Episode One Hundred Six: The Battle Outside the Cave: The Later

Around 10 a.m. on March 30th.

In the depths of the wilderness of despair (Desperationis), the Evil God Crusaders were engaged in a fierce battle with a large group of undead.

Although the big skeleton dragon (Skeletal Dragon) and Death Knight have been defeated, more than a hundred Durahans and a skeleton warrior (Skeleton Warrior) equipped with swords and shields are pushing in.

Though the battle casualties are beginning to appear in the Mercenary Corps of Markat (Red Arms), the Ghost Warriors, and the Beast Troops, the elite Crusaders were fighting more than on par with their pushing enemies.

Theophilus Lockhart, who was active on the front line, also came down rearward to take a break in a fierce battle that lasted more than an hour.

On their behalf, Hamish Markat, who was in command of the whole thing in the rear, heads to the front line.

Theo warns that Hamish.

"The enemy's attack is monotonous. There may be something."

Hamish stops by the word unintentionally.

"What do you mean?

"You could be ambushed from behind. So far, we have enough troops on the front line, so I think we should take a break and be on the lookout near the cave."

I look behind that word, but it just doesn't feel dangerous to see a cave and a deep rift. But without disregarding Theo's advice, interrupt immediately.

"I will deposit twenty beasts with you. Lord Elise, turn some of the Winged Demons to perimeter alert."

"You're going to disperse your power, are you sure?" Hamish stiffened his expression to the words of Elis,

"I have a bad feeling about it. In times like this, you should follow your instincts. Theo, while I'm on the front line, I'll take charge of the whole thing. If it's an emergency, do what you think would be best without getting confirmation from me."

That's all I said, I headed to the front line.

We should avoid him being on the front line, which is supposed to be the commander-in-chief, but we needed to fill that hole because Theo and the others were down. He also aims for the effect of boosting morale by his coming forward.

"Leave it to me," Theo replies brightly, dropping Hamish off.

Next to it, Ellis was giving instructions for perimeter vigilance to Asla Volti of the Winged Demons.

"Be on perimeter alert. Especially if it's a blind spot, make sure it's focused..."

On that instruction, five Winged Demon Spellmen rise in the sky.

When Theo turns off his cheerfulness when he drops Hamish off, he gives instructions to Seth, the head of the Silver Wolf tribe, who is waiting as a reserve.

"Please be vigilant around the cave. Maybe something will come out of the crack section, so pay attention there too"

Seth nodded small, and the silver werewolf warriors under his command moved in unison.

"Are you sure the enemy's coming from behind?" Seraphine asks.

"I don't know about that," Theo flaunted his shoulder, but immediately put it back into a serious look,

"Even if the chain of command was solid, like the Lockhart family (of which), the Double Shadow Demon (Doppelgenger) appeared and was confused. No matter how awesome Mr. Hamish or Red Arms is, the Crusaders are often a mixed unit. If you get attacked from behind in the current situation, it won't have to be a big battle force."

"Right. Besides, if they made this terrain, it wouldn't be strange if a demon adapted to it appeared... and Mr. Hamish is amazing..."

Serra exclaims at Hamish's battle on the front line.

The Skeleton Warriors were in dense formation, like Greek heavy-duty infantry, and even breakthrough human-man warriors were burning their hands. The only thing was drilling a hole in the line with an attack left to the power of the Great Ghost Warriors, but they are quickly filling that hole like well-trained soldiers and turning back into a backlash.

More Durahans storm on the horses of the undead from the gaps in Skeleton Warrior's formation.

The speed of the horseback assault and the heavy horseback spear had hurt many warriors and the crusaders were beginning to be pushed.

Hamish stepped forward in an attempt to crack the situation.

Until then, the undead, who had stormed the dark clouds, were also pushed by the pressure (pressure) and their feet stopped unexpectedly.

In the meantime, the whole damn Durahan puts up a riding spear and sticks it in Hamish. The move was sharp enough to keep an eye on even the Humane Horse Warrior.

