ray spun to the right on the impact, falling from his face to the ground.

The courtyard is full of mercenaries cheering.

In it, Ashley said, "Ahhh!" He was screaming and staring at Ray falling to the ground.

A silver shadow passes by like an arrow, beside her standing.

"Stella?! Ma, wait..."

Ashley's voice was cancelled by the mercenaries' cheers.
