Episode 77: Disposition Decision

October 19th, 2pm.

The king took a hundred Kingsguard knights and returned to the king's capital.

King Lionel XII felt his own power base was at stake as Arwell Kilgaroho and the other third battalions of the Knights of the Springs were cursed by the citizens of the King's capital.

(I need to hit my hand as soon as possible. I thought we could talk to Lord Braveburn first, but soon enough, if we decide to dispose of them, we could wind up in the Kilgaroho family...)

He detained Arwell and the others at the Knights headquarters and forbade contact with all dignitaries, including the Duke of Kilgaroho.

He then immediately decided to convene the Four Dukes house to discuss the disposition of this Demonic Crusader advance party.

4 pm.

The four dukes, Lord Kilgaroho, Lord Braveburn, Lord Inverhollow and Lord Glendue, had gathered in the king's office.

Even Augusta Kilgaroho's ear contained information about her real son Arwell, bitterly thinking that the King himself had brought his son back.

(It seems His Majesty intends to use Arwell's misdemeanor to sharpen Kilgaroho's power. But I won't give up so easily)

The three dukes other than Lord Kilgaroho also know the content of the advisory, so I have only exchanged greetings with Lord Kilgaroho, who is more distant than usual.

In the meantime, Lord Braveburn, in rivalry, received reports from Knights Chief Victor Rockletter that the prestige of the King was beginning to shake, and saw no doubt that there would be a dispute between the royal family and the Kilgarroho.

(The question is what does Your Majesty think? All you have to do is end up being firm with His Majesty and the Kilgaroho family. What should we do if that certainty calls for a conspiracy and even develops into a civil war? Can His Majesty stand on the big picture in this national disaster? I wish God the right decision...)

Each duke waited for the king to appear in the subtle air.

After enough, the king appears with a nearby clerk, and the four dukes bow their heads and welcome the king.

"Thank you for responding to this sudden call. As you've all heard, I'd like to talk to you about the misdemeanor of the Demonic Crusaders."

Lord Kilgaroho, the lead duke, first asked for the floor.

"What does an advance party's misdemeanor mean? Have you heard the news of a great victory?

The king has a tough eye, glancing at Lord Kilgaroho,

"Public. Do you dare fall in love with me? So you're telling me you haven't heard anything about Arwell's renunciation of his duties and his attempts to kill the prostitutes?

The Duke lowered his head quietly,

"Of course I'm asking. He said my son played a faulty role in front of His Majesty. Since my son was immature, he must have felt heavily pressured to meet His Majesty's expectations. The result is…"

The king blocked the word of the duke,

"Duke of Kilgaroho. That sounds like a mistake. I'm not saying anything trivial (...) like my son was drunk on the battlefield and couldn't report it. He did not understand the task of the advance party of exploring enemy trends and tried to jeopardize the country only in order to exhaust his men's prophecies and even survive himself. This time, the prostitutes gained nothing from their work, but if the prostitutes were defeated, the damage could have been done to Bridgend!

The Duke was not frightened by the words, either,

"As the minister hears, the prostitutes who received the life of my son (...) guarded the Valley of Millis dead. So, isn't that credit to the general? The battle is a result. Didn't the activity of the advance party save Fort Chulock and prevent the invasion of the Demons as a result?

"I haven't seen that hellish battlefield. Fair enough. Baron Dowland, the military superintendent, has also admitted that Arwell Kilgaroho's demise this time. Right, Lord Braveburn."

"It's my pleasure. We hear you've received such a report to the Knights."

Lord Kilgaroho has not been informed of that fact and bites his teeth, but

"What kind of report would you like to hear, Lord Braveburn?

Lord Braveburn begins to speak of the bones in the contents of Dowland's report after paying tribute to the King.

There will be talk of disregarding lives and deliberately taking time to get to Bridgend, during which he was not only drinking, but also inviting prostitutes into his chambers, obstructing for no reason the training planned by Lieutenant Leland and others in collaboration with the Knights and Prostitutes, from Bridgand, despite the need for reprimand, even obstructing the reconnaissance operations of the adventurers dispatched by the Knights, as a result of which he escaped from a breakthrough that was ambushed and opened with his life by the Prostitutes, abandoning his allies.

Even the neutral Lord Inverhollow and Lord Glendue look at its contents, Lord Kilgaroho shuddering his shoulders with his face down.

At the conclusion of Lord Braveburn's report, the King again questions Lord Kilgaroho.

"Even after hearing this report, the results were good, so I wonder if I can say that it was my son's handle. Lord, let's hear your views."

"... Isn't it a little grand that the Four Dukes decide on the disposition of my son, as the report is true? A good thing to dispose of in the Knights. Why is the story so loud?

The king did not try to hide his frustration from Lord Kilgaroho, who tried to escape.

"You really don't know! Come out to the King's Landing! The voices of the people are directed at our royal palace! This time is also unknown. But then my son picked out the rest of the unknown! I can't end it with a big captain's disposition or anything!

Lord Kilgaroho almost holds his head, wondering what Arwell said to the king.

"I apologize to Your Majesty. My son's sin is the sin of my Kilgaroho family. We will accept any such disposition."

He was thinking of something else at the bottom of his mind, bowing his head deeply and vomiting his special winning words.