But Hamish waved his sword unwrought, without playing the spear. With so much slaughter that the sound of cutting the wind echoes around him, Durahan is doubled off from horse to horse.

"That's the captain!" The voice of praise echoes, and the morale not only of the mercenaries of the Red Arms, but also of the warriors of the Crusades, rises at once.

After defeating Durahan in a flash, Hamish rushes into a queue of shielded skeleton warriors.

The struggling sword slashed down the skeletons with every shield.

"Humans, turn to the side! The others push open holes and spread them!

The warriors roar into Hamish's words. Dozens of undead were crushed, creating confusion for the undead.

Multiplied by that confusion, the Crusaders bury the undead one after the other.

Though temporarily dominated by Hamish's superhuman abilities, the overwhelming undead began to move forward again as they stepped on their side.

Haunted ethnic warriors who don't like mass warfare begin to be pushed.

"Kids, aim for the enemy's feet! The ghosts! Don't get out in front of me in the dark! ……

Talvo's voice echoes on the battlefield, but the ghost warriors with blood on their heads cannot respond to that instruction.

Seeing Theo ordered support for some of the Beast Troops that were waiting as reserve troops.

"The White Tigers and the Lions need backup from the ghost side! You don't have to take them down! Try to interfere with enemy advances!

Further to Ealis,

"Attack Durahan. Aim for the horse, not the main body"

"I accept," Ellis said, ordering a magical attack on his subordinate Moon Demons and Wing Demon Spellmasters.

"Target Durahan's horse from above!

Flaming arrows pour down from the sky.

You couldn't defeat a durable Durahan, but by doing damage to the horse, you succeed in stopping the enemy from advancing.

Around eleven in the morning, the battle was repeated one by one.

It was becoming an atmosphere where soldiers on the front line could take turns on a regular basis, and what would this be to the crusaders.

But that hope was shattered.

Report with a voice from above containing a rush by Asura.

"Crab demons are coming up over the rear rift!

Hamish, who was in command of the whole thing, turned to the word.

There were crab demons with metallic methyl starting to rise continuously. The width of the methyl is about one melt, and when the leg is spread out, it gently exceeds two melts.

Silver werewolf warriors who were on guard at the rear struggle to push the crab back into the rift.

"Those on standby, respond to the crab behind you! You don't have to force it down. Knock it off!"

Red Arms 3rd and 4th squads are on break, and 3rd squad captain Lazareth Dawell stands up to jump. Next to it, Elias Second Fur of Squad IV also stood up with a spear in his hand.

"We're going north! Squad four, south, please!

"Roger!" Elias replied, running straight out.

"I'll make sure you leave," Lazareth told Hamish, starting to run without hearing the answer.

Crabs made of glossy metals like chromium-plated, only the right nail is unusually developed, like a siomaneki, holding back silver werewolf warriors while glowing the light of day.

It was crawling up continuously so that it sprang up in the meantime, and there were already more than ten bodies on the north side alone.

The Silver Wolves cleverly use daggers (short swords) to sever the crab joints. But their offensive power, which emphasizes speed, is not enough for demons with exoskeletons, who are gradually pushed in.

Having seen the battle, Lazareth speaks to his men.

"Kohlo looks strong! If you're going for it, it's a leg joint! The magician slaps his slow-moving enemies into tears!

When Lazareth arrives at the rift, he breaks his leg with a long sword (long sword) on his right hand as he tows it with a left-hand sabel.

"You're tougher than I thought..." he muttered.

"If you do it properly, your sword will break! Whoever can't aim for the joints, just restrain them and leave them to the Silver Wolves!

One of the mercenaries from Squad Three was captured by a crab claw. It devours deeply into the thigh area and is pulled down.

"Damn! Get off me!" the mercenary exclaims.

Lasalles rushes to slash off those nails, but a few crabs appear to hold their hands.

Lazareth struggles to get rid of it, but in the meantime the mercenary was torn to pieces by a few crabs and pulled into a rift.

The 3rd and 4th squads, as well as the Silver Wolves and Demons, respond in tandem, but cannot stop the crabs from invading.

"Captain! Give me reinforcements over here! It's time for the limit!

Lasalles screams to call for rescue,

"I can't afford this one either! How much longer can you make me have it!

"Enough is the limit! If you're evacuating to the cave, please do it early!

Words seemed mild, but Hamish knew the limits were close.

"Everybody listen! Pull slowly! Squad number two, pull slowly so they don't get turned around from the side! Lord Ehlis magically holds the enemy he's chasing! ……

Hamish will give instructions to each squad.

"We're going to make an offense once! Al! Theo! Lord Gius, follow me!

That's all I shout, I wave my sword with all my might toward Skeleton Warrior.

Struggling slaughter breaks the skeletons apart even though they haven't even plundered.

"Selah! Lyle! You two go on with me! Eunice and Robina secure their way out! Let's go!"

Theo gave instructions to his companions, following Hamish, he danced into the undead.

"It's horrible to go on your own! You complained to me!" Serra protests, "but she storms as she waves her sword, just like her twin brother.

"We're both too fast," Lyle laughed bitterly, followed.

"We're coming," Alberic said to Valeria.

"Right. We have to try not to lose to the young kid," Valeria nodded, too, heading to the front line.

When the five fierce men followed Hamish, the movements of the Skeleton Warriors, who were moving as precisely as machines, were disrupted.

"We're assaulting too!" and when Gius Salinas puts up his spear, the nineteen human horse warriors respond in the same way. He stood up to stick out his spear and plunged into the Durahans caught in the mess of Skeleton Warrior.

Hamish's forceful attacks and the thrust of Gius and other Humans plunged the undead into havoc.

"Slowly descend into this gap!" Tarvo screams, and the Beast Troops lower the front to imitate it.

The most and second squads on the left and right flanked the enemies coming through between the Hamish, while sheltering the wounded and falling back in the same way.

"It's time for the tide," Hamish replies, waving his sword to Alberic's voice, "OK."

So when I stopped my leg, I waved my sword with the temper of tearing.

Stronger fighting than the first blow hit the undead, and the Skeleton Warriors were blown away.

"We're going down all at once!

That's all I said, I tore off the skeletons left to mow the grass.

"Varma! Give the Hamish lords support!" And Elise commanded that he himself unleash the magic of the spear of prison flames (Hellfire).

The Moon Demons and Winged Demon Spellmasters also unleashed the magic they were good at to go with it.

Magic strikes the undead like a meteor. The undead who were after the Hamish also took one damage after another to the magic and stopped moving.

Hamish and other reckless assaults succeeded in bringing the crusader's main force down to the entrance to the cave.

Hamish joins Gareth and the

"We're retreating to the cave! Shrink the front one by one!" and whereas Lazareth, who is further defending his exit in the rear,

"Just bear with me a little longer! Lord Talvo, we need backup!

"Understood!" replied Tarvo, "Those who can move, keep going! I say," Run to Lazareth and the others with a huge axe.

"There is," Lazareth says, waving his sword to keep the crab away.

Having confirmed the exit route, Hamish ordered Gareth, Zenga and Alberic to defend the temple.

"Ask for the lord in the best and second squads. Al's in command."

When the three replied "Roger," they pointed their weapons at the nearer undead again.

Hamish went down to the entrance of the cave, and when he found the White Tiger chief brass of the Beast Troop and the Lion chief Cesar,

"Excuse me, but check the back of the cave for any anomalies."

"Behind the cave? The Arklights are on their way." Cesar confirms.

"The enemy doesn't know what to do. They might send demons from somewhere else than where the Rays went by."

"I see. Got it," he said, taking each of his ten men into the cave.

The Evil God Crusaders succeeded in retreating into the cave. But the price is enormous, with more than thirty war dead and twice as many wounded as it is. Those who were not further wounded were also heavily depleted by the fierce fighting.