(Arwell's fool! Turn Your Majesty against the enemy and do what! I didn't know it was that stupid...... Arwell cuts it off. Pierce any attitude that does not differ in His Majesty's cutting. This is all I have. The Kilgaroho family obeyed His Majesty's orders and accepted His Majesty's disposition only as a promise (please). The only thing left to do is move to be seen like that......)

The king hears the word and laughs niggly in his heart.

(The words were taken. After that, you can let the Kilgaroho family dispose of it. The rest was fooled by the Kilgaroho family. He made the power of the Arwellian appear excessive, and because of it he made the wrong candidate. Let the people know about it. This time, moderate disposition, etc. Impossible. If it gets tough, upset runs into the popularity of Kilgaroho Gate. If you loosen it, the Kilgaroho family will lose its reputation. No matter how you fall, it's no harm...)

"That's the lead Duke's house. You accept all dispositions."

"Let's be good. Let's hear the views of the Three Dukes. Lord Braveburn, is there any good wisdom?

The King asks Lord Braveburn for his opinion.

"This lapse is a renunciation of duty as a knight. I fool you that I should entrust my disposition to the Knights Commander."

Lord Braveburn looks to the King's eyes and develops his theories.

The king looked slightly dissatisfied and said, "Are you dissatisfied with the rest of the judgment, public?" but the Duke did not break his fortitude.

"Yours sincerely. If Your Majesty speaks of your disposition, whatever disposition you have made, let the roots of evil remain. If so, His Majesty will merely stop suggesting to the Knights Commander that the disposition should be in accordance with the Knights' internal rules."

The King will consult Lord Braveburn and hear Lord Inverhollow and Lord Glendue.

"I know what the public thinks. Now let's hear Lord Inverhollow's opinion."

Lord Inverhollow showed no emotion,

"The minister is only in accordance with His Majesty's will. But this time it's a disgrace to the nobility. We only ask for strict disposition."

"Okay. So, Lord Glendau, let's hear your opinion."

With restless eyes, Lord Glendue shares Lord Inverhollow's opinion as he alternates between Lord Kilgaroho and Lord Braveburn.

"The minister agrees with Lord Inverhollow."

When the king nods, after a few seconds of silence, he makes the cut.

"Decide to dispose of it by reference to your opinions"

The king looked to Lord Kilgaroho and gave him a short disposition.

"Arwell Kilgaroho's disposition is left to the Duke of Kilgaroho's house. I expect the House of the Leading Duke to have the disposition it deserves."

Lord Braveburn speaks differently to that word.

"Your Majesty, that is too thoughtless. Soldiers, the people are not convinced. Please reconsider."

"It's Lord Braveburn. This is a decision. The Kilgaroho family, the lead Duke's house, would make a disposition that would convince everyone. Oh, I forgot. For the rest of this lapse, I decided to give the prostitutes a special bounty. Hamish Markat, commander of the prostitute, shall also be awarded the title of Baron"

Lord Kilgaroho was biting his teeth, listening to the king.

(They did it. His Majesty is also belly black inside. Good. Let's do the disposition the House of the Duke deserves and overturn His Majesty's thoughts)

Lord Braveburn was also urging the king to reconsider.

"Whatever the bounty, Markat won't get the Baron position. The man cannot feel any value in the title. If we are forced to give him the Baron position, he may even run away from our country. Please reconsider."

"Well, Lord Braveburn, why don't you check inside? Marcat hears that. Wouldn't you take it if we were talking about that?

"Ha, let's confirm the intentions of those who are more than ministers. But I hope you don't expect me to."

Lord Inverhollow and Lord Glendue were confused by the way things were going, but when they realized that there was no harm in themselves, they just quietly lowered their heads and uttered nothing.

The king lowers the Fourth Duke and lowers his hips deeply into the office chair.

(Any further failures could have been prevented. But does he who is to be a markat really not receive the title? We used to talk about being a knight, but this time, albeit a baron, a nobleman with a title. Is that possible?

He only knew about his narrow world and thought that the aristocratic system, culminating in the king, was a rock, and whoever it was, hoped to step into their world.

Lord Braveburn, who had left the king's office, was stretching his face and trembling in anger.

(His Majesty knows nothing. Even though Lord Kilgaroho is his own son, he will not have any hesitation in sentencing him to extreme punishment. His Majesty was only glad to support the disposition of the Fair Knights. Under Knights policy, a commander who ordered a pre-enemy escape for no reason would be decapitated. The guilt will be released further. the people are fully convinced with it)

I will go further in my thinking.

(But what if the Kilgaroho family did the same thing? It is only thought that His Majesty shunned from the Kilgaroho family and tried to shelter the cowards. Even worse if the Kilgaroho family makes a sweet disposition. It's like declaring that His Majesty and Lord Kilgaroho have eliminated the involvement of the Knights in order to help their bodies)

When the Duke returns to his office, he thinks about what lies ahead and becomes depressed.

(Hamish received the Baron position. I'm not that kind of man. In that case, His Majesty's enthusiasm is for a special bounty only. It seems His Majesty tried to solve his own failure with gold. The prostitutes may rejoice, but if asked in conjunction with Arwell Kilgaroho's disposition, the gratitude and so forth will disappear. Now, what to do......)
